적극 추천하는 호텔입니다.
가격도 적당하고, 위치도 지하철과 가까웠습니다. 객실 내부도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았던 호텔로 기억합니다.

위치 최강.
피트니스도 다른건물로 이동해야 하는 등 호텔의 부대시설이 거의없으나 위치와 객실 상태는 가격대비 최상급이었음. 출장으로는 내장재가 화려해서 적합하지 않으나 여행이라면 추천함. 상해의 인디고를 생각하고 갔으나 중국의 하드웨어와 유럽은 다르다는것을 실감함

Friendly staff in a stylish hotel which is close to Tower Bridge and tube stations. Happy with location and would stay again.

Let’s go Hotel Indigo!
Good location, 5-6 mins walk from two tube stations. Hotel and room are very clean as others pointed out. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was very good and I had purchased it in advance; choice of coffee, omelets and eggs made to order, buffet with fruits, cheese, ham, veggies, etc. We were very happy with the breakfast. Got a large comfortable room in the top floor and it was super quiet. They have two layers of separate windows so absolutely no noise from outside. Room size is above average for two people by London standards. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

Great hotel, but…
Amazing hotel with lovely staff. However, if you decide to have breakfast they charge VAT (as well as service) on top! What other place does this? Was not impressed!!

Great Location & Staff
My mom and I spent 10 days in London at the Indigo. The service by the front desk and restaurant staff was exceptional. Our room was clean, very spacious, a great shower and plenty of storage to let us unpack. It’s an old building, but it has been renovated and maintained. The location was great—just a few blocks from 2 different Underground stations. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. There was a buffet with yogurt, fruit, baked goods, cheese and deli meats. Additionally we were able to custom order fresh hot breakfast items and get custom espresso drinks. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We had an issue with the flush button on our toilet jamming one evening. The front desk staff tried to assist us, but they were unable and the maintenance person had already gone home. The next morning, they moved us into a new room and helped move our belongings. They also refunded that night without us even having to ask. The customer service was incredible in remedying the situation. I highly recommend the Indigo and will gladly stay here again.

The hotel is located in an excellent location for sightseeing and access to the Underground station (just a 5 minute walk). Our room was confortable and we were very impressed with all of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and really aimed to please. Our stay included breakfast and the English breakfast was HUGE and delicious. We also appreciated the alternative buffet options for something lighter. This was a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Posh suite in the Heart of London
Very nice stay. Staff extremely helpful and sensitive to our needs after a long flight. Beautiful, comfortable room with a view.

Good Location
Good Hotel in a fabulous location. Found it quite expensive though and for that price expect that little bit more especially with the Canopy opposite. Pointless having a tv as it’s badly positioned. Bathroom needed TLC and it look like the air con had been recently ripped out of the ceiling and boarded back up in haste. Would stay again though and as I’ve mentioned all it needs is a little more attention.

Great location - close to Tower of London, restaurants. Very comfortable beds, gorgeous rooms and bathrooms. Outside noise did come through all hours of the night due to nearby bars.

Disappointing
Staff helpful but first room I was allocated was very small considering i had booked a premium room, was given another room where the aircon didn't work properly, decor was bit worn and no other rooms available,and there was no one to fix it! Note in the room said maintenance would need access to the room between 9am and 3pm the next day for routine work which I told reception was unacceptable so they took note. Didn't want to come across as awkward guest but was disappointed overall.

Excellent choice of hotel.
Excellent service. Lovely, clean hotel and staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect location too. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Would recommend
Arrived at 11am to leave our bags but to our delight a room was ready. The room was spacious and bright. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff were very friendly too. This hotel is really central - around an 8 minute walk from Liverpool Street Rail Station and Tower Bridge literally at the bottom of the road.

Solo traveler review
To start with I had lot of luggage and, there was no help offered/provided. Then the room was not cleaned after the previous guest and, there was trash in the washroom bin that belonged to previous guest. To continue further the washroom has glass windows and, is freezing cold with no option of heating/insulation. Except for the location nothing is good for this hotel, steer clear and, look for other options. I paid 120 pounds per night for such horrible service so never coming back.
