The rooms at this motel are filthy! Blankets & sheets & pillow cases stained! Carpet filthy! I reserved 2 rooms & b4 we took anything into the rooms we went & inspected them. I'm glad we did, we ended up just leaving! Just disgusting! Manager on duty barely spoke English & couldn't hardly understand him. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Showed up and there was no parking as the parking lot hadnt been cleared of snow. Went to check in after parking across the way and was told the room wasnt ready and there was no ckeaning staff. They wanted cash for another room? We asked for it to be cancelled as we didnt want to pay more. The desk clerk said he would cancel it. I called Expedia and apprised them of the situation. They sent an email a few days later that they were unable to contact snyone and get authorization for the cancellation. So we paid for a non available room and were ripped off by this company

Heat didn't work--replaced with space heater. Around 9 p.m., microwave, t.v., space heater, refrigerator and main light don't work--likely fuse. Call desk--with resistance he says, 'I'll take care of it in the morning'. I freeze all night. 8 a.m.--go to office--he doesn't bother to check room or fuse. Tells me I have to wait UNTIL 3 P.M. to change rooms!! in a dead, january hotel!! with a two night reservation!! Does that make any sense?? Is that even remotely hospitable?? I called Expedia and, they called him, he lied like a kid in a cookie jar, and Expedia solved my problem. It could have been so simple, but he's a lazy, moronic Slumlord. Don't give this fat, bedhead clown any of your money. So many other superior options. Even when the t.v. worked-- super grainy and dim, I had to fight to turn it on. And?, guess what NO INTERNET one way or another. All this, and only 15 cars in the parking lot, in a 60 room Pit. What goes around, comes around.

It was not awful, it was beyond that!The room was in terrible shape: dirt everywhere, floors were not moped , carpet was not vacuumed, paper and plastic wraps were everywhere on the floor, dust covered every surface.Torn shower curtain with big holes in it, heater did not work, toilet seat was not fixed, one tiny trash can for the whole suite, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling instead of proper lighting fixtures, wholes in the walls, floor boards getting detached, no coffee cups in the room, empty napkin bin and so forth and so on… I cannot understand how Best Western brand tolerates such sloppiness!

Hasn’t seen a cleaning in years, moved the ottoman to put my feet up to sit on the chair and a grandpa rodent who probably wasn’t disturbed for many years scooted out, the shower was hideous, the place on a whole should be leveled or remodeled!! Whoever gives a favorable rating should be ashamed, I literally slept in my pickup but I guess I paid for the parking spot!!! Scratch Best Western off the stay list forever!!!

Great location in Lincoln! This is an older motel under renovation. My room was clean and quiet. The room key service didn’t work at the beginning and again two days in. There was no hair dryer. I stayed 4 nights, Wednesday through Sunday and the room was never serviced. I’m ok with making my own bed but 4 days without being swept and garbage thrown out was disappointing. I asked for fresh towels and received them. Not having daily house keeping has become pretty common since Covid but 5 days is too long. The breakfast was minimal too.

Functionally the worst motel I've ever stayed. I just needed a cheap clean room for a football weekend and that's literally the only thing I got...a clean room and sheets. The shower barely worked, TV didn't work, WiFi was being worked on when we checked in and the whole place smelled like the owners dinner wafting from the office. There are certainly better options in Lincoln.

Do Not! Filthy, Unsafe, Rude.
This hotel is a complete disaster. The building is in disrepair. Police tape blocked off one section of the hotel. A car had crashed into the building, destroying part of the building. Several rooms had plastic covering the windows. The staff treated us poorly, dismissed any concerns over the poor condition of the place and the police tape blocking off sections of the hotel. We had come from Virginia to visit family and see a Huskers game. First trip to Lincoln. Nothing but regret for booking this hellhole. Despite their inability to provide us with clean and safe accommodation, they charged me for a night. We left and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, which was great.

Below average but clean and safe.
This is a work in progress hotel. We had a good stay but it’s an older place and the owners are trying to update it. Whatever was wrong, like the drain plug missing from the tub, didn’t matter. The beds were comfortable it was a good location and clean. Worst part was the breakfast. No coffee in the dining area. I guess if you wanted it you make it in your room with the provided coffee maker. It was a feeble attempt with very little selection of cereal, mini donuts and bread to toast. But for $200 a room it should have been better. Everything else in the area cost more.

Hotel was very old and run down. Their keypads didn’t really work and need updated. It looked like they forgot to vacuum in our room and there were chip crumbs in the microwave/fridge cabinet. They had lights and electronics plugged into extension cords that did not look safe.

False advertising by the picture, the place is a dump. Our room reeked of stale cigarettes and there was all kinds of dirt on the floor. I didn’t even shower because it was so gross.

Beds were dirty and had hair in sheets. Towels were dirty, light switch by sink and in bathroom do not work we couldn’t even get ready for our concert. There was misc evidence left behind from last person in the room (belongings ,tags from clothes) bath tub doesn’t drain had to stand in dirty water. Ect terrible property do not recommend.

This was the worse hotel I have ever seen. I reserved a 2 queen room, but when I got there, I was given a one bed room. The room was terrible. The lights didn’t work, there were nails sticking out of the floor with only one bed and when I went to the desk, the receptionist was laughing when I told her, showing the receipt for the reservation stating 2 queen beds, she then proceeded saying they were all filled up and could only do a refund. If this is the kind of business Best Western represents, I recommend to never use their services or anything associated with them. Take this hotel off your website!!

Property charged me twice. Once via expedia then via debit card. When i contacted expedia to resolve it the property denied charging me. Fortunately, i insisted on getting a copy of the reciept. 7 days later still fighting to resolve. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD.

We didn't have hot water in our room. When we told them in the office they just said , "okay" they did not care one bit. Breakfast started at 6:30. We got there about 6: 50 and there was not much left to choose from. There was one shriveled up orange for fruit. They had packets of hot chocolate mix but no hot water for it. I would not stay here again. I would be ashamed if I were Best Western to have my name associated with this property.

Loved the staff but the tvs didnt work, the sink wouldn't drain, and the air was in one room so the other room was hot.
