Dear Francis , Thank you for taking the time to let me know your thoughts , as we have triple glassing to make the hotel sound proof this is due to the planes and the noise they make , we do have a mobile phone booster system within the hotel to remedy this , clearly it was not working at the time you was here , if and when you come back to stay with us , please make us aware that you not able to make a cell phone call and the team will make sure that you are able.
