Elevator was out of order - had to lug a very heavy suit case up three floors. Vending machines out of order on first floor.

Very nice motel. Fun little water park with plenty of seating. Rooms are very large & clean.

The place is a bit run down and could use major updating. The carpet in the hall ways are bundled up and could really be a tripping hazard. But overall for the value it is ok. Breakfast was good and the swimming area was nice.

Dirty linens on sofa bed, confetti on floor from previous guest and dried food chunks smashed into carpet suggests floor never vacuumed or cleaned, streamers taped to door frame, shower curtain rod half ripped out of wall.

We really enjoyed the waterpark and breakfast included was a plus. The only complaint, breakfast area just a tad small when they are really busy, gets congested fast, and very limited seating. We had a fantastic stay!

This place was a mini gateway for my kids which they loved. Kiddy swim area for my 3year old and a slide for my 9yr and 7yr.

When I was checking in at 3:10 the rooms were not ready and the person working the front desk seemed either new or very stressed. She wasn't rude but did not communicate well and it took 30 minutes of standing around to finally have access to the room. When we were going to bed we pulled the sheets down and in 2 out of the 4 beds we found multiple pubic hairs. It was late so we just went to bed and slept on top of the covers.

My 5 year old had a blast in the pool area. It was so clean. And the rooms were very spacious. Definitely will be back.

The hotel was conveniently located off of the highway, plenty of parking spaces available. The pool area was spacious. Unfortunately somebody had defecated in the zero entry pool our first night, and I seriously doubt it was adequately cleaned and sanitized. Hopefully there was a lot of chlorine in there! The property itself is in need of a facelift; the carpet is wearing thin, paint chipping off door jambs, and almost a wet dog/corn chip smell in our room.

It had been about 5 years since we took our granddaughter for a weekend of swimming and it's clear the place is in need of a remodel. There was a big line to check in when we arrived with only one person at the desk. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool/slide area but there were wet towels everywhere and I had to ask at the desk for a few dry ones. The temperature in our room was set at 65° and it had to be 80° in there. When we attempted to adjust we had little luck. I had forgotten that they held birthday parties for people who aren't actually staying there so if you're not a fan of kids and tweens this probably isn't the place for you. The rooms seemed clean and the free breakfast was decent. It made for a nice (and close) getaway weekend for us and our grandkids.

Slept well, nice staff, great room, nice hot tub
Loved the separate bedroom from the sofa bed with tv’s in both rooms. Very comfortable king size bed with soft bedding and comfortable pillows. Decent complimentary breakfast. Liked the hot tub. Just be aware that at certain hours there are children using the water park parts of the pool area so not quiet. Early am was quiet though. Very pleasant staff. Definitely would stay again.

Top place to stay!
This is our favorite hotel. I have 4 kids kids 2,5,10,and 15 and we all love it here. Free breakfast is great and the pool area is perfect!! We cant handle the noise and packedness of tundra and other similar places. These place is way less crowded and allows the kids to actually play and not worry about older kids taking over everything. Every stay the front desk workers are extremely busy but maintain themselves and are very nice. They have a hard working staff and thats not easy to find these days. Truely angreat place and love being righr by culvers as well lol.

The curtains in our room were broken and would not close all the way. There is also a fairly bright light right outside our window. The front desk said there wouldn’t be anyone on the property to fix it until tomorrow. We had 4 people in a 2 queen bed room. They were all out of this room type and offered a king size bed and pull out couch. We declined because we would all prefer to sleep in a bed. The shower was also broken. Only about 1/3 of the water came out of the shower head. The rest was coming out of the tub spout. This was disappointing as the hotel otherwise seemed really nice.

Fine but could definitely be better
Our stay was fine, but it definitely could have been better. Customer service was friendly and efficient, however we asked for tissues for our room and were told they were completely out and they were on order. At this time of year…tissues are pretty necessary. Additionally, the ice machine was out on the 3rd floor, our keys didn’t work and needed to be reset, the room was dirty (like actual chunks of dirty on the carpet and hair in the bed), and the walls are super thin. We could hear every word of the conversations the people in the next room and in the hallways were having until 11:00pm. We did have to leave quite early, before the listed breakfast time, and they had food out early for us and others leaving early. So that was nice.

The staff was very harm and welcoming. When I asked to check in early, they were very accommodating as well. I found the rooms to be up to date and clean. They even texted me twice to make sure I was happy with my stay. We had a wonderful stay, so when we’re back in town, we’ll be returning!
