위치만 빼고 좋았습니다
시설도 좋고 서비스도 좋았습니다 다만 생각보다 외지고 찾아가는 길이 캐리어를 끌고 가기에 너무 힘들었어요 조식도 괜찮았는데 위치만 빼면 다 좋았어요

Great pool front suite. Great location to hiking boardwalks, light house and hidden beaches. Easily walkable to downtown Lagos and marina. Convenient to everything. Clean and great customer service. Best brunch buffet I’ve ever had!!!!!

Funcionários não tem nenhuma empatia com o hóspede. Tínhamos acabado de chegar de uma viagem bem cansativa, e só paramos lá por uma noite para pegar o avião de volta no dia seguinte. No início da noite descemos ao restaurante e tínhamos um pacote de batatas chips e quando entramos a garçonete nos perguntou se íamos jantar. Disse que não, que só queríamos sentar ali, comer as batatinhas e eu pensava em tomar umas cervejas. Ela que não podíamos ficar ali. Perguntei por que não e ela disse que não era em Portugal costume comer algo que não fornecido por eles no restaurante. Argumentei que tínhamos feito isso no Ibis Styles no Porto sem problemas. Daí o argumento mudou, disse que era regra do hotel. Depois disse que poderíamos ficar, mas que cobraria "rolha" de 5 Euros por pessoa. Desistimos. Fui ao mercadinho ao lado, comprei a cerveja e fomos comer no quarto. e o restaurante estava vazio, somente umas 3 ou 4 pessoas no bar.

My room was very big, modern and lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable and the power shower was amazing! The air con worked really well, there was a fridge and a safe. There was also a huge TV, a desk and chair and a second smaller desk and seat. The room was ready at 10am when I arrived early! I had cappuccino and pastel de nata (highly recommended) twice in the bar and both were really well presented. The bar had really comfortable seating and the staff were lovely - on the day I left the guy serving gifted me my drink and two cakes! The hotel has a games room and some rooms have balconies. There are two supermarkets in the same street and it’s about 5-8 mins from the subway and hop on/hop off bus starting point. The street was noisy at night but I just wore earth plugs.

Boa localização, próximo a mercado e metro, bom café da manhã, o quarto espaçoso com uma vista muito bonita, o único ponto foi o conforto da cama de solteiro que na verdade era um sofá cama nada confortável, para uma ou duas estadias sem problemas, mas como ficamos 7 noites não foi muito confortável. A equipe atenciosa da recepção e restaurante, inclusive no dia do meu aniversário deixaram um bolinho com balões e uma mensagem. Recomendo o hotel.

They took my small dog which was the reason I booked it. But it was an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Pretty good food in their cafe. Very fairly priced. Stayed in an Ibis in Malaga also. Great value for money.

Excelente estadia com tudo por perto.
Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, chuveiro com pressão dando um agradável banho, frigobar... Local com dois mercadinhos, um logo ao lado e outro quase em frente e vários restaurantes no entorno. Café da manhã bem completo para o padrão Ibis por 10 Euros/pessoa. Estações de Metrô a uns 400 metros. Loja da Europcar para aluguel de carros a uns 450 metros na Rua Rodrigues Sampaio. El Corte Inglês a uns 900m. Localidade tranquila. Para quem curte caminhada/corrida matinal, tem a opção da Av. Liberdade. Saindo do Hotel e indo por ela até a Praça do Comércio, dá uns 3,0km.

Les couloirs et ascenseurs sont très étroits ce qui rend difficile l'accès avec les bagages, et quartier pas toujours très rassurant, très bon buffet de petit déjeuner et personnel de la réception agréable mais un gros bémol pour les pratiques de la direction qui choisit de faire une soirée avec animation musicale à entrée payante au bar restaurant et ainsi priver tout client d'avoir accès à la restauration sur place s'il ne désire pas payer 25 euros pour écouter de la musique. Lorsque je choisis de séjourner dans un ibis c´est parce que si je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de me restaurer à l'extérieur je pourrai toujours le faire au bar restaurant de l'hotel n'y ayant pas eu accès ce soir là, j'ai trouvé cela très peu commercial

Notre intention en apportant cet événement au restaurant est d'apporter la culture locale et le paiement n'est pas seulement pour écouter les musiciens mais pour le dîner. L'entrée est uniquement limitée au hall principal et non au bar, où les clients qui ne veulent pas payer pour le dîner restent. Nous vous avons également donné la possibilité de dîner dans votre chambre, je m'excuse si vous n'en avez pas été informé.Merci encore pour vos commentaires et j'espère que votre prochain séjour sera beaucoup plus agréable
