Great location, great views, great staff!!
We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 6 days. Safe location, 5 minutes walk to train station and the malls nearby. It's just another 3 minutes walk from the mall to the seafront. The view from the apartment is speechless. For sure we will come back on our next trip to Lisbon. We arrived late that night due to the easyJet flight was delayed. Thank you Kristina, she waited for us downstairs. It was 11pm when we arrived, thank you so much!! Mike

l'appartement est propre par contre il faut être vigilent lors de la réservation car cette agence dispose de plusieurs appartement dans l'immeuble et ils ne donnent pas tous sur la mer comme sur les photos :( on a été déçu sur ce point par rapport à ce qu'on a reservé. attention aussi car il y' a une caution de 100 euro à payer par CB en plus des taxes et 5euro/jr pour le parking dès l'arrivée. la Clim n'était pas assez puissante pour refroidir tout l'appartement. c'était déjà écrit dans les commentaire et on le confirme. le coté pratique est qu'il est à coté de l'autoroute pour découvrir la région de Lisbonne en voiture. il faut prévoir du cache pour payer la taxte de séjour et le parking, il n'y a que la caution qui est payée en CB. enfin à plus de 200euro/ nuit on esperait avoir mieux que ça pour les 5jours passés à Lisbonne (au moin un menage quotidien) ...

Stayed for 17 days. The town in this area is beautiful, and it was nice to feel calm. It was good because I have a 1 year old child. A walk along the river is pleasant. In addition, although the station is not close, it was convenient because you can access various routes. Regarding the facilities, the thing that fixes the shower was damaged and could not be fixed. In addition, there was no stopper for the bathtub, so it was necessary to use a plastic bag to store hot water. It was also troublesome that there was no vacuum cleaner in the cleaning tools even though cleaning is once a week. But other than that it's comfortable. There is a distance to the center, so if you can tolerate that, it's a good inn (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)

Location was super perfect from airport metro and some sight seeing locations and customer service response was shockingly prompt and complete even by Portugal standards.. some furniture in the property needs ongoing maintenance

Great apartment but needs improved communication.
Great apartment near the Exhibition centre. Safe and great location. I however was not given the address of the place inspite of emailing the property 4-5 times. Also not available on whatsapp which is unbelievable in todays world and which makes communication harder. Also , deposit rules are a bit sticky.

Imóvel muito bom com serviço de locação péssimo.
Seria ótimo se não fosse a recepção, posto que mesmo sendo avisados duas vezes no domingo sobre nossa chegada na segunda feira, mesmo tendo sido conversado com pessoa de prenome Paulo, este esteve pessoalmente em nossa presença, não nos deu entrada no apartamento alegando que a pessoa encarregada estava por chegar. Eu o avisei da minha situação de saúde, cardíaco com três infartos, com AVC e diabético e que exatamente naquele dia completava 70 anos pois tivemos que esperar 1,30 horas para chegar a funcionária, que estava em b escritório à 50 metros de distância! Ademais, eu portava seringas de injeção de insulina, que precisavam ser refrigeradas o mais breve possível para não estragarem. Portanto, a recepção foi péssima, abaixo da crítica e feita de forma irresponsável e negligente, realmente horrível. iAinda de se salientar que ninguém veio depois se desculpar pela enorme falha.

公寓不好找到，根据系统导航的位置是错的。一定要记下邮件中的联系电话，系统中的电话无法接通，当天前后折腾了2个小时才联系上房东。 公寓中的配置很不齐全，厨房中没有切刀，没有佐料，没有洗衣液，没有洗碗液。

Excelente apartamento muito bem localizado no moderno Parque das nações.Muito confortável em prédio novíssimo muito bem decorado,ideal para famílias que fiquem ali uma temporada com cozinha completa.No meu caso fiquem apenas um dia e foi mais complicado porque por não existir recepção vc fica dependendo do horário que os funcionários da empresa que administra o imóvel possa comparecer no local para o check in.Embora a funcionária que nos atendeu foi muita atenciosa e até guardou as malas até o check in tivemos que aguardar algumas horas .A empresa teria que se estruturar melhor para dar atendimento para os hóspedes.

Foi muito boa, mas os quartos, principalmente o quarto pequeno deveria ter mais conforto. A casa de banho tinha o suporte do chuveiro partido o que tornava o banho desconfortável. Mas em geral tudo muito bem.

これはホテルではなく、明らかに民泊です。 御社のサイトではホテルと民泊の区別がないのでしょうか？ フロントもなく場所がホントにわからなかった。もちろん看板も表札もありません。 民泊にしては高過ぎます。 しかも現地支払いのはずなのにキャンセルできないように引き落とされていました。 詐欺です。 だましれました。

Nice apartment but fell far short of expectations. It was the nicest place we stayed while in portugal but was almost triple the price of any other place. You would think for the cost you would at least have coffee. Tv but hardly any channels available. Only basic furnidhings not even coffee table in living room and walls were bare. Bedrooms very small. Not same unit as advertised. Security not helpful at all. alarm went off and message in Portuguese and all he kept saying was was call owner who we messaged but did not get a response. When we left we asked for taxi that could take 6 people security insisted there was none which we knew was not right as we had used them so ended up getting 2 cabs. Overall nice place but extremely overpriced we were expecting alot more.

Great area, nice walking distance to public transport and shopping/grocery.Good service by staff in building and rental. Appartment is basic and probl more suited for long term rental than holiday, because youll need to supply stuff for the washer, dishwasher etc. The appartment shows use, but not bad, and overall was clean (minus the kitchen ceiling). Would rent again, but would be nice if they provide a startpack with a few basics for short term rentals.

Bom para estadias mais longas com muitas pessoas
Tudo bem. Exceto com os horários de check-in. Como não é exatamente um hotel, mas sim um residence, tem que ligar para alguém ir lá abrir a porta e dar a chave. Cheguei no local 8h da manhã e só consegui entrar no quarto 10h. Foram solícitos no atendimento, mas o processo é que é assim. Talvez com melhor comunicação funcione bem.

Filthy and trashy - 1 star cleaning + bedding!
The appartment was so filthy! The description says a 4 star appartment, but we found it to be a 1 star cleaning! It states'Egyptian sleepware" but all linnen is cheap IKEA!!! Complaints Kitchen: * Freezer - door left open, solid frozen, door - could not close. * Floor dirty with food stains and dust. * All counter tops in kitchen are so greasy and fillty. * Surface on kitchen cupboards dirty. * Microwave oven greasy * Oven surface not cleaned. * Cocking stove greasy. * Kitchen fan surface greasy. Bath rooms: *Both bath room mirrors stained with tooth paste * Floor dirty with stains around toilet, definately not washed *Closet doors greasy and full of hand prints, not wiped off proberly Shower walls dirty with soap left overs and human remains! Living room: * Carpet very dirty, not vacuumed * 1 of the window blinds can not go up * Glas tabel in living room dirty * Sofa has dirty fleaky white spots on the leather - its not been wiped clean * Shelves are dusty Bed rooms: * Window blinds in one room does not go up ... its broken *Floors in both room are dirty and un-washed *Lamps in both rooms were un-plugged and put away on tables in the corner away from outlet!! Hall way: *Floors dirty and un-washed * Floor panel loose on one side!
