Hey citizen Tung,Thank you so much for your feedback about your stay, we appreciate that you took your time for this.Sorry to hear you found the room size to be too small. We have re-designed the hotel with today's modern traveler in mind, and that meant taking away the usual hotel cliches and making the rest as great as can be. That's why our beds are huge and comfy, the movies and Wi-Fi free, and the showers truly jetlag busting. We added a large storage drawer under each bed and we kept clutter in the rooms to a minimum. And as always, our living rooms (not your ordinary lobbies!) and everything in them (books, art, TV) are all yours to enjoy every time you visit us. Safe Travels,citizenAlex

Hi,Thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback. Just to elaborate on our opt-in housekeeping service; this is a choice we have made for two great reasons, and we do completely understand it is far from the norm. The first reason is that we wanted to cut down on unnecessary cleaning and use of chemicals to help save the environment, and secondly, each time room cleaning is skipped we donate the cost (3GBP) to our charity citizenMovement. We don't add any charge if you do wish to have your room cleaned and our team are more than happy to help arrange cleaning when needed. Hope that helps to explain,
