Good hotel - there is a reason why it’s not great
Superb Location and view on Park Lane. Breaktfast was good anf friendly concierge and door staff. A but busy in the lobby. Had an electronical hick up with hotel.com / Hilton servers and the hotel front was too busy upgrading another guest while I was on my own. Had to call hotels.com multiple times to find how / why the fully pre-paid transaction did not make the hilton reservations database. With both parties blaming each other for my status being cancelled, I was on my own to prove payment and reservations while my companion was being upgraded to a better room. I hope the front desk can fix out its priorities for the next time visit. Houekeeping was good. Left the hotel with a pair of jeans and returned to find them good after a few days.

하이드파크 앞 교통편리한 호텔
호텔 바로 앞 도로건너편에 하이드파크가 위치해 있고 객실은 런던기준으로 넓은 편이여서 여유로운 여행을 즐기에 마땅한 숙소로 생각됩니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 객실도 청결합니다 다만 비지니스 라운지는 고급호텔 이미지와는 달리 무척 소박해서 비지니즈 여행 숙소로는 기대 이하입니다.

Great Location, Small Room, Nice Breakfast
Stayed 2 nights on a biz trip to London. The location is fantastic, just looking over the Hyde Park, and walking distance from Regent/Bond Street shopping district and Piccadilly. There is a TESCO express nearby. Room was a bit small but ok. There are no bathtub and no manual shower handle. Breakfast Buffet is pretty nice offering various western-style dishes and a simple Japanese breakfast with Miso soup and Congee.

위치와 서비스는 훌륭하나 관광 호텔같음.
비지니스로 여행 중 2박을 힐튼에서 하였는데, 위치나 서비스는 이름값을 하는 듯 함. 특히 아침이 유럽에서는 보기드물게 훌륭하였슴(서머페키지라 아침 무료였슴) 하지만, 현지의 파트너 이야기도 그렇고, 실제 조식때나 호텔 이용 고객을 보면 모두 관광객 위주여서 로비 및 복도가 번잡하고 미국,아시아계 등이 특히 많음. 런던에 온 느낌이 전혀 들지 않았슴.

The staff and hotel was first class. Jason and Mark the doormen were real stars. I will stay in this hotel every time I am in London. It is a great balance between value and luxury.

The hotel is wonderful and in a great walkable location for Mayfair. We did have issues with our room’s air conditioner, but it was promptly fixed.

Problems at check-in because of “the new system.” The room stank of sewer gases. As Diamond status Hilton Honors guests they overlooked sending any welcome gift. They did AFTER I mentioned it but that isn’t really right. No housekeeping in either of our rooms day 2 (they just forgot our floor). I’ve been coming here for decades but now I see it’s time to find a new place to stay.

Very disappointing stay
Cannot believe this claims to be a 5-star hotel. Not even close. Everything is dated and was never luxury 5 star quality even when new. Bed, furniture, bath fixtures, etc. this maybe was a 4 star hotel once, now it’s 2-3 stars at best. You cannot even begin to compare this to other top hotels. Doesn’t hold a candle to them.

We just loved this beautiful hotel right in central London. It was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, but we felt like we were in a quiet spot. The staff were absolutely the most friendly and helpful of most anywhere I’ve been! The hotel was pristine. We will be back! 🇬🇧
