No breakfast buffet, just dry cereal and packaged donuts. Lukewarm coffee. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. The person who checked us in was very nice and cared about our comfort. When we stayed here a few years ago, the truck that parked right outside the room and ran its engine all night was terribly bothersome, but tonight there are no trucks, so all is good.

3 different things in our room broke within an hour of checking in. I know this place is budget friendly but it's still too expensive for the quality.

Honesty of the staff. My husband left an envelope of cash on the nightstand, we realized hours after we left and they had it waiting for us. That was amazing!

They had breakfast a little earlier than usual because they knew they had a lot of hunters in the hotel which was very nice!

Running a scam with Expedia bookings. When you arrive, the front desk claims they can't find your booking with an obviously rehearsed script: "Hmmm....No, I'm afraid I'm not seeing it. You sure you got the right place? A lot of people get it mixed up. Today? No, sorry, it's not here. Happens all the time with Expedia. Nothing I can do. You'll need to have Expedia resend the booking to #####...Yeah, they're really hard to contact. I have plenty of rooms available, but you'd be charged twice." After awhile online with Expedia, the booking is resent. Front desk: "No, I'm still not seeing anything." It's obvious now that the front desk staff is annoyed that I'm still trying to resolve this through Expedia, wanting and expecting me to give up trying to resolve this. I have Expedia call their front desk while I'm standing there. Around this time, one of their employees walks in the front door and asks "Do you have any rooms available? How much?" - "$XX" replies the front desk, which just happens to be exactly the same as my booked price, as if to convince me they're not scamming me. Front desk is now on the phone with Expedia. Expedia retransmits the booking again while on the phone. "Oh, THERE it is." Pretty obviously some kind of scam - probably trying to get me to cancel the Expedia booking and book directly with them, so they avoid the Expedia fee and get more money, and would certainly charge more than the advertised price if they can get away with it.

I never write reviews, but when I arrived, the hotel did not have my Expedia reservation. The lady at the front desk said this happens all the time and if I wanted to cancel my Expedia reservation and book with them directly. After an hour on the phone with Expedia, this hotel does not update their account with them. So I'm not sure if this is on purpose to side skip Expedia or not. What is worse is we unfortunately found bed bugs in one of the beds. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said thank you for letting them know and if I wanted clean sheets. We just checked out at 4am and got out of there. I have never not recommended staying somewhere, but you should stay away from this one.

The bath tub felt as if we could fall through the center. Sheets had a weird smell. Hair on the bathroom floor when we first got there.

Room was very clean and breakfast good. Ok for one night stay, but no longer than that. The hotel is outdated and needs major updates. Everything was old and those old stinky carpets need to go for sure. We as a family felt safe and comfortable in it. Staff was friendly, we didn’t have any problems with front desk staff.
