완전 약쟁이 동네에 이민자만 가득. 치안이 불안정하고 숙소에선 싸움이 자주 일어난다. 공용화장실은 그나마 쓸만하지만 타올이나 침구류의 위생이….. 혼자가면 갈만해도 둘 이상이면 차라리 시내에 비즈니스호텔이 나을 듯

The worst thing was the bed, which was very uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain every morning. The second thing is that there is a live music bar on the ground floor, which was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Overall though it was affordable and the staff were really nice.

L’établissement n’est absolument pas propre (moisis au plafond, odeur de transpiration), les sanitaires sont catastrophiques, le sol on n’en parle même pas! Cependant le personnel est agréable et a su répondre à nos besoins.

Bonsoir, Premièrement l’hôtel est situer au dessus d’un pub de hard rock ( n’est pas inscrit sur l’annonce ) qui fera trembler les murs de votre chambres jusqu’à à 23h minimum. Dans notre chambre il y avais des trous et autant vous dire qu’en novembre à Londres le froid s’y fais ressentir , les couvertures toutes fines ne sont pas là pour arranger ça Il y a également aucune isolation dans l’hôtel prévoyez de quoi vous couvrir du froid mais aussi du bruit ! Parce que quand ce n’est pas le concert qui vous empêche de dormir se sont les alcooliques qui hurlent jusqu’à 3 h du matin Le petit dej laisse à désirer Les chambres ne sont même pas muni de serviettes et le personnel est désagréable au possible . A FUIR .

A 5 minute bath took 2hr, irregular water supply. Too less bathrooms for too many people. I'd never come back.

I'd paid for a female room, they put me in with a bunch of men. They did move me when I asked but then I had to move out the next night to another room. The bathroom door didn't close properly let alone lock. It was above a bar that played loud music well into the night and people were starting loud brawls into the early hours. Sirens constantly and they were doing some demo in the hostel at 9pm while I was trying to sleep. They said they provided towels on the website but didnt and the showers had a LOT of mould and some had very little pressure. The breakfast choices weren't bad though I will give them that - there were eggs, bread, pastries, fruit, cereal etc. for you to make yourself what you wanted. All in all a place to lay your head if you're really trying to go cheap but there are a lot better options out there.

We are glad you enjoyed our breakfast offering, wish this was reflected by your rating, our Team is rather confused though, according to our records you stayed in a females only dormitory for the duration of your stay. With all due respect, the pub next door is managed by a separate business we have no control or purview over their event schedule, patrons or noise levels, the potential for noise on our lower floors is prominently disclosed on across our online presence, sirens are a regular feature in any global city, as much as we'd like to we have no power over them or any other external factor, guests whom have a sensitivity to these can ask for an upper floor relocation (subject to availability) or earplugs (available for free), towels are provided upon request at reception, we are not experiencing any shortages, your best course of action would have been to ask at Reception. Our showers are regularly checked for mold, we do not currently have any such issue, had you notice anything, it would have been your duty to report it. "Better" option would be 40% to 200% more expensive, if people can afford them and are willing to spend the surplus they should definitely consider those.

The worst staff. Reception is rude and hostile. Flies everywhere. No clean or usable bathrooms. Go here only if you are desperate.

The photos posted on internet have nothing to do with the reality. First of all, they made us wait for 45 minutes for the check in. In addition the conditions of the bedroom, the bathroom and the common areas were dreadful. I do not recommend this hostel at all

We just stay few hours… no conditions at all.. really small room for 5 persons, a broken window with a empty box to kept it open… dirty toilets, dirty shower bases, wet towels all over from other guests… we were supposed to stay 2 nights, the staff said there was no chance of giving me any money back… very rude …

I have been to many hostels and this one is a Horrible place. Stay away unless you want halfway house out of jail experience. Dirty, run down place. Scary neighborhood. Horrible customer service.

I chose this hostel because of the availability and the price. You definitely get what you pay for. The place was disgusting and smelled awful. The beds had mold on them and there were bugs throughout the property. There was one outlet in the room for four people. There was one shower and it was clean for the most part. I would not stay here again. On top of all of that, it’s located above a bar/nightclub that plays loud angry music and it’s very difficult to focus on anything or get to sleep. Disappointing.

Mouses and Rats 🐀 Hostel
Rats in the hotel and mouses in the room. Makes this place the most terrible and worst place in london. Pub downstairs will shake your room at bed until 3am while police doesnt stop during the night, then lots of noises outside. PLUS SUPER DIRTY FACILITIES. Shame i cant add the videos so you can heard the noise and see more details about this hotel. I have asked the hotel for refund but no responses so i think to help future guests ,this place needs health & safety visit for sure

The reception desk lady is nice. However, the staff is not friendly and not responsive to your requests. The place is run down, not in a good area, and there was a terrible smell inside the rooms and building. I even found a rat at the kitchen. I am used to being in hostels while traveling but this was the worst one. Please save yourself your sanity and money and book somewhere else.

Nobody care about you during your stay. The staff was mostly unfriendly and smoked weed outside of the building. Place for junkies etc. Never again.
