The shower curtain was old and disgusting. It had mold and was discolored. We asked for new towels on our third day there but host said we would be getting new ones the next day when they cleaned out room. We were there for 5 days, and our room was never cleaned the entire time. The main thing was the shower curtain and the towels. I didnt care about our room being tidied, but we just wanted fresh towels and he said we couldnt get any. There is an extra toilet and shower, which was helpful to our family.

No duvet just a blanket and sheet, you can feel the springs through the mattress and a very small bathroom. You also have to pay £10 for your keys that does not get refunded. Good location but wouldn’t go back

I booked this on Expedia and when I arrived the pics which were on he website do not match the hotel .It is conveniently located for walking to St Pancreas and Euston station.The hotel itself should not be called a hotel ,It is dirty ,old and rundown the toilet and bath can’t fit anyone bigger than 4 stone..The sockets look like a fire waiting to happen..The rooms look like cockroaches live in every corner.Also a £10 fe is requested on checking in for the key,this was not mentioned.This place need to be shut done.The manager on duty was nice to let me in early because it was raining and there was no place to drop off suitcase.Even if you only need a place to rest ur head to get to the airport early there are better options near by which are roughly in the same price range this place is horrible .

No real reception, old and uncomfortable bed (& uneven). They don't come in and clean regularly. They don't have bathmats, hand towels etc.

Awful hotel, would not recommend.
Would not recommend this hotel at all. The outside of the hotel was dirty, the front door was surrounded by litter and old clothes! We arrived a little before iur check in time and asked if we could keave our two small backpacks at the hotel, we were rudely told there is no storage for bags and we should not have arrived before 2pm. The staff member who spoke to us was rude and aggressive. The hotel looks nothing like the pictires on the Hotels.com website, it is vey small, dark and cramped and in need of updating/painting.

there are no attached washrooms (Ensuites). We had go to ground floor to use washrooms and also the washroom condition was not good.

Es un espacio pequeño,, sucio, se inunda la regadera. Había telarañas y excremento de ratón. Pedimos nos guardaran maletas 2 hrs. antes del check in y no quisieron, tuvimos esperar en la calle. Los impuestos te los cobran en efectivo sin recibo. En general muy mala experiencia.

I didn’t see on the advertisement that the property has no storage space for luggage as I arrived early and needed storage space for luggage space whilst waiting for check in. Closest storage facility is opposite King Cross St Pancreas station £5 for a day. The person advised that no storage was stated on the advertisement. Overall great location and price.

The property is in desperate need of repair and decoration. Shared showers were filthy. Athough cheap, I would recommend finding an extra £30 and staying elsewhere.

Honestly the room was fine enough for what you are expecting, near the station in central London. Bathroom was passable but don’t expect a nice shower or dry bathroom. However the manager in charge during the day was enough to make us want to turn around and leave again. He was unfriendly when we were checking in and then plain rude when we asked about the key deposit. So do be aware there is a £10 key deposit which he said was refundable and assured us someone would be at reception when we left early in the morning to return it. Of course no one was. The saving grace was the night manager who was approachable and friendly both times we met him. We were very suspicious of the other man so confirmed with him whether someone would be at the reception early the next day to give our deposit back and he said “no sorry no one is here that early”. He then organised the return of our deposit and made sure everything else was okay which was great. The only redeeming quality of this place, but honestly, pick any of the other hotels along this street to avoid that rude manager, obviously does not enjoy his job and takes it out on his staff and guests.

Le prix de la chambre est trop élevé par rapport à sa qualité. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont collectives, il faudrait qu'elles soient au moins plus pratiques et plus propres.

Good location and cheap. Have to share a bathroom and toilet, neither of which were clran or smelled how you would want. Room was very dark, small mirror, bed uncomfortable and there was a sink in the room which made the whole room smell of mould

The man at the check in area was horribly rude! We showed up early - check in was at 2. He was very abrasive when we asked was there and early check in option. He said - didn’t you read the information online? Then we asked if we could at least leave our bags and check in at 2. He retorted - we don’t have storage this is not a 5 star hotel we are only two stars! When we did come back at 2 he charged us 10 pounds for our room key which he said was to be returned when we returned the key. When we went to check out in the morning no one was there to hand the key in to and this no refund. We would not return here under any circumstances.

It was smelly and our toilet was broken. It was very hot in the room downstairs and the air con was very loud. There was a note on door that said we weren’t to keep any valuables in the room. This made us feel like the hotel was not a safe environment.

Das war eine grauenvolle Erfahrung insgesamt. Das Zimmer war schmutzig wurde auch in der gesamten Zeit nie gereinigt. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Personal war unfreundlich. Die Betten sind nur 1,20 breit. Das ist für die Gastronomie norm kein Doppebett, wurde uns aber als solches verkauft. Leute haltet euch von dieser Absteige fern, das ist eine Abzocke.

small and cramped
the photos make it look bigger than it is. 2 stars is a reach, more like 1 star and that's only for the man on reception. window rattled all night, walls so thin we could hear next do clearly and my partner had to climb over me to get in and out of bed.

DO NOT STAY!!
The WORST hotel I have ever booked through hotels.com! The pictures the hotel posts is NOT what is truly available! I requested at least one room (months before we stayed) on the ground floor as we had elderly people with us. They had us booked on the THIRD floor! The check in clerk did try and work with us and put us on the second floor but it was still FOUR flights of stairs (extremely narrow). You have to step up into the bathroom and they are smaller than a bathroom on a cruise ship, no lie, the size of a closet. The rooms are SO VERY TINY and the beds were so uncomfortable!! I cant believe Hotels.com allows this hotel on their site! STAY AWAY!!! Ps the site wont allow me to upload any of MY pictures of the hotel!!

Worst Hotel Ever
Where to begin, this hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was filthy, mould grew all over the room. The bed and towels were never changed in 3 full days - not sure there were any maids. The bathroom - which was minuscule - had hair from previous guests all over the floor and wall. The bedroom light had exposed wires so it was a huge fire safety issue. There were no wardrobes to hang clothes in. The room itself had a foul smell and it was clear that it had never been cleaned. Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more to avoid this place at all costs!!
