The hotel, room and location were all good but I found the staff to be super stiff and unfriendly. On the plus side I asked for a change of room as the night before we had v noise neighbours. In the morning staff member Carolina apologised and resolved the situation but when staff realised we have a 5yo child staying with us, the wheels came off. They made such a big deal, escalated to management and moved us (without charge). We were made to feel like criminals they way they handled it. The female manager took me to task and had an assertive word with me and then made sure I paid for the child's breakfast. I liked the hotel and Carolina but the other staff seemed to be on-edge and with attitude. Didn't think this would ever be Ibis culture
