Good Location But Disappointing
Nice location and very clean, but. . . . . — It took more than 24 hours to confirm the reservation, which was a bit unnerving. — No air conditioning. — Fourth floor, no elevator. — Shabby and in need of updating. — Poor water pressure for showers. — Ran out of hot water for showers. None of that was revealed in the advertising.

Lovely slice of heaven in Chelsea
Lovely location in Chelsea area near Fulham St. very walkable since London traffic is terrible at the moment. This little flat had spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was quite nice too, even though we didn’t do any cooking. The living/dining area was spacious and the outdoor patio was absolutely the BEST! Everything was tidy and clean, it was our last stop on a 3 week adventure through the U.K. and it was one of our favorite places by far.

Charming apartment
Charming apartment not far from the King’s Road and 15 min by foot from a couple of tube stations. This is a managed private apartment. Don’t expect hotel service but they did have nice bathroom amenities and towels. Also, very helpful was the loaned iphone with free calls anywhere and internet. Welcome coffee, tea, cookies and nuts was a nice touch from the onefinestay.

Family London trip
We really like the apartment. It was very comfortable and provided all that we would need. The only down side is the noise. My husband and one daughter liked the noise and were able to sleep, but my other daughter and I could not sleep very well. It wasn't awful, though, and we were able to get some sleep. It's on the 4th floor with no lift, so pack light. However, Paul was amazing! He helped carry and was very welcoming upon our arrival. A HUGE bonus...he provides you with a phone! That helped navigate everything. There's no underground in the area, but super simple to catch the "22" to the nearest station. Really a very sweet and ideal location. We loved being among the average people! :-)

Lugnt och centralt läge. Välkomstteamet var väldigt tillmötesgående. Städningen drog över med en timme, men vi kunde vara i lägenheten medan de städade färdigt.

Great Stay in London
We (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at OneFineStay private homes in Chelsea. The apartment was quite comfortable. OneFineStay provided an internet enabled mobile with a lot of useful apps (including the one identifying all possible ways to reach from one point to another). The front office desk people were courteous and helpful. One specific instance was when I left the key inside the apartment and they had to send a locksmith who did his job within few minutes. The front desk people who I kept communicating through their own provided phone (very handy) were extremely courteous and helpful. The only downside was that the apartment was at third floor and without lifts/elevators. The stairs were also quite inconvenient because of heavy carpet offering a lot of friction/resistance. It was quite uncomfortable for us especially while checking in and checking out. I read a few reviews mentioning this inconvenience in building without elevators/lifts. But you only know it when you have to go through it.

London Apartment Through onefinestay
Great experience overall with this five-floor apartment in the heart of Chelsea. Quiet neighborhood but lots of cool pubs, restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as nearby access to Underground. Apartment had three and a half baths, two small balconies and outdoor garden space. Kitchen with island was perfect gathering place. Best feature was a house iPhone that provided directions to all places throughout London - phone even had a "Front Desk" feature if we had questions. Could have used more couches and comfortable chairs, but we were on the go most of the time. Again, great experience and onefinestay is off to a wonderful start in this business.
