We are surprised that upon departure you reported that there were no problems and gave a score of 9 out of 10, whereas here on Expedia it is so low.Regarding the room, we are very sorry but we cannot do anything about it as it is the design, and you were assigned Superior which would be a higher category than your original booking which was economy.I kindly inform you that in the reception we have a microwave and a small fridge available if guests wish to cool or heat something.
