거리는 멀었지만 호텔은 좋았음
호텔은 꺠끗하고 좋았으나 위치는 정말 런던시내에서 멀었습니다.호텔 바로 앞에 버스를 타고 빅토리아로 나가면 되긴 합니다.다만 짧은 시간에 머무르다 간다면 아마 움직이는 시간이 아까울수도 있을듯 합니다 호텔은 전체적으로 꺠끗하고 좋았습니다.숙박에 포함된 아침식사는 메뉴가 바뀌지 않아서 만족스럽지 않았고.그래도 가격대비 숙박은 좋은편에 속합니다

업그레이드가아니었습니다... 그냥 친척집가까운호텔잡느라 간곳이었는데 그이유아니면 가지않을것같습니다. 조식도... 맛없어서 하루가고안갔습니다

Nice and comfortable hotel
Hotel room is very nice : big and clean. location is a little far from city center - 20 pound by taxi, but hotel provide free shuttle bus. Breakfast is simple but nice, provide espresso if order. Gym is good, but have no TV and cell phone is not connected at Gym.

Clean but poorly organised
We arrived 2.30, rooms were not ready. We went to use their parking only for them to drop the shutters as we were still approaching. The stay included breakfast but they had not put us on the list and so had to show email and wait for them to correct another error, all in all a disappointment performance

The hotel generally is decent. However they do not have any in room dining when restaurant is closed. Location wasn't very good either. They didn't have basic facilities like in room dining , ATM etc .

The hotel is literally inside a helipad. Staff very rude and will openly lie. After seeing the hotel and the rudeness of the checkin staff I asked to cancel my booking and was told that I have to checkin first and then cancel. Once checked in, the same guy refused to cancel my booking. Spent 3 days trying to cancel and in the end I gave up. Hotel door doesn’t lock, in a dangerous neighbourhood and far away from train or underground. You have to walk through a poorly lit alleyway full of hooded youths. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Not worth the money.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The hotel is next to the London Heliport which means, we are actually in one of the safest areas in London. Fire brigade is next door and the area, itself is very exclusive. I am aware that after your checking you tried to cancel the booking, however your reservation was an advance purchase offer and as per cancelation policies; there was a penalty that you didn't accept. The locker in the room was working properly, even the manager on duty explain you how to ensure the door was closed properly. Health and safety is our priority number and we take it very seriously. Every single situation you pointed during your stay was taking as a priority and investigating accordingly. Please let me know if I can assist you any longer, Thank you

The location is within walking distance of our office, and right on the Thames, so it works well. The rooms are clean and roomy, and have a mini fridge for snacks. Good work area.

Location was quite difficult to find, after given directions to the carpark it wasn’t working and had to drive back to the hotel to gain access. As we arrived quite late we tried to order room service only to be told the kitchen is closed for maintenance. We then tried to use the spa in the morning again to be told it’s closed for maintenance. We should have been told this prior to booking, on booking and certainly on arrival. A central London hotel of this star rating its extremely poor

Lovely rooms and got an upgrade to executive level on arrival. A little hard to get to on public transport but only a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction

Das Hotel liegt zwischen 2 finteren Gassen und ist nicht einfach zu finden. Sogar der Taxifahrer hatte seine Probleme mit Navi hinzufinden. Nur von der Themse-Seite aus schaut es nett aus. Das Zimmer war viel zu dunkel eingerichtet, und sehr staubig. Das Personal wirkt unzufrieden, was meist von geringer Bezahlung kommt. Daher gilt mein Vorwurf der Führung des Hotels. Beim Einchecken nur wenig Infos erhalten, beim Auschecken nur die Frage wie ich die Rechnung möchte. Überall in London sind die Menschen freundlich, aber im Hotel wurden wir wie ein Störfaktor behandelt. Außerdem kann man keine Fernster öffnen, und das hätte ich gerne gekonnt, als ich eine 8 cm grosse Spinne am Kopfteil des Bettes sitzen hatte. Zusätzlich ist es rund ums Hotel sehr laut, weil Hubschrauberlandeplatz vor der Türe und riesige Abluftauslässe. Das einzig Gute war das große Bad und die Busverbindung. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

When checking in only one receptionist took ages to check in. I also had to park my car and the barrier wouldnt go up. The fire alarm went off twice, the first room they gave was without a good view. Overall wasnt the worest but also wasnt the greatest.

Air conditioning in the gym wasn't working, making it unbearably hot during workout. Basement (where the gym is) and lift areas had bad drains smell. Very loud party on Saturday night, during which the fire alarm went off 3 times. Very stingy with beverage supplies: only enough milk for one drink each, and no milk at all on our last day.

Great hotel for family of four
Raaxx and the team were extremely nice, genuine and provided phenomenal service. We had a 2 bedroom suite with the most magnificent view ever. The kids loved watching the helicopters take off and land nfrom the heliport right next door. We will definitely be back.

A good sleep marred by poor restaurant service.
Interesting location right next to Battersea Heliport. The room was clean with the right facilities although the lighting made finding things in the black painted alcoves difficult. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's rest. Eating in the restaurant, on the other hand, was much more problematic. We had booked a window table but were shown to another: when we asked for a window table again there was one available. When choosing some wine, we asked if one was sweet or dry. The staff didn’t know so they opened a bottle, tasted it, and pronounced it to be sweet - we chose anther wine. (A google search later described the wine as dry!) When ordering the food, it was obvious that the waiting staff did not know the menu items so we had to order blindly. Then came a very long wait for the meal. After some customers had left without eating, we chased up our order and was told that it was the next to be cooked. Overall, the restaurant staff gave to impression that it was their first day which needed more than a smiling manager to sort out. We later learned that ALL the restaurant staff were new.

Quiet location - about a 20 min walk from Chelsea. Limited options in the immediate area though. Rooms are pretty small but in reasonable condition.
