가성비 깡패
이 정도 가격에 혼자 zone2에서 이만한 숙소 찾기 쉽지 않을거라 생각합니다. 위치는 아주 환상적이고 동네 분위기 로컬 느낌 많이 나서 좋았습니다. 방 상태는 물론 호텔급은 아니지만 길게 묶는 게 아니라면 아주 추천합니다

This was a clean, quiet place with friendly staff and good facilities. Excellent shower water pressure in a newly finished bathroom, too. Our only complaint was the WiFi, which was both slow and extremely prone to cutting out; and there was an inner door on a spring that closed automatically that was also quite annoying. That said, if you're looking for a convenient, clean place to sleep that's close to all types of transportation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.

the room is good and comfortable but it's located in a higher level that it's difficult for an almost 60 years old couple to go up with 2 large luggages, we have requested a lower level room when we made the booking

Good, shared bathroom. Motion sensor lights in common areas. 3 star beds, not uncomfortable but not the best either. Convenient location with west Hempstead? Thameslink station. Convenient check in / out, I’d recommend.

Heel fijne plek in een rustige straat, wel in levendige (niet drukke) buurt met leuke eetgelegenheden. Vlakbij metrostation West Hampstead. De kamers hebben een minikeukeuken met koelkast en magnetron. Ideaal voor als je een keer niet uit eten wilt. Top tv met bv Netflix, kan je even uitrusten en series kijken. Stopcontacten hebben ook usb ingang voor telefoon. Aan alles is gedacht!

Wonderful stay
A wonderful place to stay! The communication was great and we had no problems at all! We had a double room en-suite which was in a different building across the road but was so easy to find and the room was very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The room was a little hot but my own home is currently too hot so it’s no different, just England summer in an English building! Highly recommend this place and will stay again!

Very clean, small room
Very clean room, although very small. Has some nice amenities: small fridge, microwave, sink (in addition to the bathroom sink). Tight for two people. We were only in London for 1 night, though, and this suited our needs. Extremely well located--a few minutes walking from Tube station (Jubilee Line) as well as the Overground station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful, but available on-site only during very limited hours: 9AM - 4PM. This could be problematic for some. They did stay an extra 5 min when we arrived late at 4:05PM (I called in advance), but they said normally they leave promptly at 4PM. Walls were a little thin, as we could hear our neighbors in the building. Overall a pleasant stay.

La guesthouse a une situation ideale car proche des restaurants de petits supermarchés, du metro et de nombreux arrets de bus. La rue est tres jolie, comme le quartier. La proximité de notre chambre avec la "laundry" a rendu certaines matinees bruyantes helas. Literie en tres bon etat. Notre chambre numero 3 etait en "groundfloor" ce qui l'empêchait d'avoir des fenetres ouvrant sur l'extérieur (fenetres laissant entrer le jour heureusement) The café et tasse sur place : c'est tres appréciable !

Ganske udemærket til prisen. Nemt mht underground. Værelset var rent og OK senge. Jeg havde bestilt til 3 pers, men der var kun 2 dyner - det var ret irriterende. Vi ankom om aftenen hvor reception var lukket men ringede til dem og kom ind via en nøgleboks, så fungerede fint. Interiør typisk engelsk. Der er ikke, som angivet her på Hotels.com, morgenmad med i prisen!! men der er fine bagerier/cafeer 100 m derfra. Anbefaler Lola's bakery. På gaden ved lola's er der desuden mange restaurenter, supermarkeder, boghandel mm.

Need more to make it a better place to stay
The room for 3 persons is too small and the heater for the room is not strong enough for winter. There are no help provided even when the staff knows that our family has 2 big luggage to be brought up the stairs.

No breakfast included
A litle surprise that the room we had booked were in another building, but it was not far, and the check in was easy as we got good instruction before we arrived. The room was waaaay bigger than expected, but then again made the queen bed seem extra small. Travelling with three girls, on bed and a queen bed was not the greatest choice, but thats on us for not checking the reservation. We did on the other hand ask for another duvet, so that we didn't have to share but that request was not even replied. Along with that request we asked the reception (by email, because of opening hours) what was going to happen with the breakfast we booked (full breakfast via hotels.com) that we understood from the night manager wasn't going to be served. No reply. This was overall a great location, and the rooms were nice. but we paid for breakfast for 3 days that we didn't get....
