The place was very beautiful both inside and the nieghborhood. The hotel is at the right center of Cascais making every experience staying in the city very easy. However the concierge service and ppl at the front were not so much satisfactory or friendly enough

This is a stylish and comfortable boutique hotel in the most lovely setting in Cascais, The rooms are very well equipped - our room was at the front of the hotel and we opened the windows each morning to the view of a wide promenade and beyond it, a small sandy beach. A real find!

We booked room 360 (basically the entire top floor), and it was amazing! There was a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us upon our arrival. Huge bathtub, lovely rain shower, 3 balconies, beautiful views of the Citadel and beaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway!

Lovely seaside hotel
Quaint boutique hotel at the sea. Rooms are clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms are roomy and shower is excellent. Bed is quite comfortable. I had a king as a solo traveler. View from second floor is nice, partial ocean view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. A lot of choices, including hot made to order. I just had the fruit & breads but that’s enough. Very fresh. Walking distance to all of the tourist interests. Internet is included and and good for emails & even a video conference I had for work. I would stay again.

Far exceeded expectations
This place is AMAZING! We stayed here during our honeymoon and got upgraded to the Grand Deluxe sweet and WOW! 360 degree views of the city. 2 balconies, awesome bathroom. Right on the water/beach and in the heart of the downtown area. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was simple, but we'll prepared, and with a great view from the restaurant/patio. Additionally, we went to Lisbon after staying here and my wife's wallet went missing. We had assumed pickpockets had gotten it, however a nice man found it and tracked down villa cascais' information because she still had her roomkey in the wallet. They contacted us through WhatsApp and through hotels.com messaging, and got us in contact with the gentleman. Like I said, VERY accommodating staff. We have recommended staying here to all of our friends and family, and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely perfect
Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful room with a lovely view, kind and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast served with a view of the marina. The location is perfect, right in the middle of historic Cascais.

Really great location
Great location on the water, and there is a shortcut alley to and from the Train station. The hotel's restaurant was good, I enjoyed a table outside until it got chilly. Not quite enough English TV channels, but I can't complain.

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and easy to walk into town. Added bonus of free parking. Great balcony for having breakfast or a cocktail!

Wonderful, unique rooms with a location that is minutes away from the restaurants around the center of Cascais and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Pedro, and really helped to make this a memorable stay.

This property is well located and is a beautiful, historic building. However, the dark, intense, monochromatic interiors is a sharp and rather disorienting contrast. The information stated that the pool at their “sister hotel” would be available and it was not. We selected this hotel specifically for the pool. We were not able to sit on the patio unless we were eating diner and it was closed off during the day so there was no where to sit outside at all. This made us feel a bit claustrophobic as the room was dark. It would have been nice to relax outside at the end of the day. The staff was kind and friendly, but we would select a different hotel for our next visit.

The room with a balcony is a must, we stayed at the Blue room facing the plaza. Beautiful rooms with best location. Parking is available behind the building for guests, but limited.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen, der Bahnhof ist um die Ecke und Lissabon sind es mit dem Auto etwa 45 Minuten.

Perfect stay. Very nice hotel, although the price comes with it. Well located, we had access to the facilities (pool,bar) of its sister hotel The Albatroz with a nice view on the ocean. Good breakfast. Had such a great night of sleep. Would def recommend.
