위치만 좋아요.
장점 위치는 매우 좋음. 공항과 연결되는 Earl’s court 역 에서 매우 가깝고 주변 마켓및 먹을곳이 많음. 직원이 친절하나 첵크인시 딱 한번 봤음. 아침식사 먹을만 함. 단점 침대 시트및 침구의 청결상태 의문 욕실 시설 불량 (수도꼭지 온도조절 및 수압, 욕조바닥 가운데 꺼짐, 환기시설 소음) 방 온도조절 안됨. TV 너무작고 안나옴.

Das Hotel wurde bei laufendem Betrieb renoviert. Es gab keinen Müllkübel, keine Garderobe, keinen Spiegel, keinen Stuhl, keinen Tisch, keinen Fernseher, usw. diese Ausstattung war bei der Online-Buchung ersichtlich.

Fine for a night just to sleep in
We got changed to a nearby hotel of the same company as they overbooked the amsterdam. The Grantly was fine for what we wanted which was 4 walls and a bed for a night. Beds were comfy and had fresh linen and bathroom towels. Plenty of space. Brezkfast was really strange, had to go 2 buildings over and down into a basement which was decorated like a hospital and it was far too small for the amount of people, we also all got 5 boiled eggs and a slice of toast amd the staff were clearly rushed off their feet. But all in all me and my mates just wanted a room to sleep for a night so it suited us fine.

まず、工事中だったようで散らかった印象でした。 エレベーターがないことは事前に知っていたので 評価には入れませんが、もうすこし階段など清掃をしても良かったのではと思います。シャワーは快適で広さ十分。 受付は空いていない時間帯有。経済的に探しているなら有。部屋は狭い。駅至近。

I did get it cheap,but I begrudge paying for this stay,the place is filthy,the bathroom smelled disgusting and look at the pics I’ve taken of bathroom floor,I don’t normally leave a bad review,but please don’t stay at this hotel,I fact hotels.com,take it off your list

Overall terrible experience. Under construction. Dirty. The view from the room is a construction dirt in the backyard. Noisy. You could hear your next room neighbor coughing. Impossible to get running water to be of right temp. Either scolding hot or cold. Laundry and mattresses in the hallway. No light in the hallway. The worst hotel i ve ever been.

Me pareció muy mal el que nunca hubo nadie de personal, tuvimos que hacer dos llamadas de larga distancia internacional, una para hacer el check in y otra para decirles que nuestra habitación no tenía electricidad, y el problema es que nunca nos llegó la electricidad, pero como no hay personal en el establecimiento, no hubo ni con quien dirigirnos.

NO RECEPTION - TOTAL RISK
The reception was closed, nobody picked up the phone and we could not get into the room. NO STAFF at the hotel. We had to go to another hotel. I claimed a refund and it is months I am still waiting for it. WORST HOTEL EVER.

De kamer op zich beviel goed qua ruimte. Het was redelijk schoon. Lekkere douche! Het bed/matras was enorm hard en kraakte ontzettend. Er hangt een mooie TV in de kamer, maar daar zijn geen zenders op geïnstalleerd, dus had je er niks aan. Dat was wel jammer.

Nice staff, great location
The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment. There is no elevator (rooms on three floors), daily housekeeping, however, it could be improved, the bathroom was not cleaned throughout the 7- day stay. Overall the room was clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. There was a very strong odor of fungus due to a roof leak. I guess that it will be remedied with the current works. The location is great (tube station very near and a lot of shops and restaurants).

Dirty, broken, and not safe
I have been staying here before (like 4 years ago). By then, it was simple but Ok. Now, it was the worst place I ever been. You feel the room is dirty. There were ants 🐜 in the bathroom’s sync, and bathroom floor was broken! One of the draws in the “desk” didn’t have the handle (which was inside the draw !?). More importantly, it didn’t feel safe. Your keys are kept in a lock box outside your room with a “secret” key. The problem is that room service,who knows the code, checked the box, did the service and left the lock box with the right code for everyone to see. I could have literally open any room in the hotel. Even worse, the outside door is never lock and there are no desk 24hs! So, an street person can (literally) walk up to your room. After two night, we left the place. BTW, the pictures are not updated at all — the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures!

This hotel was actually in a good location but did not look like the pictures presented on the inside. We arrived in the morning to find no staff there. We could not get them with the numbers which were written in a note. We went out to explore London and got back by 2 so we could check in. I was told I would receive an email with our room number and code for a key box. Never got it so if we missed them we would not have a room. When we did check in we were located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators. The stairs were steep and they were hard to traverse (especially with heavy luggage). Finally got to our room and let me just say I was extremely disappointed. The hotel is under renovation and our room did not look completed. The bathroom door did not have a knob on the inside, there was no electrical outlet in there at all. The shower had no doors or curtains so when we did shower there was water everywhere! The room itself had no phone, we couldn’t get any tv stations, the WiFi did not work on our floor, and we were given 2 towels for 3 people. I asked for another towel twice but never got one. They didn’t have any extra. There were no hand towels or was clothes either. Also no mirror in the room so that one could get ready while another is in the shower. All in all a terrible experience.

Tornati da 2 gg dalla struttura, famiglia con due ragazzi , che dire, pulizia in 5 gg completamente assente , nessun cambio asciugamani, al momento è un vero e proprio cantiere perché ristrutturano l’ultimo piano , l’ultima notte hanno lavorato fino alle 3:00 di notte e non siamo riusciti a dormire, ho provato a chiamare il proprietario ma non rispondono mai al tel... reception inesistente attiva solo per il check in e basta !! Io non ho fatto nemmeno il check out perche non mi risp. Al telefono .. bruttissima esperienza L’unica nota positiva e la posizione e la ragazza italiana che mi ha fatto il check che era gentilissima .. sconsiglio vivamente

I booked three rooms and paid for them before we arrived. When we got there there was only room for two. My colleague got a room as a result of a cancellation. TV's in the rooms but no tv service other than preloaded app's like youtube etc. Key is held in a metal key box outside each room. Shower room dayed with rusty chrome fittins and broken floor tiles.

Da hotellet er under renovering var værelset vi fik slet ikke klar til udlejning. Der stank af maling på værelset, altan/balkon kunne ikke bruges, der var ikke sat antennestik i tv. Skrivebord stod usamlet i en kasse, der var ingen steder håndklæder kunne hænges. Varmen kørte på fuld styrke og kunne ikke justeres da de var overmalet og da vi gjorde opmærksom på det blev der intet gjort. Receptionen var overhovedet ikke åben i den åbningstid vi var blevet oplyst om.

Het enige positieve aan het hotel was zijn ligging ten opzichte van de bezienswaardigheden. Voor de rest kan ik hier geen goed woord schrijven voor dit hotel behalve dat het een WAARDELOOS hotel is. Schimmel op de badkamer, laminaat die los had gelaten, verlichting die kapot was en op de badkamer zelfs helemaal weg was en niet veilig was afgewerkt. Ontbijt zou bij de prijs zijn inbegrepen, maar ook dit was er niet bij. Achteraf gezien maar goed, want als dit zo slecht was als de rest van het hotel hadden we 3 dagen op de wc kunnen zitten.

Camera pulita ma struttura che lasciava molto a desiderare. Il lavandino era rotto e l’acqua non scendeva, pavimento non in ottime condizioni, personale gentile. Scrivono colazione inclusa ma non abbiamo avuto niente se non un bollitore e 2 bustine di the. Non ci tornerei. Unica nota positiva che si trova accanto alla fermata della metropolitana

This property was completely different than the description. The property is under some sort of construction that littered the halls with trash and tools. We walked up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage to find our key missing from the lock box and other people’s luggage in the room when we eventually got in. The “en suite” is a wet bath with the bare minimum of amenities like two towels and mirrors. Curtains are hung on the windows with a flimsy string with unfinished and poor paint and decor. Carpets were dirty and the closet was also unfinished. We booked this hotel solely on the fact that it was advertised with free breakfast and was told there is no breakfast served here. Staff was very friendly but how the hotel is advertised compared to how to hotel is is a complete rip off

On arrival my saturday booking was not on there system. I then came back later in tge evening to check in. Only to find that the room i had been given looked nothing like the website had advertised. My shower had not been completed and had a fowl smell. I refused to shower and decided to cancel my sinday night booking. Yet the hotel stoll has the cheek to charge me for the sunday evening. Terrible experience. The unit next to me complained that they never had hot water.

Awful. Do not go here: they cancelled half an hour before check in time and told us that it was our fault that payment hadn’t gone through. This wasn’t true, they then informed paypal that they had a water leak in our room, so they lied
