I have stayed here twice, its lovely and warm as soon as you enter, lovely clean and warm rooms, they help you with check-in if you have any problems and reasonable priced👍.

Convenient for where we had to go, quiet place, entrance OK, the rooms need updating and a deep comfy mattresse will pull it all together, but not bad for the price.

Waren für vier Nächte hier und waren mäßig begeistert. Es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber das waren alle Häuser die wir in Norbury gesehen haben. Das „Frühstück“ haben wir ausgelassen da ich gerne mehr Auswahl im Urlaub hab als Toast. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und es war alles im Zimmer sehr sauber, was uns das wichtigste ist. Wäsche frisch gewaschen, Matratze sauber und recht neu. Die Verbindung in die Stadt war völlig in Ordnung. An sich waren wir recht zufrieden, hätte aber auch besser sein können. Für Leute mit wenig Geld sehr zu empfehlen.

There was some very dubious looking cheese and tomatoes left in the fridge. I think the last occupants had left them there. No milk and spiders webs that had not been dusted away. On a positive the pub down the road serve excellent food and the surroundings were very picturesque.

Could not connect to WiFi, no one on site to consult, called customer service and found they were unavailable at that time of night.

Very sorry about this nigel. Our emergency number number should have been available for you to call, or the intercom at the front would’ve connected you to staff. We do have the wifi details in the board at the front but we shall look into making this more prominent for you

Comfortable,but very basic,service was very good.
Very Built-up area,although it said free parking,there were only 3 spaces,so we had to park on the road,this hotel definitely needs a referb .Room was quite comfortable,breakfast was a DIY job therefor listed as 24Hrs,fridge was well stocked for a full English,if you fancied yourself to be capable as a chef.Finally the place was run by One young man! Yes a Staff of ONE! who was very helpful and efficient,considering he was on reception ,did the cleaning,the Laundry,make the beds,and umpteen other jobs.If the Owners are reading this review,they need to double his Salary at least,as his Service was the only top rating in our Review.

Very helpful staff.
You get what you pay for here, not a 5* luxury resort! It was comfortable however, ample on-street parking and a triple driveway belonging to the hotel, so no issues leaving your car. Breakfast was basic and help yourself; cereals, toast, fruit juices, tea, coffee, etc... When we arrived, a very helpful member of staff showed us around the communal area, where he advised that we could help ourselves to the breakfast stuff at any time. He even allowed us to have a carton of orange juice to put in the fridge in our room - this was great as I was about to pop to the shop to get some drinks for the room, but saved me the journey.

Cheap and right next to the Norbury Station
Clean and great self serve kitchen with bread jam butter etc. No cereals.

Would not stay again.
No one to greet at hotel. Had to wait at the door for ten minutes before getting in. Noticed the electricity plugs did not work in my room. Took him 30 minutes to come and fix this! Walls are very thin can hear other guests coming in and out. Also there is a train line right outside. Bed was very uncomfortable Parking was very limited. I was completely blocked in by another hotel guest. Again, there was no one at the desk to help with this. Had to chap all the rooms to find the inconsiderate guest to move there car.

No parking available. Property backed on to a railway line as a result trains were running until after midnight. Even with the windows closed, the double glazing was so poor, I heard the trains going all night. Breakfast was a cook you own!! Never seen that before.

Absolutely not happy with how we were met by the staff. The front door was locked and the person that answered the doorbell would not let us in. Had to call their phone number to get someone to come open for us. The breakfast was self serve and was very basic.

Basic ..head down for one night only..
The bathroom could do with a total refurb.. old and tired and dated.. hallway again needs a good paint job and new carpet..the bed was comfortable but squeaked even just to turn..good selection of drinks in the bedroom ...ie coffee.tea..hot chocolate ..orange .. also kitchen had a good selection for breakfast even though it was self service..

To loud when others are coming in and out of rooms
Did not like that had to share bathroom and very small bath area not very nice. Room got very hot, had a fan but plug was to high to use..

Quit central. And nice neightboorhood
Its a central place, norbury. This aparthotel is of the road and very peacefull. You will be welcomed by a nice man and he will show you around. It was a warm welcome because the tea, coffee, juice and chocomilk nice and ordered. Also restaurand , oystershop and super near to the place . And ofcourse the busstop to ... Is in front of the aparthotel.. The bus from nearby. As wel the trainstaion close to the place.

Quiet location
Check in was a little bit tricky and not too many parking spaces. Fully stocked fridge but didn't use it. Room was small but was exactly what we needed. Cheap and cheerful
