Rubbish outside the window (on lower floor roof), bathroom tiny, corridor too narrow and needs decorating. Staff friendly and evening food good.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Heathrow hotel, and I must express my deep disappointment with the entire experience. From start to finish, my stay was marred by a series of issues that are simply unacceptable for a hotel of Mercure's reputation. Frankly, I am disgusted and this was made worse by a terrible response from the manager who failed to reply to the complaint issues specifically and simply told me to go to Expedia to raise complaint. Shocking. Upon entering the lobby, it was immediately apparent that the hotel was in need of refurbishment. It was dirty and worn. The outdated decor and worn-out furnishings created an atmosphere that was far from welcoming. However, it was upon entering the room that my dissatisfaction reached its peak. Moreover, I was deeply disturbed by the lack of adherence to basic health and safety standards. The bathroom facilities were unsanitary, with evidence of mold and limescale in the shower areas. There was huge pile of dirty mattresses in the parking which also posed a potential health risk to guests. As a guest, I expect a clean and hygienic environment, which unfortunately was not provided during my stay at your hotel. The room itself felt dingy and neglected, with mattresses so worn out that a comfortable night's sleep was out of the question. Literally, on all three mattresses, you sink in and they are extremely worn. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was of incredibly poor quality. The products tasted awful.

Nothing about this hotel I liked. The room was dirty. The Smell was dreadful. The bathroom was very small. Shower was too small for regular sized people. The entrance door to the room was very narrow and was very hard to open. I would never recommend this Hotel and never stay there again.

Der Fußweg zum nächsten Autobus beträgt etwa 7 Minuten, während es ungefähr 20 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn sind (entspricht 3 Busstationen). Die Fahrzeit ins Stadtzentrum beträgt etwa 30 Minuten mit der Elizabeth Line von Hayes & Harlington, was berücksichtigt werden sollte bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Unternehmungen in der Stadt.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is misleading to labeled it as such. The rooms are adated and you know that dated smell from an old property..Yes you smell that. Plus twice they knocked on my door before check out time. The second was telling. The manager said she wants to know if the room was clean...lol. I said to myself of course it is the kind of thing you expect from a 2 star hotel not a 4 star one but the Mecure name gives it that borrowed credibility. To be fair it is not far from terminal 5 so might work if your stay is short and not for relaxation.

We didn’t realize how long it would take to get to the airport and that the Heathrow Hoppa didn’t stop at this hotel. The drains in the hotel room didn’t work fully, so shower was very short! We will at the airport next time to avoid spending money on cabs!

I usually stay in a premier inn before my flight. Unfortunately they were booked up. I have stayed in multiple Mercure hotels in the past and the rooms have been very nice, this room however was shocking. The radiator was on full blast with a plug in radiator also on full blast. I obviously unplugged the plug in, then I went to turn the AC on and that was the oldest looking thing I’ve seen. It hardly worked. The bathroom was disgusting, dirty tiles and chunks of plastic missing from the bath. It smelled really damp in the bathroom. Also the plug didn’t work in the bath. I would never stay again

I am disgusted by our stay in the Mercure Heathrow. The car park is terrible with broken machinery and water leaking everywhere. The corridors smell of sewage and have lots of flies and empty food containers. The room was ok except the bed was very uncomfortable and creaked everytime I moved which meant I didn't sleep well. Breakfast was crowded and the food was awful for a vegetarian. The food was over cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Staff weren't interested and never asked if we were happy with our stay.

Dirty hotel no water was running in our rooms hotel is very dated they couldnt find my booking on the system i booked again to show i did book it they said they will refund it but it still didnt show on the system i was waiting for ages to just check in to then check in to a room with a broken sink and no remote along with it being very cold

ホテルの周りは小さい売店が2〜３軒ありますが、郊外で夜は人通りが少なかったので必要なものは空港で買ってから向かった方が良いと思います。 ひとりで1泊しましたがホテルの部屋は広く水まわりも清潔で、ベッドも寝心地よかったです。部屋の中にインスタントコーヒー&紅茶もあり朝食もビュッフェ形式でおいしかったです！

Hotel staff were not helpful. No information given on check in for hotel amenities. No details on Wi-Fi or check out times or breakfast. No information in the room regarding this either. The room was dirty with crumbs in my bed. The bathroom radiator had electrical cables hanging out. On check out- I was ignored by staff as they were having a disagreement over something. Over all a terrible stay which is a shame as I have always rated mercure-my advice - stay in the premier inn a few yards away

Staff were welcoming and friendly, and very well turned out. My key stopped working and the person at the desk was apologetic and helpful when they fixed it. The room next to ours had put their finished room service things out in the corridor and there was a broken wine glass leaving bits of glass on the floor. It was still there the next morning. The room was mostly clean though the towel rail had what looked like drips of rust and it made me not want to use it. There was no plug in the sink and there was tissue stuck down it which wasn't pleasant. There was also no socket next to one bed. I found the floors to be a bit creaky, but for a London hotel, I was impressed that there was no noise at all from outside. The windows did a great job! Breakfast was tasty and staff were on top of stocking it up. I was staying with my 9 year old, and she was very impressed and declared it a very fancy hotel.

The Safe was inside a cupboard which we couldn’t open as it was blocking the side of the bed. The bed mattress needs replacing as rolling into the middle.
