정말 만족한 숙소입니다
정말 만족한 숙소였습니다. 24시간 체크인도 가능해서 아침 6시에 가서 짐도 맡길 수 있었어요. 직원들 너무 친절하고, 호텔도 생각보다 넓었네요.

편리한 위치 좋은 호텔
가격대비 정말 좋았어요. 호시우 역에서도 가깝고 바이샤 역에선 정말 3분 여기저기 다니기 너무 좋구여, 간단하지만 조식 포함된게 이 가격이라니 유럽 다른 호텔 다니다가 보니 좋더라구요. 하지만, 씼는 용품은 좀 부족했어요. 다 가지고 가셔야 할 것 같아요. 방은 2이 쓰기 좁지 않고 적당했습니다.

우선 위치가 매우 좋았습니다. 주요관광지들과도 가깝고, 기차역, 메트로역, 버스역, 트램역이 모두 매우 가깝습니다. 조식 포함 안 한 것 같은데 기본이 조식 포함인 듯 했고, 가짓수는 적지만 딱 필요한 것들로 실속있는 조식부페였습니다. 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 특히 Pedro 는 농담도 건네고 여러가지로 도움도 많이 주었습니다.

The hotel staff- excellent. The included breakfast- excellent The location- excellent The only comment I have is the following- while the shower is beautiful to look at, it is very dangerous and unsafe in my opinion. There should be grab bars and decals on the floor to prevent falls.

This hotel was in a great location in the centre of Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room size was very big, clean and comfortable.

The smell was bad... room 309 (and, possibly, all of the 3rd floor of the hotel) smelled strongly of sewer gas. It is not possible they did not know about the smell, yet we were placed on that floor anyway. We endured it for the first night, then we asked for a different room because it did not go away. Room 209 (same spot in the building, but one floor lower) did not have this problem. The location was convenient for touring Baixa, Chiado and Alfama, certainly. But the price for this was double the cost of the hotel to which we moved after that, in Restauradores, near Rossio Station, which did not smell at all and was very comfortable, and was nearly as convenient to all of these places. We would have skipped Hotel 7 if we had known any of this. 3 stars are given overall, because it was convenient and the staff were wonderful, but the smell was very bad and the price was high for something that smelled so terrible.

Location was great. However, the rooms (had 2 different ones in different floors, 3 night stay) had a strong musty smell. The smells were 'covered' right after the rooms were cleaned but they returned very strongly. They came from the bathroom area (tubing?).

Odeurs nauséabondes dans les corridors. Pas d'eau chaude du soir au matin. Au départ tôt le matin pour prendre l'avion on nous a répondu que l'eau chaude était fermée et d'attendre une vingtaine de minutes avant d'en avoir. Nous avons payés trop chère pour un hôtel de si basse classe. On demande un remboursement. Nous sommes des clients réguliers d'expédia et cette fois-ci l'insatisfaction est grande à propos de cet hôtel.

The facility is quite nice. The bed was an actual queen size vs. the typical two singles pushed together and the shower was larger than I typically experience in Europe. The breakfast aslo gets an A plus!

The property was excellent; appeared to be recently updated, large shower, comfortable bed, and a very nice breakfast selection. We had an issue at check-in because one of the two rooms I reserved was supposed to have 2 beds, but it only had 1 bed. The hotel showed me the reservation that was transmitted from Travelocity and it it showed only 1 bed for that room, so the error was apparently made by Travelocity.

Great hotel for this price. Very clean and modern. Great A/C in the rooms. Personally I'd do away with the system of the key to keep the power in the room running but that's very minor. Very central to many attractions in Lisbon. Easy to get to via Metro from the airport. A really nice find!
