The cause of your disappointment was apparently about the room condition and the maintenance of your room, we sincerely apologize for such unpleasant experience however I can ensure you that our Engineering team and our Housekeeping works effortless to maintain the property at level nevertheless after 26 years of operation, it is certainly time to schedule a refurbishment and next year we expect a major hotel renovation.
