Dear Atul, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay. Our traditional bungalows are individual buildings with 2 levels, for guests needing the toilet and room on the same level, we offer a standard room also. We provide free water in refillable bottles in the room fridges and guests are welcome to refill these as often as needed free of charge during their stay in the breakfast area. We try very hard to reduce plastic waste in our hotel and be as green as we can in our hotel policies. Kindest regards Marta Saputra

Wi-Fi is not the fastest anywhere in Gili Trawangan, it’s great to hear you enjoyed the island nature more for being less connected for a while, there are certainly some beautiful spots here for you to enjoy nature and the views. Beste ..... Heel hartelijk bedankt voor uw eerlijke review van ons hotel. Het spijt ons erg ,te lezen , dat u juist op uw enig nacht verblijf bij ons , last heeft gehad van de feestnacht die op de avond van uw verblijf dichtbij gehouden werd. Op vrijdag is dit Rudy s, een bar die op de mainroad gelegen is, vrij dichtbij ons hotel. Op andere avonden is dit op andere locaties want In Gili Trawangan is een roulatie systeem voor de bars; men mag 1 x in de week party houden per bar. Als de wind vanaf zee komt maakt dit het geluid helaas soms wat groter. Bij uw volgende bezoek aan het eiland ,hopen wij , dat u ons nog een kans geeft om u te laten zien dat Marta s ook een rustige aangename plaats kan zijn om te verblijven. Met vriendelijke groet.

We sincerely apologize for the electricity problem at the time of your stay, the mains grid we are connected to was problematic and we had to keep running our generator as the mains power cut in and out. This caused problems to Wi-Fi signal too. We are glad to say this was a temporary issue is all sorted now, we apologize the reason for this disturbance was not more clearly communicated to you at the time and caused some problems for you.
