Great location! Friendly staffs! There was only small issues with the airport pick up arrangement they offered. The Driver was terrible and dishonest. But Art inn hotel fixed that issue right away. We appreciate it! We would go back and stay at Art Inn hotel again!

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay at the art in! It was central to many things to walk to such as a Rossio Square, the elevator, and the commercio Square by the river port. We enjoyed the hotel very much! We certainly do appreciate the help with our luggage being taken to our fifth floor room. we did have to plan each day when we left the room to make sure to pack up everything we needed! We did not want to have to climb the stairs back to our room for something forgotten! The Buffet breakfast was plenty with many selections. The gourmet, coffee machine was superb! The staff, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooftop experience was beautiful!

Nice and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is lots of stairs to walk up. Overall is good!

We really enjoed the area of the hotel, its in the middle of the centre. Unfortunately there is just an ekevator from the 2-4 level. we were on the 3rd so with big suitcases its very difficult , with small ones managable! breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful! Ladies at the breakfast as well, except today! I asked for joghurt, she told me sorry it’s only until 10:30. It was actually 9:28 and I’m used to better customer service honestly. That was a bit disappinting, but overall it’s a good hotel.

Great checkin process. The guys at the front desk were very helpful and showed us a map of where to walk around in central Lisbon. Great boutique hotel!

This is a great hotel. Love the decorations and the setups. The rooftop is a plus. Great view. This is way higher than my expectation at this price range. Will definitely go back again

This hotel worked out perfectly for our family. We had a room on the 4th floor with two twin beds for our kids and a king for us, and a small kitchenette. The space was compact, but we were able to unpack and settle in. It is perfectly located within a few steps to two different metro lines and the suburban train line to Sintra. We were able to walk to the Alfama and the riverfront. We enjoyed a glass a wine on the roof deck at the end of each day and breakfast was terrific. I would highly recommend this property, especially for a family.

Art Deco boutique hotel in great location.
We were daunted by the staircases that needed to be tackled but our suitcases were carried by staff so we managed fine. The hotel/room was very charming but old buildings have pros and cons. Room was comfortable but not spacious, and a lot of street noise night and early morning. Having said that, the staff were exceedingly helpful and the rooftop restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and lovely ambience.

Misleading information.
The information is misleading, their lobby is not open 24/7. They do leave the key in a locker, but if you need any assistance, you’re on your own. The beds in our room were uncomfortable; the kids beds were incredibly squeaky, and the adult bed was uneven because of old mattresses. Our kids bedsheets were dirty and we had to put a towel over them. Since it was 11 PM there was nobody who we could call to get new sheets. They advertise a rooftop restaurant, which is very nice, unfortunately, they only serve breakfast from 7 to 10 or open late in the evening so the hours are quite limited. They don’t offer hotel services at all (concierge, shuttle service, etc.)

The quirky artist deco is fun but not overpowering. We had a very spacious room with very comfortable bed. The location is fabulous right in the centre of Lisbon close to trains and metro and an easy walk to the many sights and restaurants.

Could not have asked for better!
We had four destinations on our trip (Barcelona, Santander, Lisbon, Madrid) and this was by far the best accommodation. The property was easy to check into and access via the app and lobby key boxes. The room was huge, decorated nicely, with lots of great amenities (and a wonderful welcome gift). The rooftop was closed during our stay but the cafe we were sent to for breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful both at the front desk and via the mobile app chat. The location was FANTASTIC. We gleamed about this place to our family/friends as we checked in and the property never let us down. The only hiccup was running out of hot water when three of us tried to take showers back to back without being diligent about conserving water, so I don't blame the property for our behavior. Public transportation was nearby, was easy to navigate, and was affordable for travelers. Do not hesitate if considering this property!

Hotel location was excellent within nearest 5mins of the metro station. Hotel was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent views of the city from the rooftop terrace.

The structure is located in the city centre. It's near the Santa Justa Elevator and from the rooftop you have a nice view of the city. Subway and the railway station are near the ART INN as well as restaurants and coffees. The rooms are clean, simple and modern. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Beautiful Lisbon
Great location, good service, rooms were well equipped and spacious. Very helpful when we arrived showing us how to get to certain places. The roof top bar was accessible for amazing views but closed for business, the alternative provision for breakfast (in a cafe about 5 minutes away) was great! Lovely food and great service. Be aware that there are steep steps on entering the hotel and they continue throughout so this would not be suitable for the less mobile or people with any lung issues. Theres a very small one man lift once inside the hotel but you need to navigate stairs to reach it.

Gabrielle greeted me at the door and was helpful and friendly for the entirety of my stay. The hotel is located in just the right spot for exploring the city center by foot. Perfect stay!

Great area near Rossio station. Friendly, helpful staff. Awesome rooftop restaurant and bar. Tricky stairs, very slow and limited elevator- in other words, stairs cannot be avoided.

Nice, but not for everybody
The rooftop breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel is convenient for a tourist. A few warnings. It is not for the handicapped as there are many stairs and elevator only to the roof. My room had a slight tilt that you could trip over if tipsy. The "virtual assistant" means that you are locked out from the building, at night, if you can't use your mobile phone and left your plastic key behind. The sign on the front door telling you how to get in is poorly written in that it does not tell you the equipment for swiping in is way off to the left, and it is English only. But I liked the efforts to be artistic, and the clerk was absolutely wonderful. There was a nice band in the rooftop for evening entertainment, which stopped playing at 10 PM.
