We arrived at 01:00 a.m. , warm welcome at the front desk. while we were unloading our car, another car was in the parking lot. Four or five times their warning lights were on. Then the alarm of their car went on for during at least 3 minutes. A man came out of the car, then a lady with a small dog. The man left with the car, the lady and the dog were sitting on the grass. We went in. 10 minutes later I went back to my car and the lady and the dog were gone. This was very disturbing and gave the impression that the car park was not a safe place.

This place is an old tired hotel that should be torn down. Expedia should take it off your site . There are many new and better hotels within minutes. Spend the extra 20 bucks and stay at any of nearby properties

The property was old and outdated. Room had a musty basement smell. Had to wait about an hour to get room after the regular check in time. I would not recommend staying at this property.

I was even able to check in or contact customer service as they would not even except me in. I had two kids with me! No credit card for security deposit, that should probably of been mentioned. Had a very terrible experience and will never book directly with Expedia again

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. It is our policy and is in expedia policies explaining we do require a credit card at check-in for every guest who checks in to our hotel. Thank you for your review

Older facilities are priced for working people. "Worth the price of admission," so to speak. I am happy to pay 100 dollars less per night than the brand name hotel. The pool was a nice perk that the kid liked. Inconsiderate people in neighboring rooms made sleeping more challenging than it need be.

Thank you for letting us know about your phone we will have maintenance look into it right away. Towels and beds get turndown service every three days which is our brand standard and is indicated on the mirror in the bathroom. That said if you need anything all you have to do is call the front desk and ask. Thank you for your review

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the pool has a scum line and is a bit cold, someone even carved their name in the line of filth lol. I really think the management should have thst taken care of....unsightly and gross. It needs to be cleaned. But, it was the cheapest rate, we stayed for 1 night. Other than that, no other complaints....

Salt water pool was very enjoyable. Room was in need of some repair and the floor heater was impossible to sleep through it was so loud. Desk was able to switch us from a second floor room to a first floor due to knee issues and no elevator which was appreciated.

The room that was given to us wasn’t ready and they gave us another room, also there’s a lot of kids drinking partying and staff wasn’t saying anything the hallway smells beer and there’s beer cans as well. Sorry but we will not go back there again.

Not only does the exterior look sketchy but the interior is massively outdated and barely kept up. The staff is rude and cold. The policies are inconsistent. The room has cold air blasting in the winter and when you turn on the heat, it clicks all night. There is a light that stays on in the room even after you turn off all the switches to make it a restless night. You get what you pay for.

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t able to book another nights stay my husband had my card and was able to use it no problem in the past 2 weeks for the deposits but god forbid he want to use it to book another night. Very inconvenient as he had to book another hotel farther away from his job training for one night costing us more money than we anticipated.

I am sorry you had this experience. It is our policy that we do not accept a credit card unless it has your name on it. Whether it be your spouse or not as we can not verify. Checking your husband in initially was a mistake. And our staff have been corrected over this. I am sorry your husband had to suffer due to our policy unfortunately we have had issues in the past with credit card fraud and thus we have these policies to protect our business. Very affordable, good for one night stay in route to somewhere else. We stayed 3 days and they didn't take any garbage or refill the coffee pods and cups. The pool is aged and has a deep end, limiting young kids to a small area of the pool. Continental breakfast included.

Thank you for the review. We do give service once every three days as per wyndham brand standard. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says this. I am sorry you didnt see this. We are happy to provide anything you may need and if you want service more often then this we are more then happy to accomodate. We are happy you enjoyed your stay and hope of you are in london again you will choose to stay with us.
