산에 있는 아름다운 호텔
분위기 좋고 산에 둘러싸여 아름다운 호텔이고 해변까지 7분 정도 걸어가면 되요. 저희는 차 타고 해변으로 나갔어요.

많이 실망한 호텔
롬복 4박5일 여행하면서 여기가 제일 비싼곳이었는데, 가성비는 제일 떨어지네요. 일단 방에 문제가 약간있어서 매니저와 대화를 하는데, 너무 꽉 막혀서 답답했구요(젊은 여자임). 규모도 너무 작았어요. 조식도 그냥그렇구요(한가지 메뉴 선택하는 것). 특히 아내가 샤워하다가 소리질러서 가보니 욕실에 떡~하니 두꺼비 한 마리가.... 헐. 좋았던 점은 정원 관리가 제일 잘 되어있던 호텔이었어요. 산속에 있어서 조용했구요. 그런데 시내에서는 좀 떨어져있어서 불편했네요. 참고하세요

롬복 특성상 도마뱀이 이리저리 돌아다니고 가아끔 엄지손가락만한 바퀴벌레가 보이는 것 외에는 시설이나 서비스 등 대부분 만족스러웠습니다 ㅎ;

해변에서 가까우나 길을 건너서 5~10분 걸어가야함 전체적으로 만족하고 숙소 이동시 계단이 있어 케리어 이동시 불편했음

롬복 공항에 가기 위해 하루 들른 장소였음. 숙소로 가는데 언덕을 올라 계단을 올라가야 하는 불편함이 있었음. 하지만, 전체적으로는 나쁘지 않은 분위기이고 시설 또한 하루 이틀 머물기엔 나쁘지 않은 편이었음. 조식은 그저그런 편이고, 인당 1가지 메뉴를 선택해서 먹는 시스템임. 하루 이틀 머물기엔 나쁘지 않은 장소라고 봄.

가격대비 추천!!!
저희는 풀빌라7호에 묵었는데 가격대비 진짜 만족스러웠어요. 13만원정도에 풀빌라에서 묵을수있다는것도 좋았는데 풀싸이즈도크고 침실도 큼직. 거실과 나누어져있는게 특이했어요. 위치도 좋았고 다 좋았는데 식사가 좀 별로ㅜㅜ그것빼곤 만족스러웠어요.

Det er et ret hyggeligt hotel. Det har set bedre dage, men det er stadig i fin stand. Personalet er super venlige og vil gøre alt for at hjælpe dig. Desuden var rengøringen helt i top.

部屋の広さ等は十分でしたが、とにかく居心地ご悪く、せっかくの家族旅行の雰囲気が初日から駄々下がりでした まず、清潔感がとんでもなく悪かったです 枕がバーなど本当に洗濯しているのかくらい汗臭く、食事は皿は汚い、従業員の態度は最悪、また部家にはゲコ(ヤモリ)が何匹もいて、鳴き声と糞がたまりません 小さなヤモリならまだしも30センチ程のゲコには、さすがのに気持ちが悪くフロントに連絡しました　しかし、フロントは笑っていました‥ この環境が、好きな人には良いですが、リゾートに来た日本人には、多分無理な施設です 向かいのシェラトンが羨ましくて仕方なかったです オススメ出来ません

The bathrooms where really let down and not maintained, no circulation, mould and dirty meaning staining. Also there was no way of getting out of the swimming pool in the deep end

Excellent and exceptional friendly staff but rooms need major overhaul as it’s getting run down especially the toilets. Property is NOT elderly or child friendly so be warned.

Amazing introduction to luxury island life. The surrounding area is touristy but the private villa are idyllic. Our daughter loved the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at Kebun Villas & Resort, the property is magnificent! The property is nestled in the forest but very close to the many restaurants, Art Walk and shops in Sengetti-- all walking distance. Here you will find well-kept gardens, beautiful smelling flowers, monkeys (occasionally) and a bird watcher's paradise!! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a stocked fridge of beverages and personal items in the bathroom -- all of which are restocked daily!! The pool is huge and uncrowded. Staff is kind and helpful. Food could be better, wifi was ok but sometimes a bit difficult.

Schöne Anlage in tropischer Umgebung
Es waren nur wenig Gäste im Hotel, so konnten wir den großartigen Pool oft für uns ganz alleine haben. Die Anlage befindet sich in sicherer Hanglage mit kurzer Entfernung zum Dorf und Strand Senggigi. Wir wurden freundlich und bestens betreut.

Walking distance to the beach.
We arrived a little bit late at night but the staffs still waiting for us at the reception. We were tired and hungry from a long flight, and their restaurant had closed, so they offered to send one of their staff to buy KFC for us, but my husband wanted to try Indonesian food only. So they tried to ask the chef (who just finished work and about to go home) to cook a Nasi goreng for us, and the food was brought to our room with care and nice decoration. We needed to go to Gili Air but had no idea how to get there, and they gave us all information for the taxi and boat prices.

Dette område var vores favorit på vores rejse til Bali-Gili-Lombok. Området byder på en lækker strand og meget autentisk indonesisk med få turister. Vi lejede en scooter og brugte meget tid i nabobyen Mataram, som har flere store shoppingcentre, fitnesscentre, gode restauranter, en stor flot moske osv. Hotellet var godt med store værelser. Dog var morgenmaden ret dårlig, og poolen virkede til at være uden klor - det brød vi os ikke om, og vi syntes, de virkede beskidte.

Hier wird an allen Ecken und Enden gespart: - aircon im zimmer kaputt - wifi praktisch unbrauchbar - im Hotelshuttle sitzgurte kaputt - aber doppelt so teuer wie normaler transfer - poolbereich voller kaputter holzplanken- verletzungsgefahr. - leihen keine bügeleisen aus, weil sie lieber wollen dass sie Geld mit Wäscherei verdienen können. Sogar das Toilettenpapier wurde rationiert - kein Witz! Anfänglich hatten wir uns noch beschwert, aber beide male meinte der General Manager: "das ist halt bei uns so...." Dazu kommt dass wegen der Lage hinten im Tal die Pools nur bis mittags Sonne hatten.

many steps but none into the pool
Kebun Resort has many steps and uneven surfaces. There are no steps leading into the pool so it is hard to get in and out of. The beds are rock hard and the breakfast is inedible. The view and gardens are beautiful.

Lugnt, fint hotell med en pool som har utsikt mot djungeln. Bra frukost (fick välja EB rätt från menyn), extremt trevlig personal. Nära till restauranger och ca en halvtimme till hamnen som tar er till Giliöarna.

Very dated hotel. Not 4 Star
Unfortunately the hotel has not really been maintained very well. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the room was a disappointment. There were many steps and trip hazards on the way to the room. There were dozens of flies outside which needed to be sprayed. The room was very basic and dated, as was the bathroom, with poor lighting and fly mesh to the service area out back. Breakfast was not up to the standard of previous hotels. There was a free mini bar with a can of beer and 3 fizzy soft drinks and also a good selection of TV Channels and good picture quality, for the limited time I flicked through them, at least. The pool didn't look very clean, but we didn't want to go in to try. Location was great for the beach, just a short walk and it was good as a single night stop off en-route from Gili to Lombok Airport, but I would think that it was more like a 2-3 star hotel. I can imagine when it first opened it was very nice. We also popped over the road and ate at a name brand hotel, which also seemed tired and worn, so perhaps it is just the way.

Very good, very quiet - but the bed is not soft, a bit hard
