The staff for this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable with a nice television. However, the room could use some maintenance as some of the fixtures are quite dated, and the room needed a deep cleaning in the little nooks and crannies. All in all, though, it was a good experience.

Extremely run down. Room had unfinished walls in bathroom. Very close to rail yard& noisy all night. Breakfast was a couple pieces of fruit, tang, weak coffee and only one morning packaged honey buns. Full time residents lingered in the parking lot.

Best stay for older folks
The management called after reading my request for certain assistants for older folks, like us. The room was clean and smelled fresh, did not smell of pet odor, which pleased me since we had our two dogs with us. It was very quiet our while 3 day stay, no unnecessary outside noise. We plan to stay there on our next trip to Lincoln, Nebraska.

Do be fooled
While the exterior and grounds look a little sketchy, the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and I may have slept better than I do at home. The reception was good and check in was easy. Be aware that there are people who live here so you will see random people watching out their doors and windows. Parking is iffy, don't expect a prime spot in front of your room.

Labor Day Weekend
Everyone was really helpful. TV had a problem and they brought another one in right away. I like staying here as it's close to Lancaster Event Center where I show horses. I've stayed several years and they always have my room for me.

This was just a bad stay. No cleaning. My brother left his room because he found blood stains and bed bugs in his bed. Never again.

This place is cheap for a reason. Online photos are super deceiving of the condition of the building and rooms. Smell in room was aweful. Smelled like bleach/chlorine and just grossness. Questionable cleanliness.

The stay was ok. The room was decent but no usb charging ports. Bad satellite with no guide channel. No channel listing to lookup stations. The interior was dated and mostly clean. The outside looked rusted and poorly maintained. Breakfast was a joke. It was gone by seven with terrible items. Overall a six out ten just because room clean and nice staff almost all else bad.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was in serious need of repair. The ceiling had holes and brown stains on it. The walls were peeling, and the non-skid tape on the bath was brown. Also, the place was right near train tracks and a busy road, so it was very noisy. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful, but the building itself needs some major work.

Nice Stay
Always stay when at horse show since it's pretty close to event center. The office help knows me and we get along great. They give me the same room which I appreciate and feel at home in.
