런던 중심의 괜찮은 호텔
친절한 직원들,깨끗한 룸상태,간단히 먹을수 있는 조식,런던만이 가질수 있는 엔틱한 외관 ,무엇보다도 언더그라운드가 가까히 있어서 너무 좋았어요.또한 M&S Food 도 바로 앞레 있어서 편리했어요.그러나 너무 목조로 만든것인지 위에 걷는소가 들려서 좀 불편했어요.그래도 이 가격으로 이 호텔은 훌륭하다고 생각해요~담에 간다면 다시 묵어도 좋을것 같아요~~
리셉션옆이에요!모던함이 느껴지는 곳이죠.

주변에 M&S 푸드와 boots 있음. 날씨가 30도에 가까웠는데 에어컨이 공사중임을 체크인때 말해줌. 그래서 내방은 매우 더웠음. 우리는 여러명이 각자 방을 썼는데 방마다 구조나 넓이의 편차가 심함. 숙소 근처에 피자, 중국, 인도, 펍 등 다양한 먹을거리 있음, 아주 좋은 매트리스는 아님, 냉장고에 생수2병, 탄산수2병, 환타,펩시가 무료.

런던 시내 전철 1존인 Earls Court 역에서 2~3분 거리. 여행자들에겐 최도의 위치. 깨끗하고 안락. 바로 근처에 M&S 와 드럭스토어 Boots가 있어.더 편함.

괜찮아요.
전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 지하철역에서 3분 정도면 접근가능합니다. 근처에 패스트푸드점도 다 있고요, 막스앤스팬서도 있습니다. 다만 방이 좀 작아요. 물론 자는 용도로만 이용하겠지만 작은건 작은겁니다. 화장실은 좋습니다.

친절하고 편안한 호텔~
비교적 넓은 실내와 편안한 침구류가 좋았습니다. 도심에서 약간 떨어져 있으나, Undergroud를 이용해야 하는 런던여행에서 큰 문제는 없습니다. 버킹엄궁전 부근의 좁은 호텔에 비해서는 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 오히려 주변이 덜 복잡해서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하였고, 아침 식사를 겸하는 1층의 이탈리아 식당도 괞찮은 편이었습니다.

I got a premium room and was told that all the premium rooms were in the basement. Further, I was told that if I didn't want to stay in the basement, I would have to take a standard room and get no refund.

Hotel Indigo is possibility the perfect quintessential London hotel, updated with every modern comfort a traveler would need or want. Great location in Earl's Court across the street from the Piccadilly line (think airport and central London easy access). Wonderful, welcoming, genuinely hospitable staff. Spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated rooms with a great bed, mini-frig, hot pot, iron, large TV, even robes and slippers. Rain shower and very nice bath products. The site has a breakfast buffet, restaurant, and bar open late. Fast Wi-Fi. Hotel Indigo is going to be my go-to pied-de-terre anytime I am in London.

Prima gelegen hotel. Mooie buurt. Metro is super handig naar de luchthaven (rechtstreekse verbinding en makkelijk toegankelijk) en verbinding naar centrum is ook prima. Heel aardige staf en leuke bediening bij het ontbijt door Rodger en collega’s.

Beautiful Hotel with room for Improvement. The hotel is elegant and boasts a fantastic location. The staff was friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were some challenges. One significant downside was that the cleaning staff forgot to service our room one night, even though we were out all day. This resulted in that we hade to go the reception to request toilet paper and towels. We also encountered a negative experience during breakfast, where the ordered English breakfast plate with hash browns, did not have hashbrowns delivered. Other customers also asked for it, but after a while the staff got back and said it was sold it. This is fair, but then they should at said that when ordring instead of just leave it out of the plate. Another downside, was after the first cleaning, our basement-level window was widely left open, with it being November and us being out the entire day, we returned to a room temeratur of below 14 degrees. The air conditioning was ineffective and made considerable noise, worst was the last night, were this noises from it forcing us to turn it off. Despite setting target to 24 degrees, it never passed 19 degrees and often colder. Although we raised some these concerns with the staff, and they said they would look into it, we did not hear further. We rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. While the hotel has potential and many positive features, we hope that our feedback can contribute to improvement.

We love the Indigo brand and this one didn't disappoint. Well appointed room, big for London. Breakfast staff very polite and helpful. We would return.

Great location! Walk or take tube/bus anywhere you’d like. Safe location and lovely shopping dining area. Lots of offerings nearby. Staff was great. Rooms serviced daily and very clean. Breakfast was great, lots of ala cart offerings and hot food service. We’ll definitely try and stay again

The staff at Hotel Indigo Kensington are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very large, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed. The hotel breakfast is delicious and there are so many choices. The location is perfect and steps away from Earl’s Court Tube Station. We were able to easily explore the city. We would stay here again.

Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir optimal. Von der Underground earls court sind es ca.100 Meter bis zum Hotel.Piccadily und district line verkehren im Minutenrakt und man kommt überall hin.Für das Hotel selbst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, unser besonderer Dank an Shanel,Roger und Nathan beim Frühstück. Beim nächsten London Besuch kommen wir wieder.

Beautiful hotel with great staff
A beautiful hotel on a quiet street located very close to a Tube station for convenient access to get anywhere in the city. Our room was very clean and and well kept, and the staff were extremely prompt in responding to any request we had. We loved our stay here and would absolutely like to return and recommend it to anyone else.

Our room on the second floor was quiet, comfortable and well maintained. Despite it being a heatwave when we arrived the room was cool and relaxing with good air con and we appreciated the daily water and the refrigerator. The breakfasts were amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. Earls Court station was 5 minutes walk and it was a breeze to navigate to all the tourist hot spots. Would highly recommend.

Hotellet ligger någon minut från t-banestationen Earls Court. Det första rummet vi fick var fräscht, men toaletten luktade mögel. Det visade sig läcka ut från väggen 1 meter från duschen. Klinkern på golvet var lösa så vattnet gick nog under där också. Överlag var toaletten gjord av dåliga hantverkare. Vi fick byta till ett annat rum och det var ett lika dåligt hantverk även på den toaletten men dock inget läckage. Frukosten var utmärkt och servicen förträfflig. Är man känslig mot fasta (hårda) sängar är det inte rätt val av hotell. Bra urval av restauranger och pubar i närheten av hotellet. Lätt att ta sig överallt från t-banan.

This hotel is very close to the Earl's Court Tube station which was super convenient. We were able to travel from the airport (Heathrow) right to our tube stop and hotel. The hotel itself was clean, safe, and very close to two very good pubs. The breakfast was European with options for a hot breakfast too.

Da primeira vez que fiquei no Indigo Kensington reservei o quarto premium, excelente e confortável. Dessa vez reservei o Standard e achei mais desconfortável e barulhento, pois a madeira antiga causa esse barulho tanto no nosso quarto quanto no de cima quando o hóspede pisa! Isso atrapalha o sono. O chuveiro também estava desregulado, mas como dessa vez fiquei somente 1 noite não tive tempo de solicitar ajuda.

We couldn’t praise this hotel enough !!! Staff were beyond helpful especially-Barbara at checkin ensuring we had the best room possible and Rakesh for locating a lost item and then following up to ensure it was returned to us ( outstanding!!) Rooms were great/ Breakfast was Amazing and location was great plus Staff could not do enough to help especially when when had an issue with our room.
