Hotel was very nice but have two complaints. The breakfast was only ok. The bacon tray was always empty. Other hotels had much better breakfasts - esp for the price. WIFI reception in the bedroom of our suite was terrible and dropped continuously.

Glad we decided to go for it!
The photos on Hotels.com don't do this property any justice, whilst it looks pleasant enough we booked it expecting it to be a bit dated and for the pool area to pretty much be just a splash pool but were prepared to accept that as it was in an area that we wanted to be near, cleaniness and service is more important than decor and the price was great compared to everything else round about but we were really pleased on arrival as the hotel is lovely! Its a beautiful building, the rooms are huge and the staff were great! Yes it could do with a bit of modernisation, especially the bathroom and the air con but it was clean, comfortable and the pool area is a great wee space to chill out and the breakfast was ideal to set you up for the day. It is located about 30 mins drive to Lisbon city and about 20 mins from the town of Cascais (which is well worth a visit), there are 2 train stations near the hotel which give you access to many of the towns nearby. Would def stay here again if we ever go back to this area of Portugal.

We couldn't believe such a beautiful hotel for the price and its right across from the beach. The grounds are beautiful throughout. The beautiful rooms are spacious and very clean. Guest service desk is 24-hours and continental breakfast. Entered room with a large, well arranged, room-service looking tray. I wish we had time for the spa!

Excelente localização. Possuía todas as condições para ser uma excelente estadia. Todavia, os quartos estão velhos, mobiliário estava furado, toalha de banho furada, banheiro sem luminosidade, torneira não chegava ao meio da pia, café da manhã horrível ! (Café frio, pão duro, pão amanhecido, sem frutas) Funcionários pouco amigáveis e que sequer se dispuseram a “trocar” o quarto em razão de todos os problemas citados. Há opções melhores na região.

Net hotel, maar veel kabaal.
Hotel met enorm ruime kamers wat een duidelijk pluspunt is (lijkt wat dat betreft meer op een appartement). Daarnaast is de algehele staat van de kamer goed. Ontbijt vindt plaats in een mooie ruimte met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Enige nadeel waar je niet omheen kan: de kustweg ligt op een steenworp afstand van het hotel en dit is feitelijk gewoon een vierbaans snelweg. Kortom, rustig op het balkon zitten en genieten van het zeezicht is er niet bij want je wordt weggeblazen door de herrie. Zodra je de buitendeuren sluit heb je binnen niet veel last van het lawaai.

Whilst the hotel was comforable, its position right next to an arterial road made it very noisy outside and not very accessible, due to the road being a dual cariageway.

Wunderbarer Ausblick vom Zimmer auf die Flußmündung des Tejo in den Atlantik. Gute verbindung mit dem Zug zur Innenstadt von Lissabon. Badestrand ganz in der Nähe. Große Zimmer jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten um den schönen Pool war leider ungepfllegt.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in the same suit as the last time, the suit of the original owner. The service is impeccable, everyone is friendly and helpful. I love to wake up with the magificent view of the ocean 👍

30 yrds away from a duel carriage way in front , 100 yds away from a railway lline behind that starts at 6.00 a.m and finished at 01.00 a.m room was from the 80's.At 5ft 8 I still had to bend down to shower and this was so completely uncomfortable. cupboards were chipped and broken, marble table was cracked completely down the middle and somehow stuck together. Wardrobe doors were off runners and made the loudest noise. everyone in rooms next to us could here, and we could here them Food was awful....I have been on many holidays with Expedia and this is so the worst...I would look at your choice

Hotel bem localizado, embora ao lado da linha do comboio, o que causa um pouco de barulho. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Excelente pequeno almoço. Poderia melhorar o quesito "frutas". Não possui nenhum acessório no quarto como micro ondas, por exemplo. Possui restaurante, mas em duas noites do período em que lá estivemos, não abriu (dias 14 e 15/10).
