Nice stay
넓었고 따뜻한 물도 꽤 잘 나왔고, 배수도 잘됐습니다. 깨끗하고 좋은 냄새가 났습니다. 겨울이고 창문이 매우 큰데 라디에이터가 하나이고 너무 약해서 춥긴했습니다. 가끔 위층 소리가 좀 들리긴 하는데 그렇게 시끄러운정도는 아닙니다.위치가 호텔가라 매우 좋았습니다. 버스정류장, 여러 지하철역과 매우 가깝고 근처에 마트, 빵집 다 있습니다. 다만, 엘리베이터는 없습니다. 짐이 무겁다면 ground floor(한국식 1층)나 1층(한국식 2층)으로 달라고 요청하시길 바랍니다. 프런트 직원분 재밌고 친절하십니다. 처음에 프런트 찾기가 좀 어려웠는데, 77번과 79번 기둥 사이의 갈색문으로 들어가시면 됩니다. 수건 및 린넨 교체를 원하시면 매일 아침 프런트에 요청해야합니다. 무료입니다. 런던을 다시 오게된다면 이곳에 숙박할 것입니다.

La posizione dell’appartamento rispetto ai trasporti è molto buona ma la pulizia non era ben fatta, abbiamo chiesto la pulizia e il primo giorno non l’hanno effettuata, il personale della reception non è molto disponibile, il divano letto era rotto.

Det var en fin hage utendørs. Sengene var altfor myke. Det var bare en dyne i dobbeltsengene. Det børste var at det ikke var varmtvatn i springene, så det var håpløst å få barbert seg.

Our room didn’t look anything like the photos posted. Put in a basement suite that was very damp and smelled like mold. There isn’t a sign in front of the building so check in was pretty confusing. And the bed was very very uncomfortable. Only bright side about this place is it’s very close to lots of restaurants and the metro

Very good location, good if you’re just looking for a bed and little kitchen which was good but the bathroom was pretty dirty and was lacking some basic stuff, I didn’t mind that there was no cleaning service but it would’ve been nice if they emptied the bins and gave us new towels etc - definitely good though if you want lower cost and just somewhere to sleep and eat

I booked and paied for three beds and I found a small double bed and a sofa. The space was too small. I found a place very different from the description and the pictures online. Quite disappointed for having paid such a high price

Overall good experience. However, in the middle of our stay we were abruptly asked to move rooms because of a maintenance issue. The communication regarding this ordeal was disappointing and frustrating.

Hébergement bien situé, a proximité directe de lignes de métro, dans un quartier plutôt calme. Restaurants et commerce proches. A quelques minutes de Kensington Park.

Room on fourth floor so lots of stairs! The room did not look like one in picture - not as big. Shower hard to control it was either scolding or cold and spray only gentle. Window blind broken.

Extrêmement décevant, rien a voir avec les fotos!
La chambre / studio ne ressemble en rien aux photos du site. La peinture est scratchée partout, des taches au mur, sol abîmé, les meubles cuisine sont cassés, un vieux matelas a ressorts, l’appartement sale. Le réceptionniste a proposé un ménage complet mais ca ne répare pas l’endroit pour autant. Considérant le prix, je trouve ça plus que décevant et j’aurais honte de louer ce genre de studio qui doit être refait.

Dårlig og slidt hotel.
Det var et elendigt hotel. Sengen var dårlig, det varme vand i bruseren virkede ikke og møblerne var slidte og ødelagte. I sengen var der mange lange sorte hår. Selve området er fint og beliggenheden er også Go med let adgang til Underground. Der bliver ikke gjort rent med mindre man siger de skal gære en dag i forvejen.

Out only for the money.
Disappointing to see that there were no amenities such as kitchen towels, dish soap, and complementary items. The pillow was terrible and no blankets only a light comforter was offered. No window in the bathroom or ventilation so you can imagine. Very small apartment with very little space to put your belongings away.

Not as bad as it seemed like
This apartment accommodation right next to two different tube stops as well as Hyde Park looked great in the pictures and price wasn't too much in London standards so we decided to take a shot a book it. Location is indeed perfect and for sightseeing Circle line is very useful. There's also grocery store and many restaurants within 5-min walking distance from the hotel which was very convenient. Upon check-in we had to call the reception just to find out it's few doors down the street. I'm not sure if this is informed somewhere but we weren't aware of this. Lady at the check-in was very nice and polite so big plus to reception staff! Room itself was the one that tipped my review to the negative side. Room looked very worn out and in need of refurbishlment. Scratches and dents on the walls, creaky and loose door thresholds and handles and as a cherry to the cake a balcony door that doesn't stay shut. These things didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day but they stick out from the overall condition of the room. Room has fridge, oven, stove, microwave oven, fan and heater so well equipped. All in all our stay at Imperial Court Studios was good and we might even stay here again should we ever come to London. Don't let the first impression pull down your holiday feeling!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Premier voyage en famille, nous ne connaissions pas Londres. Et le lieu était idéal pour nous, a 20 min du centre de Londres en métro. Des bus et métro a 5 min à pieds maximum. Meme lorsqu'il a plu nous avons pu profiter. Le quartier est vivant et très bien desservi. nous avons l'habitude du calme chez nous, malgre ça la vie du quartier faisait partie du décor. Notre fils a passé ses soirées à la fenêtre. Bref nous recommandons vivement. Le personnel est très agréable et essaye toujours de vous aider si besoin.

After reading the reviews on Expedia, we did not know what to expect as they were going from an extreme to another. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the studio on the 4th floor. The first studio was extremely filthy and the cleaning had not been done, but the receptionist was very understanding and immediately changed us to another place. While the bathroom severely lacked ventilation, the studio itself was very good. All essential amenities were provided, and the location in Kensington is very central and superb. The hold for the deposit was paid back the same day and the reception was available 24h. The only things to be wary about are the possibility to have a basement accommodation - luckily it was not the case for us, and the fact that there is no elevator. We were on the 4th floor, and it is something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Bra boende för den som "bara" ska vara på rummet för att sova och inte göra några fler måltider än frukost. Nära till 2 undergroundstationer som tar dig in till storstadslivet på nolltid. Vi landade på Gatwick och tog oss enkelt till hotellet. Har du höga krav på boendet hade jag rekommenderat ett annat men då vi gav oss ut på stan efter frukost och kom tillbaka sent på kvällen var det ett perfekt läge!

The receptionist on check in day did not help to carry our carryon luggages to the 4th floors by stairs when requested and said that we are 70 yrs old and have heart problems. No elevators. No extra employees in the evening. Not for old and handicapped people.

Don't expect much. No Ac of course which mean s open window son a noisy busy street. Pictured rooms must be showcase rooms because it's not what we got. Amenities are spartan. Room was not ready at check-in, though I will say they fixed broken toaster and clogged drain quickly

Avoid staying in this property
The room is very small, not same as the pictures, the receptionist is passive aggressive. Not a warm welcome. The rooms are not worth a 200 pound deposit for a night.
