정말로쑬애긔같은 호텔입니다 호텔이라고 부르기도 아까울정도로 쑬애기입니다 그냥 길바닦엩섵 자는게 나을정도예오 들어가자마자 리셉션부터 공사장같이 페인트 더 벗겨져있고 상상촡월로 ㄷㅓㄹㅓ워요ㅜㅜㅍㅖ가같은집에 창문도 하나옶는 제일아래 지하방을 줬는데 진심 공기도 안통하고 꿉꿉하고 곰1팡이냄12새나고 방도 진짜 사진에 나온거의 2분의 1크기로 발 디딜 공간도 엊습니다....제발같짙맡셑욭 돈을 줘도 도저히 잘수가 없는 공1간입니다 지하방이 너무 충격적으로쓸애긔같아서 윗층으류 방 바꿔주실수 없냐고 하니가 방 옶어서 안된다고 딱잘라서 말해놓고 그럼 다른호텔로 가야할것같다고 죄송하다고 하니깐 바로 방있다고 바꿔준다고 윗층으로 데리고 올라갔는데 윗층가보니깐 방 다 비어있고 심지어 막 청소중이고 아주 어이같업써도이러케어이가업는적은첱음이엍슼니다 서비스가 아주 개쓸애긔예요 한국분듈 절때로돈낭3비하지마시고 이호텔보다 비슷하거나 훨씬 저렴한 가격에 괜찮은 숙소 원하시면 근처 belgrave rd쪽에 호텔따닥따닥붙어있는 거리에 호텔되게많으니깐 그쪽으로 가세여 저희는 들어간지 5분 아니1분도안돼서 숨이안쉬어져서 바로 나와서 옮겼어요......ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

그냥 다른 호텔 잡으세요...
빅토리아 역에서도 멀고 가격에 비해 좋은지도 모르겠습니다! 직원의 태도는 귀찮아하고 불친절합니다. 룸청소 시늉만 낸 거 같은 느낌(먼지,머리카락이 있음...). 불결합니다. 방음 하나도 안 됩니다.
커피포트 더러워요.
엄청 작습니다.

가격 대비 매우 낙후된 시설
게재된 사진으로 깔끔한 느낌을 받고 예약하였으나 침구의 얼룩은 물론 청결도가 매우 떨어진 숙소. 화장실이 매우 협소하며 미니 샤워부스는 성인 남자가 사용할 수 있을지 의문. 무엇보다 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 유럽행 대형 캐리어를 소유한 여행객은 체크인/아웃시 헬게이트를 경험 할 수 있음.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the basic economy room. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff allowed luggage drop off early as our flight landed at 8am. We were able to check in early 2:30pm, but got charged 5 euro for it.. when check in was 3:00pm. Walkable to many pubs and tube stations. Rooms are very small with little walkable room in the room. Washroom was very small (toilet in the shower). Bed was comfortable, hard pillows. Very loud as you hear people climbing up and down the stairs, no elevator and stairs are very narrow. Overall 4/10

Didn’t pay a substantial amount but expected the basics to be clean. Found bodily hair in the twin beds on bed covers and bedsheets and had to go and complain. Disgusting. Staff passed it off as hair from washing. What does that even mean?? Pubic hair. Gross. Do not stay here. Filthy. I sat in the room and watched the guy begrudgingly change them.

Decent budget hotel in a nice area of London, good value for money. The bed was comfy and they let me leave my luggage in the lobby for free. They allowed me to check in early but charged me £5 per hour for this, which I wasn't used to. I was satisfied overall, would return.

Renting the flat for the week was great. Good location that is easily walkable to shops, Victoria station, Buckingham Palace and the Tate Britain museum. There are many stairs in the flat, and they are quite narrow, but it was worth it for us.

Location perfect, no cleaning in the room during the stay (4 nights), bathroom moldy, it was not easy to get fresh air in the room as there was only the little window to the corridor and I was afraid there is also mold in the room.

I can't believe that Expedia would even suggest this place. The pictures we saw on the site were wrong. The place smells, the bathroom was so small that you bumped yourself on the toilet paper holder. There was no soap dish in the shower and the shower was falling apart. The lights on the wall were hanging by their wires. The carpet was filthy. I messaged Expedia because I wanted to leave this dirt hole but I was told that they needed to contact the owner to see if they would refund my money and then was told there is no guarantee. Obviously no one is checking these places. I showed the girl at the desk the pictures and she said they are not responsible for the pictures Expedia used . This hotel shouldn't be allowed to rent rooms. EVER!!!

I must commend the staff at the reception for their willingness to accommodate my room change request. However, I was disappointed to find that the replacement room had broken locks, which was concerning for security. I have serious concerns regarding the sanitary conditions in the bathroom. The layout, with the bath positioned under a short wall without an alternative shower, made it difficult to shower comfortably. Furthermore, the presence of short black curly hair all over the bath was quite off-putting. The toilet was also dirty, covered in urine, and emitted an unpleasant odor.On the positive side, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there were notable shortcomings in the room amenities. There were no hangers, mirrors, or adequate storage space for belongings. The room only featured a tiny shelf with a kettle and tea supplies. I had to improvise by using the window handle for hanging my coat and a bra for my clothes. The lack of access to the Wi-Fi password was inconvenient, as it was not provided in the room or available in the corridor. Despite my request for the password via message, I did not receive a response. Additionally, the rooms' location in the underground part of the building, with no external windows, was not ideal. The single small window between the room and the corridor was appreciated, as it provided ventilation and prevented me from having to sleep on my coat or leave it simply on the floor.

Buen trato en recepción, siempre fueron amables, habitación pequeña con calefacción y refrigeradora, baño conveniente, servicio de microondas en recepción. Varios restaurantes cerca, súper cerca de la estación de tren, metro y taxis, también está cerca de un supermercado y una farmacia. Muy buena ubicación. Alrededores muy seguros

The fact that this property is located right near Victoria station was a bonus not to mention everything at your fingertips from the west end my guideline to find Chester House was the Wicked theater! Would definitely stay there again

Le foto che si trovano sui vari siti non corrispondono a quello che si trova la, devo dire che sicuramente la posizione è molto buona perché si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da Victoria station che è il fulcro di tutti i collegamenti! A parte questo appena si entra c’è sempre e costantemente puzza di sudore, la nostra camera era davvero piccola per due persone, era una camera per una persona singola, il letto infatti era una piazza e mezzo, contro il muro, quindi chi dormiva all’interno verso il muro doveva scavalcare l’altro! Infatti abbiamo trovato solo 1 asciugamano grande e basta per due persone, neanche quelle piccole!! Una per tutto! Il soffitto aveva ragnatele e la muffa in diversi angoli, in doccia c’era ragnatela con ragno compreso! Per terra appena arrivati c’era un’insetto morto secco, quindi presumibilmente era lì da molto tempo, la pulizia davvero male. La camera non l’hanno mai pulita. L’unico pomeriggio che abbiamo provato a riposare un po’ c’era l’addetto alla lavanderia che “scaricava” pacchi di lenzuola pulite lanciandoli letteralmente dalle scale dal piano terra al piano sotto dove eravamo noi, sbattendo precisamente contro la nostra porta, siamo usciti ben 2 volte a chiedere di smetterla di lanciare le cose sulla porta e niente lui ha continuato lo stesso a lanciare la roba. Non c’è nessun appoggio per appoggiare gli oggetti personali, non abbiamo nemmeno potuto disfare la valigia perché non c’era nessun posto per i vestiti.

You get what you pay for.
I wasn’t expecting wonders given I ordered the cheapest room I could find, but the window was broken, the light outside shone in through it all night and there was no blind/curtain and the outside light wouldn’t turn off. The room stink of sweaty university accommodation. The lamps in the room didn’t work and the place was so dusty my asthma has been had me in coughing fits ever since. That said, it’s very central and very cheap. So I half knew what I may let myself in for. Probably would stay again if I needed somewhere central and cheap.

I was very pleased with my stay actually. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I was very surprised and happy. The room and bathroom was small but fit me perfectly. The staff was very nice, and didn’t bother me unless I asked about something (which I like a lot haha) and check in and out went smoothly. I even checked in a bit earlier. So easy transportation in a 5 min walk of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again as a female solo traveler. Felt so safe. It wasn’t luxurious at all, but you get what you pay for, and I think it was very good for the price.

Location was great. Easy access to train station. Lots of sightseeing in walking distance. But: This was the smallest room I ever had. The carry-ons need to be put on the bed so you could walk around it and get to the bathroom. Of course, at night you had to put the luggage on the floor which made it difficult to access anything. No room to put anything down. Window could not be locked, it was basically open all the time. Management said to not worry since it leads to a closed courtyard. The bathroom was the size of a postage stamp. When you sat on the toilet, the shower curtain was touching you. The shower was so small that the curtain was hugging you constantly. And it was terribly moldy. Never again.

Het pand heeft nodig onderhoud nodig. Het pand is gehorig. Het personeel is onbeleefd en niet gastvrij. Onze kamer was schoon, maar achterstallig. Ik zou niet meer met deze partij zaken doen.
