친절하고 편안했던 데스크와 시계방 할아버지께 감사.
어쩌다보니 새벽에 도착하여 자고 있는 데스크를 깨워야했다. 사전에 연락도 없어 당황했을 텐데, 귀찮다는 기색 없이 전화를 받고 달려와 문을 열어주었다. 1박을 예약했지만 숙박객이 별로 없어서인지 거의 2일을 편안하게 이용했다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 난방도 괜찮았다. 리프트가 없으나 친절한 직원이 짐을 날라줌. 1층 시계방 할아버지는 무뚝뚝하지만 매우 친절하고, 실질적인 주인인 듯 편리를 봐주셨다. 호시우 광장, 역과 걸어서 5분 거리라 이동하기 편하고 주변에 맛집, 기념품 가계 등이 즐비하다. 느리게 흘러가는 리스본 시내를 보고 싶거나 적은 비용으로 편하게 쉬고 싶은 여행자들에게 적극 추천한다.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location!
위치가 너무 좋아요. 그 유명한 28번 트램 종착지 바로 앞이고, 로시우 광장 바로 지척이고 5분 거리 내에 지하철이 2군데~! 이동 시간 낭비하지 않고 여행 아주 잘했어요. 스태프도 친절하고, 모르는 것 물어보면 칠절하게 잘 안내해주세요. 방은 크지는 않았지만 청소상태는 깔금했어요.

Do Not Stay Here
Do not stay here. Any other hotel in the city center is priced similarly and is far better. When we saw the awful state of the room we tried to get a refund. The refund policy was to pay one night as a penalty. The hotel refused our request. hotels.com was no help at all. We booked another hotel and stayed there. We didn't check out of Baixa while we were still paying for it. The hotel rented the room to other travelers while we were out. They said they'd refund our money but did not. The general manager (owner?) is the rudest woman in Portugal. It's really not worth the hassle.

Okay rooms in the center
Located in the center of lisboa, clean and okay rooms. Our rooms had a small balcony No AC but fans availbly. Nice and friendly staff. Late arrival possibly (Midnight)

Stay Anywhere Else
The room for three people was wall to wall bed. It was not modern or spacious, as advertised. It did not have AC, as advertised. There wasn’t room for more than one person to stand. We tried speaking to Hotels.com and got the run around. They directed us to the hotel. The “front desk” directed us to the manager (the rudest woman in Portugal) who directed us to Hotels.com. This is not a hotel the management is proud of. They get their business by fooling people. We found another place to stay. We did not check out. The hotel sold our room to another person. When we returned to the room we were still paying for, two strange sets of luggage and toiletries were in the room. We are charging back through AMEX because the hotel has no qualms about charging two parties for the same room.

Although the rooms were small, they were adequate and clean. Well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is well located and very close to great food, walking and transportation

Very poor value for money, very shabby entrance and stairs, no lift ,decoration very drab, A very worrying smell of gas during our 2 day stay. No plug on bathroom wash basin, no glasses in room for water, no air conditioning so very hot and stuffy, very little sign of any staff. We paid 205€ for 2 nights and we're told on your site this was a reduced price, think again. We were told there was only one room left yet the place seemed empty. ホテルというより、その名のとおりゲストハウスかアパート
第一印象として、ホテルというにはほど遠い。入口がインターホンで入れてもらうとエレベータがなくスーツケースを持ちながら階段。疲れて到着したのに、もっと疲れた。チェックインが頼りなく、部屋がなかなか決まらない。さらに、すでに料金は支払われている（ホテルズドットコムより現地で課金される、という情報だったのですでに支払われているとは知らなかった）のに、料金を請求され、後で返金されるという始末。部屋に入ると、他人のスーツケースやリュックがあり、慌てて受付に行くと、「部屋を間違えた」と言って、部屋にあった他人の荷物を別の部屋に移し替えた。後で別の担当が「自分の父親が間違って請求したので返金処理をした。」と再度チェックインのやり直し。 部屋にはドライヤーやコップはなし。タオルもバスタオルだけ。 年末年始で、しかも予約がギリギリだったので、こんなところしか空いていないのは仕方がないが、これで一泊85ユーロとはあまりにもひどい。 ただ、何人いるのか知らないが他の従業員は、それなりにサービスしようと努力はしているように見えた。

Super zentrales Hotel für 3 Tage Aufenthalt
Wir kamen an, eine Stadtkarte wurde uns geschenkt und wie wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen, Essensmöglichkeiten wurde uns erklärt . Der Check in war schnell und unkompliziert. Es war keine Luxus Ausstattung aber für uns hat es gereicht, da wir immer unterwegs waren und nicht viel Schlaf gebraucht haben. Man bekommt ein bisschen Straßenverkehr mit weil es wirklich zentral ist und man nicht weit laufen muss um viele Dinge zu erreichen. Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, war das es kalt war in dem Zimmer, da wir wegen den Geräuschen die Heizung über Nacht nicht an lassen konnten. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen !

I knew this wouldn't be perfect but I thought the guest house would at least match the information in their listing. I think my biggest annoyance is with the 24h reception which in fact was open for maybe an hour a day, if at all. I was also expecting a hairdryer in the room but it wasn't there and I couldn't get it from reception when it was convenient for me because there wasn't anyone at reception. Just a mention in case this is important to you: - twin room had two single beds one next to the other which pretty much looked like one and there was no space to separate them - peeling wallpaper - leaking shower, shower with mould and rust. At lest pressure and water temp was good. The one thing that the guest house is definitely good for is location - convenient for public transport, nightlife, restaurants etc. Overall an ok stay, we knew it would be cheap and cheerful. Most things you can live with for a short stay but lack of reception is definitely an inconvenience.

En plein centre de Lisbonne, équipe enthousiaste.
Quartier vivant et aussi bruyant. Pas de clim. Baignoire de douche fêlée et la mastique en mauvais état. Tout cela assez decevant mais on s'y habitue. Trop cher. Mais l'enthousiasme de l'équipe a bien compensé ces choses.

Closest in proximity to the city center.
While the Guest House was close to nearly everything in the city center it lacked the basic space necessary for any couple to manipulate around a room. The bedroom was the size of the double bed. There were no facilities beyond that other than bathroom space (no tub) and limited area to negotiate around a sink. No AC no lift (2nd floor walk up) and narrow corridors. While the room was clean, and the owner cordial and hospitable the facilities lacked substance. Even the flat screen TV was the size of my computer monitor, very basic room with only plastic cups. Should be considered a Hostel and not a Guest House that non-backpackers would be used too.

Needed to cancel some days due to difficult to park and was denied. Understand policies, but had to leave early to be close to the beach in Caparica. Expected a refund for a day, but did not get an answer from them.

ロシオ駅に近く便利
予約後に私のクレジットカードが更新され、デポジットがかけられないとのことで、事前のホテルとのやりとりが非常に面倒だった。(エクスペディアで予約したのにホテルズドットコムから更新してとメールが来たり。エクスペディアで更新してもホテル側に伝わらないとのことで、セキュリティー上懸念があったが、結局メールでカード番号を知らせなくてはならなかった。)しかし、ホテルはロシオ駅に近く、活動するにはとても便利で、ホテルのスタッフさんも大きな荷物を気持ちよく運んで下さったり部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。私が行った時は夜涼しく問題なかったですが、クーラーがないので気をつけたほうが良いと思います。
