직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 특히 리셉션 직원분들 미소는 사람을 기분 좋게 해요. 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋고, 조식도 깔끔하니 맛있습니다. 주기적으로 메트로 진동음이 들리기는 하나, 저희는 예민하지 않아서인지 괜찮았습니다. 매우매우 추천하는 호텔입니다.

훌륭한 호텔
관광지와의 거리, 친절도, 식사 모두 만족합니다. 특히 세련된 객실과 객실내에 에크타르트와 물을 제공하는 점은 아주 좋았습니다. 단, 건물 아래로 지하철이 지나가는 바람에 밤 12시 이전과 오전 6시 이후에 약간의 소음이 있는 점은 안타까웠습니다

완벽에 가까울 뻔
룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 서비스와 청결도, 교통 등 나무랄 데가 없지만 메트로가 지나갈 때마다 건물이 흔들리고 소리가 난다는 점이 가장 아쉽습니다. 저희 방만 그랬는지는 모르겠네요. 리셉션이 있고 아침 식사를 하던 1층은 흔들리지 않았습니다.

조식이 나흘동안 변함이 없어 좀 지겨운 느낌-- 보통 약간의 변화라도 주는데~~ 건물 아래로 지나가는 기차진동 대단하므로 잠 자기 싑지 않아요 자주 주기적으로 새벽 1시까지 아침6시 조금 넘으면 다시 시작됩니다 미쳐버리는줄 알았어요 전 조용한 방으로 옮겨달라고 해서 옮겼지만요~~~~나머지 밤은 푹 잘 잤어요 일하시는 분들은 아주 친절해요

First of all the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city center. If you are planning to travel a lot via metro or walk then its a perfect area. There is a little local supermarket just around the corner so very convenient too. The cleanness of the room was average. I could see small hairs on the floor or the wall of the bathroom. Also found some hair on the duvet. The only issue we had was the noise from the metro under the hotel. They say that some rooms don't hear or feel the vibration so much but we literally could feel the whole building shake when the metro passes by every two minutes. We weren't going to stay in the hotel the whole day so we didn't change the room and I don't think other room would have made a big of a difference. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Whenever we faced an issue they were very attentive and kind to help us out. What gives this hotel a good review would be 80% because of the hotel staffs who work there. Just to let everyone know even though you have your DND sign hanging outside, the housekeeping will still clean the room. They charge 1.5euros per coffee capsule in the room.

직원이 매우 친철합니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하였습니다. 조식도 종류가 다양하지는 않지만 깔끔하게 나왔습니다. 버스 및 트램타는 곳과도 매우 가까웠습니다. 밤늦게 다녀도 안전한 위치에 있습니다.

Great busy location which is close to shopping and lots of options for food. Public transportation is very close by with decent options to get to taxis. Not that the hotel is above the subway and you can sort of feel it. It didn't bother me though even though we was on the 1st floor. What can I say about the staff? Super friendly, go out of their way to assist, top notch #1 in my book. Will definitely stay again next time we are back in Lisbon.

For the cost this hotel is fine and the staff did everything to make my stay comfortable. But I think it wise for others looking at Expedia to select a hotel that they know this. The hotel is located over a subway and the first room they gave me was literally over the subway which not only was loud but shook the water glasses in my room. They told me the subway ran only from 6am to 1am...leaving me 5 hrs to sleep? They said they would move me the next day to a quieter room which they did and it was much quieter.

The hotel itself was lovely and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had good amenities. Good choice of breakfast and great location. Very easy to get to/from the airport using the Metro. You could hear/feel the metro go past which was quite loud.

A perfect stay in Lisbon
Wonderful hotel in an ideal location! Walking distance to restaurants and transportation. Hop on/off bus just a 2 minute walk. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It was raining when we were there and hotel supplied us with umbrellas. They went above and beyond answering questions and making our stay perfect. Breakfast was excellent and unexpected. There is subway noise but it didn’t really bother us at all. If I could give this hotel and eleven, I would. I hope I will be back to Lisbon and will stay here again!

Ótima opção no centro de Lisboa.
Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Hotel muito bem localizado (próximo a muitos restaurantes e atrações turísticas), quarto amplo, excelente café da manhã e um atendimento excepcional por parte de todos os colaboradores.Para quem estiver de carro, conta com estacionamento no hotel ao lado (mesmo grupo). Alguns comentários mencionam barulho/vibração do metrô, principalmente nos andares baixos, e é verdade, mas nada que prejudique o comforto da hospedagem.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Lobby, schönes Zimmer. Alles da, was man braucht. Nespressomaschine vorhanden, immer frische Kapseln und neue Flaschen Wasser. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer sehr freundlich. Wir hatten den runden Geburtstag nicht erwähnt, aber abends standen Sekt im Kühler und Naschereien auf dem Tisch. Es war eine tolle Überraschung! Werden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!
