Choose another hotel very poor for 4 stars.
It was not good. They are make up the rooms but the whole hotel needs a new look and it needs to be updated. Except the day I did the chech in, the rets of the days the stuff was not welcoming and they didn't covered my needs. Breakfast was poor quality. And please, don't go to the restaurant, the food was horrible. Croquetas very strong flavour, fish tasted old and was cooked dry, pasta was stick like a block. I'm not going to go again.

Comfortable room. Pool good to sit around while resting. Parking was our main reason for staying here. The toilet fell over while I was using it and apart from a room change and offer to be checked out at hospital no further compensation was offered (drink or meal)

Décevant pour un 4 étoiles
Hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d’être rénové. Nous avions une suite très spacieuse mais dont la décoration et l’état des meubles sont vraiment abîmés. (Penderie où l’on n’a pas envie d’y mettre ses vêtements, porte de douche qui ferme avec un verrou rouillé). Plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre avec Nespresso mais les dosettes ne sont pas renouvelées tout au long du séjour. Nous avions une superbe terrasse qui elle aussi aurait eu besoin d’un peu d’entretien (grille d’évacuation complètement rongée par la rouille, transat cassé ). Je ne m’attendais pas à ce type de chambre dans un 4 étoiles Points positifs : literie en bon etat, piscine très grande et parking pour la voiture. Attention l’hôtel est très loin du centre ville. Il faut une voiture ou peut être utiliser le bus.

Relaxing stay
We liked the hotel very much however the room we stayed in needs a bit of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. Great location and and nice premises with a very good restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wish I was there!
2nd time staying here and just as happy. Room excellent with big, comfy bed. Great pool outside with room for lounging. Has hotel breakfast restaurant and also adjoining bar/restaurant which is truly fabulous. (Complimentary water/soft drinks in room would be a nice touch for 4* hotel as €1:70 for a bottle of water from the vending machine is a bit ridic). It’s a fair walk into town (30 mins) but it is very pleasant. There are also some bars and restaurants in the area and only 15-min walk to Corte Ingles!! An issue was pool generator kicking in early morning which wasn’t a problem last time but was this time due to poolside room. However, loved our time there and can’t wait to go back.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hotel: les chambres sont spacieuses et nous avons aimé la décoration de l’établissement. Notre première chambre sentait fort la cigarette et la réceptionniste nous a gentiment changé de chambre dès notre demande. La piscine extérieure est agréable et le personnel aux petits soins (merci tout particulièrement à notre adorable réceptionniste qui a fait l’effort de parler français pour mon conjoint). Le parking est gratuit et très pratique (ce qui est rare en Espagne), notamment avec l’enregistrement de la plaque qui permet de rentrer et sortir automatiquement. N’hésitez pas à prendre votre petit déjeuner: il est varié et très bon. Nous avons adoré pouvoir le prendre au bord de la piscine sur la terrasse. L’hôtel est légèrement excentré du centre mais avec une voiture, c’est très pratique. Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Jerez!

Bel hôtel avec beau jardin et grande piscine.
Très bel hôtel propre et bien situé. L'arrivée en auto se fait très bien et stationnement est inclus. Ce qui est rare. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Beau jardin et grande piscine pour y passer la journée. Dommage que nous y avons passé qu'une journée.

L’hotel è un po’ lontanano dal centro, quindi è ideale per chi è in auto ed è di passaggio. La struttura è ammodernata nella lobby e zona colazione (abbondante, varia e spaziosa), un po’ più datate le camere ma molto confortevoli e ampie. La camera doppia ha anche il doppio lavandino in bagno, un plus insieme al terrazzo. Al piano terra c’è un ristorante molto carino, dal personale gentile, che offre un ottimo menu e si può optare per la mezza pensione. Hanno una SPA e una grande piscina all’aperto.

Generalmente muy bien, igual un espejo largo en la habitación sería útil, y zumo de mejor calidad para desayuno también. La gente muy amable . Esta lejos del casco antiguo y necesitás transporte para ir allí.

Estimados Clientes: Muchas gracias por sus comentarios que compartiré con todo el personal del hotel, nos resultan muy útiles y nos animan a seguir mejorando y tratando de ofrecer el mejor servicio a nuestros huéspedes.El hotel se encuentra situado en la avenida principal de Jerez, que conecta directamente con el Centro, al cual se puede acceder a pie, en autobús, la parada está en la puerta, o en taxi por menos de 7. El hotel también dispone de bicis para prestar a los clientes. Siempre recomendamos dejar el coche en el parking gratuito para nuestros huéspedes y olvidarse de las molestias de conducir y aparcar en el centro, por cierto, más caro a veces que el taxi o el bus. Spa kostet extra, 12 Euro pro Person für 45 Mimute
Großes Aber zum sonst sehr guten Hotel: es wird nirgends auf Hotels.com erwähnt, dass man Pools/Spa/etc. extra bezahlen muss. Für 12 Euro pro Person hat man dann 45 (!!) Minuten Zeit im Spa. Sonst ist das Hotel super. Frühstück reichlich. Zimmer gut. Parken direkt neben dem Hotel, kostenlos.
