Dear sir, thank you for taking time to write your review about your stay in my hotel.Regret about the misunderstanding on the room size.Overall your room is 28 m2 as assessed by the British Tourist Autority.It seems you are mistaken on this.I am glad you found the room clean,quiet neighbourhood, friendly staff. You say breakfast is a joke, surely YOU must be joking! Our standard breakfast menu is as follows: Juices:Orange,apple,tea,coffee,chocolate,cereals.muesli,cornflakes,full English , egg(s),bacon (s),sausages,baked beans,grilled tomatoes, then ham,cheese,yogourt,toast,croissants,plain or chocolate,fresh fruit of apple,banana,orange. AND if hat is not enough you can have another ! On the house of course !! (we have had guests who actually had TWO breakfasts ) ! If the above is what you call "a joke " we are at a loss to understand what made you say that ! Perhaps next time you should book into a 4/5 star hotel (Hilton maybe) where you would get a large room with a large price and room only .The breakfast is extra cost equivalent to the cost of your room in my hotel.Good luck.
