They had not given the room as per requirement
It was not a great at all the door was stuck and my mum was in the room and unable to open the door and even from the outside . The hotel person had to change the lock which was inconvenient for me waiting to get the stuff fixed and spending my time

Not worth the price
Its more of hotel than resort.no wow feeling.not more than rs1500 per day worth.Very old property with no maintenance. swimming pool is dirty and not worth bath.only consolation was the food.overall not worth stay and recommendation.

not a 4 star hotel
Room was not ready. On the third floor and lift was out or order. Bathroom facility was basic. No fridge in the room to put my medication in. No hair dryer. Old towels. Small tv. Cleanliness of the kitchen was iffy. Crockery too old. Wifi only available by the reception desk. Wouldn't visit this again.
