My Electricians Arrived and there were no keys left out for them at the Front. After this was Cleared up; they were put in a Room that is not what was booked; their Room was Taken by another Larger Group that arrived before them. There was a Huge Whole in the Ceiling that was being covered by a Black Garbage bag... All the Pictures in the Room were Crooked; just looked like the Room was not cleaned after the last Guests. Do not recommend this Place unless you arrive while someone is still at the Front Desk and you reserve a Room From 1-10.

Easy check in and checkout. Only gave staff 3 stars because a N.A. wasn’t available- we never saw anyone- keys were left out in envelope for us and we used the key drop on the way out - easy peasy . Location was perfect for our needs. WiFi was weak and we had better LTE but room was clean and warm which was great. It had just snowed the day before but the parking lot was still a bit messy - thankfully we had boots . Plenty of food options near by and appreciated the welcome letter from the hotel outlining local places . Thank you -

Worst room ever
A room not much bigger than the bed. No place to put luggage. No hangers. Hole in seal next to air conditioner. Bathroom down the hall - had not been expecting that. An incredibly poor room. Not what I ever expected to purchase from Hotels.com. Future business doubtful.

It is a very small room, which is why it is the cheapest. The air conditioner has since been removed. Future business with you is prohibited, it would result in the same way I passed off your business from this stay.

It was quiet from outside noise but not from inside noise. Didn't like not seeing anyone at the front desk and transactions were in envelopes on the counter.

We apologize for the inconvenience of a shared bathroom, but they are our cheapest units, and we are sure to put shared bathroom in the title of these units to avoid surprises. The Whitetail is a gem of a little place. We stayed upstairs in the original house with a shared bath in the hall. The room was super cute and comfortable. Both were very clean. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short.

No staff on duty off hours and AM but key was in envelope and drop box used for check-out. Simple hotel annex; bare bones but clean.

How this place ever rated in Expedia as an 8.4 is beyond me. It appears they are trying to remodel some things but the place needs a lot of TLC. When you reserve your room you are given a telephone number to call before check in. I called in the lobby and I could hear the phone ring. When speaking with the person I could tell they were in the next room. How about coming out to greet your customer. None of the doors shut properly and the walls are paper thin. Rooms are old and dated but clean.

Cute. Quiet. We did have an issue with the first room assigned but the gave us a new room right away. Although smaller, freshly renovated.

I don't spend much time at the inn, and it's usually very pleasant, but this time I did not have a working TV the whole time which was disappointing. Leah had said she would talk to the owner about a credit of some sort, but I never heard from them.

The property was cute, however we had to share a bathroom and the mattress was miserable to sleep on. The bed tilted down.

Lovely place. Property does not have ev charger as listed in amenities, but believe thats a expedia error. Found a level 2 at car dealership and property allowed use of outdoor plug as we were almost empty.

This was a very good place to stay. Never saw a single member of the staff during the visit though. The key was waiting for us when we arrived. The room was small, but perfect for my wife and I.

Full Fridge, Keurig, Spacious
We were given a room in the "house" part of the accommodations so it was a nice change from a "normal" room. We especially appreciated the full sized fridge which allowed us to refreeze our ice, and you can't beat Keurig for your mourning pick me up. Internet and TV worked great. A nice stay!

Believe it or not, the private bathroom is brand new, Unit 11s now private bath was shared with 10 in the past. We are so happy to hear it accommodated every desire. Looks like one of the best options for the area. I see most reviews are for one night visits. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t see anyone until day 3. Took our own garbage out and asked for towels when we happened to be there when another room was getting turned over. Other than that the bed was comfortable. Maybe time for some new towels.

Good stop and convenient parking
Stopped here on a motorcycle trip around Maine. It was raining hard and the staff was great. Comfy stay and shared bathroom was cleaner than expected.
