자전거로 스텔비오 패스에 도전하는 사람에게 최적
너무 예쁜 산장풍의 호텔. 방도 예쁘고 밥도 맛있고 너무 친절하고 주변에 스텔비오 패스 등 재미난 관광거리가 있어서 너무 좋은 곳. 욕실 수압도 높고 시설이 깔끔합니다. 자전거로 스텔비오 오르는 사람한테 최적의 서비스 자전거 수리 및 땀내나는 빨래까지 모두 처리해주는 원스탑 레저 리조트입니다. 일단 식사가 너무 맛있고요 주인장이 매우 친절합니다. 겨울에는 스키도 바로 코 앞에서 탈 수 있겠어요. 경치도 좋고 다시가고 싶은 곳 입니다.

Delightful
The hotel is warm and cozy and the family that runs it went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the spa took our breath away. Definitely stay here

Excellent choice in Bormio
We unfortunately arrived late at 20:30 but were immediately accommodated in the Restaurant for Dinner. We were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite which was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with an immense choice of quality food. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Booked Genzianella as a special treat for our last 4 days of a 3 week holiday in Italy and it was exactly that.... Superb! Beautiful hotel, excellent owners and staff, most relaxing. The whole place lovely clean, tidy and well equipped, I wish I had a bike room like that at home. Food was crackin’, Breakfasts set us up for the day. Hope to be back again soon.

Davvero bell’hotel, in ambiente famigliare sorridente e disponibile con ottima colazione e cena. Si trova di fronte all’impianto di risalita e a due passi dal centro. La spa comoda post sci con personale professionale.

The hotel is lovely! Very cozy and a wonderful place to come back to after a long ride. Fabulous breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Hotel for cycle trip
A really good hotel that I'd recommend. Excellent breakfast and really good staff with superb English. Only problem was no air conditioning which made sleeping pretty difficult as we had a hot few days

Hy and thanks for your mail :-) we are glad you enjoyed your stay! I know it feels strange to somebody, but if you leave the window open in the night there is no need of air-con. Cycling Trip
I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The staff was always excellent and helpful. The hotel was very well set up for cyclists with a storage room, tools, workstands, etc. The breakfast service was always good with a large selection of food. I signed up for the snack and laundry service which worked out very well; nice coming home with a bag full of clean laundry for a change.

Simply inform us next time and we will be happy to provide only sheets instead of sheets+cover. Someone wants the cover because they sleep with open windows. Lovely hotel
Loved the sauna in the hotel except often children played there which disturbed the environment. Another minus was that we couldn't get a double room when requested but everything else was lovely about our stay

Best hotel for cycling trip in Bormio!
This is the 5th year we have stayed here for our annual cycling trip, whether it is 3 or 20 people the are fantastic. Bike room, laundry service, after ride buffet...great!

My favourite hotel ever.
This hotel is just outstanding. It is a small family run and owned business and they go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They can help you with everything from pointing you in the right direction for the hire of ski equipment, booking ski lessons, buying lift passes, organising your thermal spa trip etc. The dinner they offer in their restaurant is just to die for and a must if you stay here. It is a 6 course meal that uses fresh local produce. We went every night my daughter loved the variety of choices. I loved the amount of vegetables. The lounge area is a warm, inviting, comfortable environment for all ages. During our stay there were many families with small children, who were down there playing games and relaxing. I have never stayed in a hotel, that places so much attention to detail, to make your stay a wonderful memory.

So good, don't tell anyone
My wife and i stayed at this hotel last week and it was a real pleasure in all respects - a well kept family run hotel with great service, great food, great & secure facilities if you have a bike. So good don't tell everyone as they will all want to go there and you won't be able to because it will be fully booked.

Chic Italian family style hotel
Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!

A week in hospitality paradise
Well I arrived at about 7.30pm and while the staff were busy serving dinner, as soon as they noticed me at reception they immediately came and attended to my check in. Painless and quick. I was told that even tho dinner would finish at approx. 8.30pm they would ensure I could dine with a full menu as soon as I had found my room and sorted my baggage. Once seated at dinner I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that this dinner was a gift. This set the tone for the hospitality for the whole week. All staff happily greeted me whenever I passed, and nothing was a problem. this is a family owned and run hotel. I am not sure of the rating of this hotel, but I felt like I was in a five star establishement. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bormio. The facilities for bikes was excellent, a dedicated bike room with hanging space for better than 30 bikes, heated and dry. A selection of tools that will see any home mechanic's needs sorted. They promote the Stelvio experience offered by the Hotel Funivia across the road, providing a notice board with the experiences riding schedule and other riding information such as weather. at the time I was staying, it seemed the dominant guest type were riders, and so it is easy to find someone who may well be planning the same rides as yourself.

Very impressed, excellent for bicycle riders!
Outstanding food, service and rooms. If you're a bicycle rider you'll be impressed with the effort they made to make things very easy for you. Free kit wash every night and all what you need to keep your push bike happy.

Great for a Bormio break.
Booked this as an odd night stop on a driving loop over Stelvio. Stunningly surprised by quality. They call it Hotel Chic and were spot on. Meals were really goods, staff friendly and the hotel itself had everything we needed. It must have been refurb end recently and the bare wood and tile effect works really well. The meal was one of the best we had over the holiday and we could have stayed extra days with ease. It's geared round bikers but anyone could enjoy the stay. Only a couple of minutes from Bormio centre as well.

Charming and stylish hotel. Well managed and staffed with energetic and pleasant people. Perfectly situated near pedestrian center and lifts. Have dinner there! Local food well prepared and a great value. Breakfast well above what you typically get in Europe. For bikers there is special bike storage and gear layndry. Wish we had stayed longer.
