살면서 묵어 본 최악의 호텔
가본 중 최악의 호텔이네요. 객실은 너무 좁아서 여행가방을 침대에서 열어야 하고, 욕실은 마찬가지로 너무 협소함. 인터넷은 공사중이라 안된다 하고 타월조차 구비되지 않은 준비 상태. 퀘퀘한 냄새까지 최악이었음. 3박 값 고스란히 다 내고 그냥 친구집에 얹혀서 잠. 이런 호텔은 expedia에서 미리 걸러내야 하는 거 아닌가요? 신뢰가 확 떨어지네요 참 내..

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal freundlich und auf Anfrage werden einem beim Frühstück die Eier so gemacht wie man sie möchte. Die Auswahl ist nicht groß aber um satt zu werden reicht es alle mal. Die Sauberkeit der Laken könnte auf jedenfall besser sein, aber sonst reicht das Zimmer voll und ganz. Obwohl unter dem Hotel die Ubahn fährt, habe ich diese, trotz sehr leichtem schlaf und offenem Fenster, kein einziges mal gehört.

Enjoyed our stay at Dreamtel Hotel in Earls Court, very convenient for us and many places to eat at surround this hotel. Which was brilliant! Staff were very polite and professional, room was clean and cosy, me and my husband both thank you for the overall experience.

Great Base to explore
Great location, 2 mins from Earls Court tube , 15 min walk to the V&A ,Science and natural history museums . room cleaned and coffee and tea refreshed each day . Great base to explore London . they will hang on to your luggage on last day ,handy for late flights. Don’t expect the Dorchester and you won’t be disappointed .

It's a very good property, very basic but it provides everything that's needed. The front desk staff are very pleasant and very helpful. I recommend it for what it is. Great location. That's the real plus.

Perfectly situated 2 mins from Earls Court tube station. Plenty of options to eat and drink. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Good: Comfortable bed; clean room and bathroom. Very welcoming front desk staff. Not so good: Broken elevator (room on 4 floor); TV didn’t connect to WiFi; very poor water flow in shower.

Nice and clean. No elevator - bad for Many. No Maps and No uppdated info at reception to get and the guys - men that work are very non-intersted in givning service and that little extra . Dont know about the soroundings and service for tourists Feels like youre bothering them. Great woman in reception,helpful and service- minded. Nice souroundings but need to be more safe with givning out keycards etc. Also great with Water and tea in the rooms. Nice overall 💖

Nice bargain end hotel in Earls Court. Seconds walk from tube station with great connections Staff lovely, rooms clean, breakfast pleasant surprise. Basic and good.
Everything in place – small room but I knew that, free wifi, toilet+shower, cleaning every day. Ticks the basic boxes. People talking could be heard through the walls though, but not a big problem.

Stay elsewhere - terrible management
Staff not paying attention to computer system: 2pm late check out agreed and paid for. staff opening room door at 10.50am without knocking, reception phoning at 11.10am, staff entering again without knocking at 12.30pm. Informed manager who was rude and argumentative - terrible customer service.

terrible customer service and management
tiny rooms. showerhead wouldn't stay up - had to tie it myself. staff don't pay attention to computer system - paid for 2pm late check out but was disturbed by housekeeping at 10.50am, reception called at 11.10am (did confirm late check out was on system!) and housekeeping back again an hour after that. Terrible customer service - spoke to manager about disturbances who was rude, disinterested and argumentative.
