it was very clean, comfortable and lovely room including the bath. the host was nice :) if i go London again, i would stay there again.

Very nice room! All of the rooms are in the upstairs of the house - Me, my partner and my sister all stayed over in the room that has a double bed and a single bed. The owners were very kind and it was just like staying in a regular hotel. While we were out touring London, they kindly cleaned the room for us and put our clothes away which we didn’t expect but we greatly appreciated! They also provided us with a fan since we were in the middle of a heatwave (30 degrees!!!). There was also a mini fridge and a kettle which was useful. There’s a metro station down the road which goes straight into inner London. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend as a cheaper alternative to an expensive hotel within inner London!! Thank you so much.

Clean & budget with excellent value that I was happy to find before the coronation. Welcoming host in an ordinary suburban house, kept spotless. Neighborhood: Coming from the USA, I was surprised to find this was a cute British-Indian community, but it seemed to mostly have Indian restaurants nearby. Near the tube station, on slightly busy road. 7-min walk to Queensbury Tube station. Found the excellent fish & chips shop (Skipjacks) only 8-min walk. Neighborhood in the evening didn’t feel extremely safe as I crossed over the train bridge and there was a man hiding there smoking, but it wasn’t horrible either. Room: I stayed in the family room with private bathroom. Comfortable, immaculate, with mini fridge, free bottled water, tea- & coffee-making facilities, and a cute view of back gardens. Train goes behind house regularly, but horns don’t sound often. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep since I prefer my room cold, so needed windows open. I finally had to close windows in the morning due to noise. Teens were sitting on the train bridge most of the evening screaming and laughing loudly behind the house. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well; however there was nowhere to keep my toiletries while getting ready in bathroom. Other than the train noise, my only disappointment was there was no common room to sit in other than my bedroom. Living room downstairs is private; however, I was able to store my suitcase for the day. Overall this last-minute booking was what I needed.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Only a few walking minutes from Queensbury station. Street was pretty noisy in the morning, but with closed windows not too bad.

Great stay!
Friendly welcome & very easy to park, although I did drive past the first time as it’s quite difficult to spot! Lovely room with great facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Their is nothing but high praise i can say about are stay everything about it was very good the owners ,the place ,the facilities ,the location ,the location was just right distance for our trip to wembly stadium to watch plymouth argyle in the cup final on sunday .Would highly recommend a stay at apple house guesthouse would definitely stay again if needed to thank you Mr & Mrs Eyre

Lovely property. Not to far to local tube station. Very friendly owners. One of loveliest rooms ever stayed in. Rooms brilliant. Small fridge in room. Very homely rooms lovely decorated. Dont have a bad word for it 😊😊

Brilliant place to stay
Have stayed here pre pandemic and liked it. Even more impressed with this stay. Friendly and accommodating owners. Easy access to Queensbury tube too.

Ideal base for London
Attending an event at O2 arena and then a day exploring London Queensbury Tube is a short walk from accommodation and Jubilee Line is quick and easy. Accommodation gives a warm friendly welcome, room had everything and more would expect, was comfortable clean and the ideal base to travel from offering excellent value to more cit based options!

Lovely little guesthouse/hotel
This place is very clean lovely lady who runs it n keeps everything ship shape. The lady asked about our stay and took time to ask how we had njoyed the concert we had gone to see. Carnt fault this place in any way and would highly recommend

Lovely
Very nice clean and comfortable room. Cosy room for 3( one double bed and one single bed) Complimentary tea and coffee. Though I didn't ask but I assume if I wanted I could have had access to the microwave and fridge downstairs

Really ,my accommodation was amazing. I recommend it for anyone. Clean , comfortable, cozy with nice lovely hotel owner very helpful and kind. Help us for everything and always making sure that our room is clean with a plenty of milk cups , tea and coffee everyday . ;)

Usha was a lovely welcoming host . Nothing was too much trouble . Room was spotlessly clean, roomy and had a double & single bed in it and although I was on my own it was possible my friend would be coming so that was very welcome. Off street parking & free WiFi were also a bonus in london. Would Definitely stay here again ...a little gem of a pace :) Chris

I really liked Apple. Clean, friendly, unpretentious and welcoming. I particularly liked the fact that the owner let me park at 1100 and take my room key, so I could go off to a meeting in London and return quite late. Queensbury tube is a only 5 minutes or so walk away, so that was handy. The room was spotless and fresh and I had a good night's sleep. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value

Fantastic
Fantastic service from the owner, we did end up for arrival 3hours early and room was not ready but she let us park up grab a spare key and be on our way for the rest of the day not having to worry about checking in at 11pm. Large room, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, plenty of actual normal towels (not hotel ones that are like sandpaper). 5/5 easily recommended

Clean and friendly
Stayed three nights to visit friends, family and the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Large, clean room. Friendly, family run guesthouse. Only downside is traffic noise, but hey it is London!

Just needed somewhere to sleep after a gig at wembley so was a bargain, could park outside, clean room, comfy bed, good shower, tea making facilities in room and we ended up walking to the stadium and back which took us an hour. Only slight negative is that it feels a bit like sleeping in someones house as you can hear everything and felt like we were creeping in at night. But perfect for our needs for 1 night.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Really liked that hostess phoned proactively to confirm our late arrival and made us feel comfortable right away. Lovely friendly welcome and help to get us settled. Room spotlessly clean and airy on a very hot night. Little bit of traffic noise but calmed down by midnight and didn't bother us unduly. Off road free parking was a real benefit. Perfect for short visit to London and would happily stay again.
