위치도 패딩턴역 혹은 센트럴 라인에서도 가깝고, 가성비 생각하면 괜찮은 호텔이에여! 바로 앞이 하이드 파크이구 뒤가 패딩턴역이라 공항 오가기도 좋고, 시내도 3-4정거장이구... 가성비 너무 만족입니다

Mein Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, aber durch einen extra Eingang zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber praktisch und zum Schlafen hat’s gereicht. Leider roch es etwas muffelig, weshalb ich das Fenster rund um die Uhr auflassen musste. Das ging aber auch nur halb auf, da mein Fenster zum Hinterhof lag und direkt vor dem Fenster eine Sperrmüllhalde lag. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Die Dichtung der Duschtür war allerdings undicht, daher musste man den Badvorleger beim Duschen direkt an die Duschwanne legen.

Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving, vlak bij het Hyde park, op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van een metro station (Lancaster station). Ideaal voor een paar dagen London. Er zit vlakbij een aantal heerlijke restaurantjes. Het hotel is netjes, maar niet bijzonder. Prijs/ kwaliteit is goed. De omgeving van het hotel voelde veilig aan, ook in de avond.

Very-Very disappointed
The room was a bit bigger than a closet, beds sooo narrow that you have to sleep on your back or will fall! The front desk was friendly but this is not even a 2 star hotel. Reviews must have been done by their employees cause they are NOT true at all.

Convenient location, but overall the rooms were outdated. The walls are thin and I could hear the entire conversation from the room next door, even though they were speaking at mostly reasonable volumes and I was using a white noise app. Not ideal for light sleepers.

Nice hotel close to Hyde Park
We arrived to the hotel after midnight, late check in wasn't a problem. Due to some works carried out in the hotel some parts of the hotel wasn't accessable and we had to use a side entrance to get to the room. The receptionist was friendly and showed us the way to the room. The room was clean, comfortable and I haven't noticed any problem with it.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht, da sie deutlich günstiger war als andere Hotels zu diesem Zeitpunkt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen. Es war sehr stickig und warm, trotz Klimaanlage. Sehr hellhörig und wegen dem mini kleinen Fester, welches man auch nicht öffnen konnte, sehr dunkel. Der Feuermelder ist in der Nacht angegangen. Die Lage war sehr gut, viele Sachen sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Wer ein ganz einfaches Zimmer braucht, wird es hier finden. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag alle ausgewechselt. Nicht sehr umweltbewusst- und haben teilweise auch etwas muffig gerochen. Für den Preis war es okay, aber nächstes mal werden wir etwas tiefer in die Taschen greifen und ein hochwertigeres Hotel buchen. Vielleicht sind die Zimmer die nicht im Keller liegen, besser.

I love the staff! I felt at home and safe! Room was tiny but perfect for one small person such as myself. Very clean and had everything I needed. Great proximity to food and transportation! I definitely recommend this quaint hotel. Did I mention I love Katrina???? Jasmine at the front desk and Richard in security plus the others are so cool and friendly too! Manager himself is also friendly!

Property being upgraded and room given only accessible from a side alley! Room bath room 12’x10’ not what was pictured on Expedia. Bath room was new but smell of sewage.

Excellent Value and Location
Overall Great Experience. The full hotel wasn't actually open to the public apparently... So we were given a room around the corner. Can't fault the room itself, especially as it's literally two blocks from the tube, and right next door to a delicious cafe for breakfast. I felt safe as the room at a deadbolt and a lock, but the outside door to the street lock wasn't active... Which would have been better. Hopefully this can be activated soon. :) The customer service was ACE! Both people who worked there the two nights we stayed did an excellent job! Very personable, helpful and kind. Overall I would consider staying here again if I needed to be around there again for work. Great value.

They are going through a renovation, so there were no amenities. We had to enter through a side door which was not locked. Our room was very nice and the staff were great. We only went into the lobby to check in and out.

One night business trip
Firstly, a huge thank you to the incredibly kind gentleman who conducted my check in. He was polite, informative and did a wonderful job of making sure i felt secure as a solo female guest. The room was compact but clean and newly renovated. So new that some of the furniture still had stickers on the inside of the drawers but this had no impact on the quality of my stay. Incredible value for money

Lovely place to call home, while in London. Great location and comfortable stay. Good value for your money. Basic breakfast, but well balanced with fruit, yogurt, cereal bar, new great coffee machine (latté!) toast, eggs and beans also. Walking distance to many attractions. Near Paddington station (Heathrow and Eurostar) and a short bus ride to Gatwick Express.

L'albergo mi è sembrato di bassa categoria, la moquette vecchia, sporca e puzzolente dappertutto. La camera era minuscola con una TV allacciata male che guardava verso il soffitto. Per non parlare della cucina nel sotterraneo che serviva una colazione minima e scadente. Non penso che mi rivedranno!! Dovrebbero togliere le foto dal web perché non corrispondenti.

the place is very clean and tidy.although breakfast needs more variety but everything is good value for money.

Bra läge
Hotellet var bra beläget, nära till många restauranger och små mataffärer. Hotellet hade ingen egen restaurang/hotellbar, men det var inget större problem då det låg två restauranger precis tvärs över gatan. Servicen på hotellet var dock inget att tacka för, sura miner speciellt nere i frukostmatsalen. Om du vill ha lugn och ro så är det här hotellet inget för dig, det var väldigt lyhört, man hörde en vanlig konversation tydligt från rummet bredvid. Överlag så var hotellet helt ok, boendet var trots allt värt pengarna.
