The apartment was very clean and staff was friendly. The location was great. The layout was difficult, had to do a full flight of worn out, steep stairs to reach the elevator, not enough towels for three people.

I loved the location - we were able to walk to everything we needed and wanted to experience. The office staff was wonderfully helpful. It can get a bit noisy at night, but that's when I turned on the air conditioner for a sound barrier. Our room was perfect for two people, and the location is set between two cafes for easy access to coffee and daytime meal needs. I almost missed check-in due to plane and phone issues, but made it just in time.

Recommend this place for budget travelers! Easy access to lots of places; the place is quiet and has an elevator. The initial communication was tough because they didn’t communicate to the message function, but after I got their emails address through Expedia, everything was smooth sailing. The staff were super friendly too.

Location of this apartment was ideal for walking to many of the beautiful areas in Lisbon . Cafes , restaurants, shops - all walkable. 2 cafes right outside door of apartment. ( both of which I recommend for food choices. This apartment is also very close to transit ( trams , buses ) Apartment was small but well equipped ( small kitchen as well ) air conditioning unit quiet and climate control remote. Communication was excellent - no wait time for response. And during our 7 day stay, room cleaned and fresh towels 3 times ! The only negative, and keep in consideration if you are a light sleeper , although the windows were well insulated and we did not hear any street nose , there was LOT of noise from apartment above - floors are wood and we heard all their foot steps - woke us up a few times. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend- just bring ear plugs.

Staff very helpful on check in and departure. Accomodation clean and adequate in every way. Lovely traditional bar next door with great food at lunchtime. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoined the location of the property a lot. The property was located just a couple of blocks to a main metro station. That was really convenience. What we disliked the much was the condition of the apartment The blankets weren’t cleaned. We stayed for a week, and during this time the apartment was only cleaned twice. It would have be nice to have a clean bathroom at least every other day. Some details in the apartment need atención like a defective light in the main bedroom and the squeaking floor.

The location was superb - everything within walking distance. The metro station was about a 2 minute walk to the apartment and this was marvellous. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and felt modern. The bathroom was great, kitchen fantastic and the double bed was really comfortable. The view of the street from our balcony was a fabulous addition. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation - 10 out of 10.

Even if our stay was a quick overnight layover we really enjoyed our studio at Páteo Saudade Lofts. The location is unbeatable and the apartments are very well amended with a full bathroom, kitchen, and terrace.

Ottima posizione ed è sicuramente il punto di forza. La camera è molto spaziosa e con angolo cottura. il problema è che c’era tantissima polvere, sotto il letto gomitoli.. in bagno c’era puzza di fogna 😅 il riscaldamento ad aria era molto rumoroso, la macchina vecchia.

there's a lot of bang for your buck (or euro). An entire apartment (I thought the Expedia listing was exaggerated, but it was spot-on) in the middle of town, 100 m from the metro Baixa-Chiado - in terms of transport and connectedness you simply can't do much better. A few glitches: none of the Wlans listed reached my unit (I was in the topmost, right under the roof) and the one that did, dropped out every 10 seconds, but I used my phone as a hot spot and am pretty confident that was just a bug, not a feature. For a longer stay, I would have insisted, for two nights not worth the trouble. For a longer stay, a real desk would also be useful, but other than that, a very complete accomodation, central and excellent price. Highly recommended,

Great location. Central to all the places you care to visit. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet street. A block from the metro station. The front desk is on the first floor. You have to carry your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor, then you can use the elevator. Rooms are large, recent remodeling. On two occasions, I had to step on a large roach ( body 5cm long) crossing the floor. Not surprised as there was tons of dust and debris under the sofa's and bed. The on-demand hot water system barely keeps up. Second person in the shower often had to hurry up. Otherwise was a good place to stay. Safe neighborhood but watch for pickpockets on the bus/metro/trolleys.

Nice apartment. Great location.
This is a nice, clean, renovated apartment with a great location. The staff is helpful and very responsive. My only issue was we had a baby carriage and there were two flights of steps into the building before the elevator.

Lugar muito bom, limpeza impecável. Super próximo do metro (1 min de caminhada), e de vários pontos turísticos. O ambiente é bem grande e confortável. O único ponto meio negativo é o chuveiro. Depois de um tempo o mesmo começa a esfriar, o que é um pouco desagradável.

Nice clean place in the old part of Lisbon. Very close to everything you need to have a great experience. A good size place with a kitchen and a step out balcony which we enjoyed. We were with our son so it would have been nice to have a door to the main bedroom to create so separation. That’s about the only suggestion I can make. Thanks

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Given the area is busy the rooms were very quiet. It was comforting and useful having staff at the building that we could communicate with and assist us or give suggestions. In our room I suggest a few items be maintained including squeaky floor boards and a loosely mounted air conditioner. Also additional shelving in the bathroom would be useful to help with storing toiletries.

on ne peut pas rêver meilleur emplacement et avec le double vitrage, auncun bruit de la rue. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse et le personnel très gentil. Seuls bémols, les cloisons sont tellement fines que mieux vaut avoir des voisins calmes et d'autre part, le linge de lit n'est vraiment pas confortable : pas de draps housse alors ça ne tient pas au matelas et couverture au lieu de couette.

The worse part of this property is lack of staff support after hours . We accidentally pressed the passcode of the room keypad twice and since then we could not open the door no matter how many times we pressed the correct code number . Then I called the contact number but was all spoken in Portuguese but not English . I just could not understand what it said . There was no body replied me. Then I SMS to the contact number, again no reply. My husband and myself were extremely disappointed , angry , tired and frustrated as we were locked outside the room around 9:30 pm . It was only after 20 minutes then I got a call back from a man . My husband explained to him what had happened and he then reset the keypad number before we could finally open the door!!! This is the main difference between a hotel with 24 hours staff support and a 3 star service apartment with only a few hours staff support in the day time . Hope this apartment has more staff support and more English translation in the contact number.
