Unprofessional staffs in the professional hotel
We stayed two nights here. When we first arrived, the staff was very kind and he allowed us an early check in. At that night, we found that the wi-fi connection is really bad and even disappeared from time to time so we asked the staff. He said "we cannot do anything because this is technical problem" and he offered another room in which the wi-fi was still not working. The room was really cold as well and whenever we tried to turn on the heater water dropped from the ceiling. Although we liked the coffee and water machine in the lobby, I think the quality of the hotel was not very good and some of the staffs should serve their customers better.

무엇보다 위치가 너무좋고, 런던의 주요관광지 및 출장중 업무 보기에 너무 좋았음. 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 간단하게 별도 신청없이도 제공해줘서 좋음. 다만 주변에 공사하고 있는 곳이 있어서 약간의 소음이 있으나 크게 불편하지않음

좋았습니다
청결과 관리 상태에 예민한 편인데 전체적으로 깔끔했고 좋았어요. 다만 창문 열었을때 보이는 엄청난 먼지와 새까만 구조물은 도저히 창문을 열수 없게 했어요.. 이것 빼곤 모두 만족스러웠어요.

모뉴먼트역과 뱅크역 중간으로 교통이 훌륭합니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 관광지도 많습니다. 서비스는 특별히 나쁠 것도 좋을 것도 없지만 만족할 수 있는 수준입니다. 사무실이 많은 지역이라 주변환경이 깨끗하고 안전한 점도 좋습니다.

좋았습니다. 시내에서 여기저기갈수있어서 위치적으로 좋았습니다.특히 템즈강위주로 보고싶으면 좋을거같아요. 드라이기 실내화는 구비되어있지 않아아쉬웠어요. 화장실 변기 물 잘 안내려가는거는 원래 그렇고 펌프질 원리를 잘아시면 잘될거에요 그래도 좋은 숙박이었습니다 : )

가성비 좋은 시내 호텔
런던 시내 호텔의 살인적인 높은 가격을 고려한다면 가성비가 좋은 호텔이다. (런던엔 에어컨 없는 호텔이 상당히 많다. 한 여름엔 꼭 확인하라!) 크지 않은 방이지만 에어컨 냉장고 간이부엌이 있어 편리하고 침대는 편안하다. 로비에서 24시간 커피 차 물은 무제한 제공하고 오전에만 사과 오렌지 시리얼바 정도가 추가로 제공된다. 3인이 묵었는데 추가 재공되는 간이침대는 정말 간이침대로 허리가 불편했다

Not recommendable
No renovation. Lobby looks nice. But they should renovate the toilet. The woman at lobby was not so helpful when we ask something. Not so friendly . But men were kind and helpful.

Great place to stay in London. Easy access to both the train station (Stansted Express), busses and Underground. It's in the Financial District so can be quite busy during the week but we found it very easy to get around and would stay here again.

Room was good, first one the heater wasn’t working properly but they switched us to another room where the heat was working perfectly. Very helpful staff and were able to call us a cab when needed

The hotel was well situated for our activities. It was well presented with large airy rooms. We were given an upgrade so had more space than we exoected. It would be nice to know yhat equipment is regularly checked as the hair dryer didn't work. Otherwise we were really pleased with our stay.

Highly Recommended!
Great stay, nice room and nice personel! Room has everything you need, Aircondion included! Stayed for 3 nights, subway close by, Tower Bridge is about a 10 minute walk so the location is perfect! The Argentinian resturant located on the floor below the reception was absolutely superb!
