Not bad
The location is close to Victoria station and Pimlico Station, so it was convenient. The room was clean and the facility was decent; I mean, it was not too old. On the flip side, it was very small, and I could hear sounds from the street and other rooms. However, the price was not that expensive, so I would say it was not too bad.

Location good... Clean but noisy
The window does not block traffic noise from outside. Couldn't sleep well because of noise. The sfaff was helpful and tried to change my room. A better after change room.

The noise on the first floor, pounding and drilling starting at 4:30am was ridiculous. How on earth could anyone sleep during that.

Single rooms very small. Expensive enough and didn't realise breakfast wasn't even included so that was a surprise. Reception staff friendly and excellent housekeeping.

Vous faites bien comme vous voulez mais pas glop…
Un hôtel avec de petites chambres avec une salle de bain minuscule (en étant assis sur les toilettes , possibilité de se laver les pieds dans la douche et les dents dans le lavabo…remarque c’est pratique). Des restes des occupants d’avant (capsule et plastique sur le sol, cheveux…). Isolation proche de 0, les voisins du dessus étaient avec nous, on entendait chaque porte s’ouvrir ou se fermer, de même pour l’ascenseur. La réception était bien, elle est intervenue pour faire arrêter le bruit à minuit…bref à oublier quand on voit le tarif à la nuit….

Our hotel is a Victorian conversion and not a purpose built hotel, and as such the windows cannot be double glazed. Sometimes the noise of the city does penetrate through to the rooms and while some people enjoy the hustle and bustle of London, others prefer a quieter stay. Whilst we cannot do much about the noise from outside, we have control over the noise inside the building. Our team do floor walks every 2 hours, and no noise was reported. We do advise our guests to give us a call if the other guests in the hotel are noisy. I am very sorry that overall your experience was not as positive as that of others on this site and would ask you to please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.Best RegardsFOH Reception Team

Basic room; good enough if you just need a bed for the night. No amenities so need to remember your shampoo and shower gel. Very small room too and single bed.

This is one of the hotels which does not provide complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush. Anywhere in the world that you get for free.

Bedroom and bathroom very small. We couldn’t open the bathroom door without banging the toilet. Couldn’t get into bed properly on one side. Very expensive for the size of the room.

Små rum men ok för vår vistelse.
Det var små rum. Vi var ute till stora delar av dagen och var endast där för att sova. Det var lyhört men vi sover tungt så blev inget problem för oss.

Average hotel
The room was ok, but very small. Two persons could not pass eachother. There was a lot of noise from the trafic on the outside, even with the window closed. The breakfast room had not capacity to serve all guests. The food was ok and the staff was friendly and hard working, but due to shortage of staff, some of the trays was empty. Location not far from Victoria station is convenient.

Et ganske trist hotell. Lokasjonen er fin, med kort avstand til Victoria station og en rekke spisesteder i Pimlico/Victoria området. Hotellet er gammelt og slitent. For nesten 200å NOK per natt er standarden sjokkerende dårlig, men etterspørsel driver prisen opp. Dette er ikke et hotell for jobbreise der du trenger noe form for komfort og mulighet til å jobbe fra rommet. Rommet er trangt, møkkete og lulter gammel skitt.

Basement Rooms - Musty
We were in a basement room which was quite musty. The hotel location is good, and perhaps the upper floors don't smell musty. Bathroom is very small.

the property was nice. Rooms were small for 3 people. Found out property was missing when we got home. Called and they denied the missing items.

Single room was small but it had everything I needed. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee and tea available in the room, desk for work, fast wifi. Close to Victoria station and Pimlico metro station. I was able to walk to Buckingham palace and Big Ban from the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Not gorgeous but good enough for traveling alone and just staying. I spent four nights. Location is super nice and cozy. Staffs are friendly and kind. Quality for the price is super nice too.

10 minute walk from Victoria station and being able to access all areas of London from there. The street is nice and quiet with places to eat nearby. The hotel room was tiny. Price didn’t include breakfast which was £18 pp so we didn’t bother. Furnishings in lobby were tired looking/stained. But staff were very polite and helpful! All in all good value for money given the location.

Single room booked to stay close for overtime work shift. Great room, all clean and tidy. Plenty of hot shower and a poweful great shower. I had a great nights sleep in a very comfy single bed.

Nice hotel at London
A nice hotel, value for money. Surrounding area is quiet. Several minutes to go to the closest train station.

Stayed here for a last minute business trip. Was upgraded from a small single room to a double on arrival. Basement level room was a decent size, bed was comfortable and considering I slept with the window slightly open, it wasn't too noisy. Conveniently located a 15 min walk from Westminster. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Will definitely stay here again next time I need a room in the area. Only negative point was a small leak from a bathroom tap, but reception were made aware.
