가성비 굿!
가격대비 매우 만족스러웠어요. 다만 호텔이 시내와 좀 떨어져있어서 주변에 별게없다는점. 지하철역과 걸어서오분정도거리라서 좋긴해요. 특히 조식이 정말 마음에들었어요!

저렴한 여행을 위한 호텔
구시가지와 떨어져 있지만, 지하철 15분정도만 타면 구시가지와 기차역(오리엔트)까지 편하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 지하철에서 호텔 방향은 언덕이라 캐리어를 가지고 이동하는데 힘든면이 있습니다.

쾌적한 호텔
호텔이 매우 청결하고, 직원들도 매우 친절해서 최고점 줍니다. 다만 공간이 조금 작기는 하나, 크게 불편함은 없었고, 도시중심과는 거리가 있어 지하철을 이용해야 합니다.

everything about hotel itself was great very kind staff and best room ever but location is bit tricky be careful when u decide to walk to city center u might walk thru a place something slum full of harmful-looking ppl also too far away from city center so take public transportation everything else was perfect and awesome

Schönes Hotel, etwas außerhalb aber mit drei Metrostationen in der Nähe. Super Frühstück und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön und man hat alles was man braucht.

Long distance phone calls didn't work and could not open window because it was locked , parking on street if you want to park on property only good if you have a small car and they charge you 20 euros not a bad place but Would not call it 4 star

Relatively outdated, and student parties
The room we had looked and smelled old. The bathroom showed signs of age, and there was mold on some shower tiles. The hairdryer was barely working, I would recommend to bring your own and have 1 hour ahead of you to dry your hair. As for the student parties, just a heads-up, watch out for the university a street away, and their celebration schedule. On our first night in Portugal (i.e. tired and jet lagged), we were greeted with a very loud outdoor party happening almost under our street facing windows, with mics and amps . The music continued until 2 a.m., and earplugs didn't help. Of course, it's not the hotel's fault, but be warned of the proximity to the university.

Service and staff was excellent; however there was an exception. For service I have to go to reception around 3-4 times in 3 nights to reprogram our keys; we had 2 rooms. One horrible thing is the design of the parking garage that’s beneath the hotel. It’s good for 15 cars only and too tight. I’ve been driving for 30 years and scratched my car at the wall going down because of the very sharp turns and very tight parking spots. My wife and I were in shock.

We had room 101. The air conditioning was nonfunctional, basically just pulling in fresh air. The floor of the room is very worn, possibly a tripping hazard. We had to request an extension cord to operate the coffee pot. The television is very small, hard to see from the bed, and the built-in music player was nonfunctional. The telephone did not work, and staff made no effort to fix it. Breakfast staff complained that we should not take a cup of coffee to the room, when our coffee maker was not functional. This hotel should not be rated 4 star.

The hotel is good and in great location . However, the AC is making a lot of noise and the AC system is old and needs to be replaced for sure. My wife couldn't sleep because of the excessive noise from the AC.

Very pleasant stay
Very helpful and friendly staff at reception desk. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of three different metro stations. Very quiet room and comfortable beds, and very clean. They even noticed that it was my birthday from my passport information and I had a nice surprise waiting in my room that evening of a small bottle of Cava and birthday cake. Sweet! I would definitely stay here again.

The Turim was a perfect place to stay while in Lisbon. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean and great for a short stay in the city. The breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent to start our day. Great variety and choices. Location was excellent. Close to 2 metro stations.

Hôtel un peu excentré mais proche des transports en commun ( Metro , bus …). Les chambres sont propres , ménage quotidien. Le personnel est accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel .
