웬만한곳은 걸어서 다닐수 있을정도로 위치가 좋았고 객실도 조용했습니다 리셉션 직원들도 친절해서 매우 만족스러운 여행을 할수있었습니다 객실청도도 깨끗한편이었으나 커피머신기계위에 먼지가 있었던것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다

방이 약간 추웠던것 말고는 전반적으로 만족합니다
전반적으로 만족 합니다. 다만 건물이 오래되어서 그런지 방이 꽤 많이 추웠습니다. 온풍기 틀어도 창문과 거튼 사이로 바깥의 냉기가 많이 전달되어 숙면을 취하기 힘들었습니다. 그리고 욕실에 욕조가 있었으면 더 좋았을것 같습니다.

Good location and clean. But it has shared wall. We could hear noises in the next room. Service is normal. Not that wonderful, not bad also. Low cost-effectiveness.

Best location, very near to the Santa justa elevator and other famous spots including Praca da Figuieira, Praca do Comercio, etc. Kind and helpful staff! Two thumbs up! Hotel Restaurant Elevador is highly recommendable, especially octupus dish. But you'd better think twice if you plan to visit Restaurant Pinóquio (Pinocchio in Portuguese). New remodeling in a perfect location; one can walk slowly to the Comercio Plaza or Camoes Plaza within 10 minutes, the bus stop for Aerobus #1 at the Rossio plaza or tram #15/bus stop at Figueria plaza within 2 min. Receptionist were skilled, professional, and well informative and very helpful. The room was bright, rather large, and equipped very conveniently. Minibar is complimentary and refilled daily. Welcome port wine and a farewell box of chocolates with sparkling wine was surprise. The buffet restaurant in the ground floor offered variety of foods daily and 2 hours of fantastic Fado performances on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. We enjoyed Fado music by a singer and two guitar players very much. I'll stay again at my next visit.

호시우광장에서 2분거리이다보니 투어에 참석하기에도 용이하고 쇼핑을 하기에도 편리합니다. 밤에도 근처에 사람이 많아 시끄러울까봐 걱정했지만 전혀 그렇지않았고 조식도 아주 만족스러웠습니다

모든게 완벽했던 호텔. 너무 좋았어요~
호텔 위치가 리스본 관광지 중심가에 있어서 어디든 걸어서 이동이 가능합니다. 호시우 광장 옆이라 어디로 이동하든 교통도 편리했고 무엇보다 호텔이 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있었고 모든게 완벽했던 호텔이에요~

The hotel is in a great location near all the tourist attractions. We could see the Santa Justa Lift and Castelo de Sao Jorge right from our room. Very close to Rossio train stop. Many restaurants close by. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I came from a Hotel where there was a cockroach in my room so I was so happy when Hotel Santa Justa was able to accommodate me so last minute. They ensured my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Would recommend!

It was very clean, comfortable, great breakfast options included and great restaurant in house. Close to lots of local attractions and great food. Only downside was having to park in a public garage and wheel luggage over. Hotel acts like they guarantee a parking spot and it’s basically the same price if you go directly to the garage and not pick up card from hotel first.

If guest parks the car without our card pay more for 24hours than using that card. A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Little touches like a free bar go a long way in improving one’s stay. Had an excellent dinner with Fado. All in all a really nice stay!

The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is great. They offer daily free bottle of water and beer. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel. The past four were excellent. I did not receive housekeeping service for any of my three day stay, and I did not receive the promised bottle of wine.
