The host was cooperative and tried to help correct a mess-up. The unit I booked was given to somone else and I was sent to a lower quality unit without adjusting the rate. I was also presented with additional fees which almost doubled the rent agreed to with Expedia. I don't mind paying ut wgat I object to is the lack of transparency

Nice wee pad- but the add ons!££!?£?
It’s a decent wee pad, well appointed, very handy for the Gloria Elevator down to Rossio in the city centre and in a thriving bar and cafe area. My lukewarm review really relates to the add ons so read the small print like I didn’t. By the time the seemingly random charges were totted up I paid £162 extra on my 5 day stay this included a £45 PER HEAD! cleaning charge (I add that the place was not cleaned or towels, which were also extra, changed during our stay). Plus a £200 breakages deposit. Given the used and charmingly up cycled nature of the furniture you’d have struggled to break anything to that value. Apparently on one site these charges are included but not on Expedia where I booked (small print again). You expect a small tax or fee you didn’t know about but I felt pretty ripped off by the whole thing so it’s a good job Lisbon was fantastic.

Agradable piso, muy cerca del metro, completamente equipado, ESO SI la tele, el secador de pelo y la tostadora no funcionaban, y aunque les pidiera factura no me la enviaron todavia!

В отель нас даже не пустили !!! Разговаривали на улице в дождь! Сказали, что нужно заплатить 186 евро и только после этого они пустят нас в забронированную комнату, на наше утверждение, что с нас уже сняли деньги за проживание и ваш сайт подтвердил наше проживание, он, а это был молодой мужчина, сказал, что ничего не знает и никакого подтверждения нашего бронирования у него нет. Вызывать полицию мы не стали, просто во всех сервисах опишем , как ваш ресурс обманывает пользователей.

В этом отеле есть номера и апартаменты! Вы арендовали комнату, ожидая, что у нее есть квартира! Ошибка сделана тем, кто сделал оговорку! Что касается дополнительных затрат - они понятны! Когда вы хотите позвонить в полицию - это называется, и вы пришли, потому что видели, что вы ошибаетесь, и именно поэтому вы вошли.

L'appartamento era bellissimo, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono solo due pecche, il prezzo un po' elevato, ci sono costi extra da pagare in più al momento oltre a quelli di prenotazione. L'appartamento e fa freddissimo!!!! Faceva davvero freddo. Per il resto pulitissimo bellissimo e ottima zona.

Nice flat but huge extra fees to pay at check in!
The flat itself was nice and well located, however it ended up costing us almost the double of the price shown on Expedia as they add up many extra fees that need to be paid at check in, such as €20 per person per week just for bedsheets and towels (we actually only stayed 4 nights but had to pay the full weekly price), or €40 late check in fee if you arrive after 7pm and a surprising 20% hotel tax which bumps up the price dramatically. Communication before check in was a bit on the rude side, only focusing on "you have to pay this amount at check in, if you are not happy with it you can cancel and we will keep all your money". So all in all I would not recommend it unless they lower those ridiculously high fees (€20 for beddings and towels per person is really over the top!).

Atendimento precário, sem nenhuma estrutura.
Fiz a reserva com 1 dia de atencedencia, no dia do check in fui ao local e a porta se encontrava trancada, campainha não funcionava e ninguém atendeu, fiquei por 3 a 4 horas esperando atendimento e nada, liguei no telefone indicado e ninguém atendeu, lamentável a expedia oferece serviços desse estabelecimento. Tive que fazer outra reserva em outro hotel, aí sim fui super bem atendido

Lägenhetens utseende stämde inte alls med bilden när jag beställde. Adressen stämde inte med hotellets lokation, vilket gjorde att vår förbeställda taxi kom en halvtimme försent.

Way too small for what I paid for. A room with a 5'x3' bathroom. Someone used the toilet and left it for me when I got there. On the Website it shows a separate bathroom with deep soaking bathtub. I got a 3'x2' shower stall and every time I got up from the toilet I would hit my head on the roof. I'm 5'4" tall. My stay was 10 days, no one came to clean or replenish the toilet papers. I paid 60 euros for cleaning on top of everything else. I'm sure this will not get posted.

Misleading & Tricked - Horrible experience
Stayed at this place showed four stars hotel rating on the booking website. Pictures look nothing the ones shown, was mislead into believing it was a modern style, this place was grimy & in a sketchy neighborhood. I had overpaid for this place. When I arrived I was slapped with another Hidden Charges of 77 Euros for staying 2 nights which was cleaning fees, towel charges, and non-related taxes. Found out that other hotels only charged 1 euro per day for tax. Which was ridiculous. Also Wifi Internet wouldn't work in the rooms, it would cut out and be super slow and then cut out. Worst thing was the washroom was so tiny it was located right under the stairs, the ceiling would touch my head at the short side and go up higher on the shower side, literally about 5 ft wide by 3 ft width, sink is about 1 feet & water keeps splashing out of the sink and shower would wet the whole floor nothing to cover it except curtains. There was no place to hang the towels so I had to put it on top of the toilet seat. Worst part was that it was right in front of the entrance door. When I got out of the shower with a towel on to walk over to my room, there was a cleaner smoking & standing right in front of the see-thru glass entrance door was looking at me, waiting for me to leave. Next morning I had realized that I got 5 bed bug bites that were in a line on my waist. I had tried to call to management to get my money back but they denied my claim & said they had no bugs. I had a bad experience.

Apartamento bien situado para visitar Lisboa
La estancia fue perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy bien situado para ver Lisboa. El metro cerca, parking cercano para el coche económico. Sólo un reparo, no hay aire acondicionado (tiene un aparato que no sirve para nada realmente). Durante nuestra estancia hizo muchísimo calor, y la temperatura en el apartamento era demasiado elevada.
