시설은 낡았으나 힐튼무늬호텔 방에 TV리모콘없고 달라고해도 없다고합니다. 가져다준다고하고 안가져다줘요. 페딩턴역이랑 2층 스벅옆으로 바로연결되는 사동팔달 교통명소 매력적인 위치 짱 호텔

Worst night in london
Worst-ever experience. Weird tickling sound on the wall (near desk socket). Noisy room. No complimentary water and no proper response even i called to the reception for request. Even some staff open the room door at 8:30 am for checking ‘when are you going to check out’. Definately good location next to paddington station but that’s all. Will Never visit again.

테라스가 너무 멋진 룸이었어요
방사이즈도 컸고 더블침대 2개에 욕실도 방크기도 굉장히 커서 편안히 내집처럼 지냈어요. 첫 2박3일그라그 다시 1박2일 추가해서요. 다만 귀국한지 일주일이 넘었는데 두번의 숙박보증금이 아직 환급이 안되어서 찜찜하네요

I loved staying here and will do so again in the future. The only issue I had was with room service. I ordered a tuna sandwich with crisps. Tuna sandwich was what I expected but very few crunched crisps were poured onto my plate as if they were the bottom of the bag. I often order room service from my Hiltons but never have had this. Breakfast and dinner was amazing but I will not order room service again. It is too easy to access Paddington Station food options. Great location, great rooms!

We arrived at 1400 and our room was not ready, but we were offered an upgraded room at 30 pounds more. This seems to happen every time we visit London. I would just like to get the room I paid for a little early, without being uncharged. This seems like a coordinated strategy to extract more money from guests.

Convenient hotel to stay with clean comfortable beds, it is also easy to get taxis and a wide range of restaurants and places nearby to eat. Convenient shopping in the station area if you need to grab any items you forgot.

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Kühlschrank war ausgebaut.Frühstück zwar immer noch gut,hat aber leider auch nachgelassen und somit Unterkunft und Frühstück zu teuer und dem Preis nicht angemessen.

As a traveler, I would have liked to be given a room earlier than I was given. Arrived late morning and could not get into our room until mid-afternoon. Greater consideration has to be given or acquire from travelers that are flying internationally to receive their rooms earlier.

Like that we didn't have to travel far from the train station. Having to pay for breakfast on top of what we paid for the room we did not like. It should have been included in the price.

I usually love staying here but this time our room was so hot and just wouldn’t cool down. The AC wouldn’t work and even with the heating off and the window open the tiny bit allowed it wasn’t ‘til about 6am that it became comfortable. I did report it on checkout. Apart from a sleepless night it was a lovely stay with great food and friendly service.

パディントン駅に隣接していて、もともとは鉄道会社（GWR）が運営していたホテルのようです。　全体に設備が古くエアコンのファンの音がうるさかったです。　シャワーの温度は快適でした。　ホテルの回りはレストランやパブが多く、食事には困りません。　コインランドリーは徒歩5〜6分ぐらいの所にあります。　エリザベス線や地下鉄の駅も徒歩1分なので移動には便利です。

There was no hot water on the evening I arrived. There was still no hot water on the morning I left. The phone in the room did not work so I had to go downstairs to tell the front desk about the water issue. Sad performance by a brand once internationally respected.

Very disappointed on this hotel. Service was terrible , unfriendly /rude staff. We arrived late after all the trains were cancelled with a toddler in arms and the staff just opened the door for the hotel and did not help with our bags. Baby crib did not have a mattress so they wanted my baby to sleep basically on a table. Internet never worked. The room did not have toilet paper , temperature in the hotel was very hot. Overall very poor experience

Room condition was poor. Carpets were bare in places. Lampshades were damaged. Chairs were uncomfortable - no padding remaining. Rooms need a full renovation. Public/ common areas were excellent. Service and staff were excellent. Proximity to Paddington Station is excellent.

Cero flexibilidad a la hora de check in, entiendo que se dice 4pm; sin embargo, hay situaciones extraordinarias, llegué 2pm les dije que venía de un viaje muy largo y con esposa embarazada e hijas (dos), me dijeron que el check in hasta las 4pm pero que lo podría hacer en 40 min, volví 3pm y me dijeron que unos minutos, finalmente fue hasta las 4pm, cero flexibilidad aunque tengas familia y alguna situación particular

Location was nice at the Paddington train station access to underground & heathrow express . They were able to get me into my room earlier than i anticipated after a overnight flight . Staff was friendly and approachable . only thing missing would have been a mini frig in the room and ice but I know they do not use this as much as us americans would stay again
