Do Not Stay Here, total waste of money.
We arrived promptly at 5pm agreed checkin time, but nobody was there despite texting our good progress of 180 miles drive. We stood outside over half hour in cold windy bleak shabby back street area. Man finally arrived & let us in to poor & very basic place where all was in one room, 1 bed up ladder looking over kitchen sink, another tucked in corner of the same room- - reminiscent of poor lodgings of times past. Despite Full payment for our stay in advance. Man then demanded to photograph driving licence and passport AND he also demanded Debit Card details for £300 advance debit against "any potential breakages" & he said that amount "should be refunded" - or partially - over the following month! I have never had this bizarre virtual cash (Debit Card) additional demands before, and we felt uncomfortable about having passport and driving licence photographed in back street shabby building too. All completely unacceptable & I explained that we would 1st have to examine everything & agree its current poor condition & furthermore, that £300 was likely more than value of entire contents. We declined & he then refused to let us stay without our debit details for additional £300 advance that "should be" refunded over next month and he also refused our stay without photo of Driving Licence & Passport! I have previously had my identity cloned and I declined to take that risk again. We left & found hotel, I wonder if anybody ever gets their Debit Card advance refunded in full?

We can confirm that you were notified of both ID/passport to be shown and £300 breakages deposit to be paid upon check-in, on several occasions before your arrival. Please, note that this information is also stated in our policy on Hotels.com, visible before proceeding with the reservation. We would like to confirm that the breakages deposit is refundable within 7 working days after the check-out, depending on banks processing times, as per our policy. Unfortunately, as per our policy, we could not proceed with your check-in without checking your ID/passport and proceeding with the payment of the breakages deposit. We arrived Tuesday. Had to wait an hour to get a call to even be able to get in an apartment. No one was there to meet us they told us how to get in over the phone. That night we lost all power and hot water. Could not charge anything, get ready for the day or even shower. Let alone have heat when it was 40 degrees at night.We called and left multiple messages but you guys did not open until 10am. We got no phone call back after multiple messages left. We then called at 11am and got an answer. They said they would try to get out and fix it as we were out exploring for the day. We later got a call saying they fixed it later and it should be good when we get home. We got home around 6pm after walking 13 miles that day & realize the only thing we do have is electric. No hot water and no heat. So we were freezing in our room and could not shower after being out all day long. We called multiple times with them trying to have US fix it over the phone. Which did not work every time. As half of us were sleeping a guy came to fix it about 11 pm at night. We then had to leave the next day at check out at 10am for us leaving London.  We came to London for 2 days and could barely enjoy it as we could not shower, get ready, charge our phones or even be warm for that matter. We are very very un happy with our stay and I feel we should have either gotten a full refund or of been moved to one of the other apartments.

When you reported that the heating and hot water were not working, we sent a professional plumber to the property to check the issue, only to find out that the boiler had been switched off. The appartment is located in a very good location in Farrindgon, 15 min walk to Old Street where I was going. There is no front desk so I was welcomed by someone at the property to check me in and show me around, very good service there. The flat itself is clean but could do with a little bit of TLC, fun decoration (The Beatles themes with records on the wall) and the bed on a medzanine. Complimentary Tea and coffee is available in the property and the towels and bath products are nicely wrapped on arrival. All this being said perfect for a couple of nights and overall good value for money.

Perfecte locatie en fijn apartement
Het ontvangst was fijn. Daniel wachtte ons op bij het appartement en heeft alles uitgelegd. Ook was hij gedurende het weekend beschikbaar voor eventuele vragen. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (tv, wifi, oven, wasmachine). Er was één slaapkamer met twee tweepersoonsbedden, en eentje met één tweepersoons bed. Het enige minpuntje vond ik de douche; de waterdruk was vrij laag en de douchebak liep snel over. Wel was het water lekker warm, ook als je als zesde persoon aan de beurt was met douchen. :) De locatie van het appartement was perfect; dicht bij metro halte Chancery Lane. Ook waren er in de buurt veel leuke en niet te dure eettentjes. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Hotel Experience
This stay would have been ok as the premises is nice, however due to work men mending beds above at 10pm and the walls and floor being so thin, guests above coming in at 2am, sadly woke us up, and we were in London to work.

Fabulous location but tired interior.
Amazing location. Able to travel to any part of London very easily by public transport Very tired interior apart from bathroom which is lovely. Best suited to young people as it is very quirky but was advertised as 4 single beds when in actual fact it has two double beds which was not ideal for 3 very mature ladies. Agents acted fast and put in another double bed. Was much appreciated but unfortunately as space was tight anyway this just made it far too cramped. Agents provide plenty of cleaning materials and tea coffee etc as well as shower gel and soap. Damage to the kitchen surface should have been fixed before our arrival as it was very unhygienic but I think that it is now being addressed. The surrounding area of Hatton Garden and Chancery Lane is fabulous and has a great market and amazing eateries but mostly closed Saturday and Sunday. Very quiet and night so a good nights sleep had by all. If you are open minded and want to be based in a fantastic location this is the place for you. Walkable to Okd Bailey and St Pauls and many many more areas.

The location was great. the room was not ready
The room was not ready, they gave us another room and were calling us 5 times during the next day - to make us come back and change the room . We told them that we would be there at 6 p.m.- they continued to call ... Our phone was on roaming....The booking was made from 05-18 -17, although we sent them an air fare ticket and it was clear that we were coming 05-19 -17 .So, we paid for a day that we did not use. The room where they moved us had a smell of glue and cement - they put a new bath tub on 05-19. Only one bed was normal, another was an old sofa-bed not appropriate for sleeping. They forgot to pay for the electricity and next day we were in the dark. The TV did not work. They new about it, but did not do anything. We did not come to watch the TV, but it would be nice to see the news.

Inte som vi tänkt oss. När vi kom så var det iskallt i lägenheten och inget varmvatten eller värme fanns. Trots att hon som lämnade nyckeln så tog det till sen kväll innan det var fixat. En massa telefonsamtal gick åt för att lösa det. Dag 2 regnade in genom taket så en av våra resväskor blev blöt. Massa nya telefonsamtal med meddelandet att de ska höra av sig vilket dom inte gjorde. Efter allt önskade vi avdrag på priset vilket dom inte gick med på. Lämnar 10% på nästa vistelse. Nej Tack!!

As soon as you reported the issue with the boiler not working in the apartment, we took action immediately and it was repaired promptly. When afterwards you reported the leak form the roof in one of the bedrooms, we offered you to be upgraded in another apartment in the same building, but you preferred to stay in the property you booked. Vi var 10 stk som leide denne leiligheten. I seg selv var leiligheten veldig grei. Det var alt man trengte i leiligheten. Det var doble køyesenger i 2 rom, og en sovesofa i stuen. Vi var fornøyd med leiligheten men ikke hvordan vi ble møtt av selskapet som hadde denne leiligheten. Når man bestiller blir man ikke informert om at det må betales et depositum, for vår del kostet dette 3000kr. Og vi var ikke informert om at jeg som leietaker måtte skrive under på et ark hvor vi godkjente gebyr ved; høy musik, party, naboklager, noe ødelagt, nøkkel som blir mistet, at leiligheten er mye skitten, sko i leiligheten slik at teppe blir skittent, at man fjerner sminke med håndklede osv. Listen var lang. Dette burde vært informert om på forhånd.

As written in our house rules, visible prior the reservation, we have to hold £300 as deposit in case of damage to the property, but it is going to be refunded within 6 working days after your check-out, depending on your bank. On regards to the document signed at the check-in, we send it via email as soon as we receive the reservation, in order for all our guests to know in advance. DON'T do it! Please read
My wife booked this apartment with another family friend. The company that manages it (Apartment Wharf) had someone show them the apartment and the standard "if you need anything, get in contact with us after hours call at this number". There were mice in the apartment, ran across my friends foot. Hair brush with hair, hair under every bed, trash under the furniture...literally this place had not been cleaned properly in a very long time. Mice dropping were behind the radiator on the wall behind the headboard, where the mice ran and disappeared. Utterly filthy. My wife tried to call the after hours number multiple times with no answer. She checked out on Sunday and got a hotel Sunday night. When she contacted the company she wanted her money back and was told that they were sorry and would refund one night back and not charge a cleaning fee (Gee thanks). I received an email later on Monday as follows (no refund): "Dear Travis, We just have received a call from your wife regarding the refund. Unfortunately, after I have informed her that the second night is refundable, I have double checked with my manager and we checked with the owner of the apartment and we could not find any trace of mice. We do apologize for the cleaning and in this case we can refund £40 for the services cleaning and also £300 breakages deposit will be refundable.Unfortunately, my manager informed that the second night will not be refundable anymore, as we could not find any trace of mice."

Appartamento in zona perfetta per il viaggio, 3 rampe di scale un pò scomode. Appartamento anche ben accessioriato, ma manca la manutenzione. Pioveva in bagno e l' acqua della doccia scenteva lentamente.
