The level of service that was provided, first a lady called nisha, which gave no good customer service at all, no smile no hello no thankyou no feelings at all. Felt like someone in her home died and shes come to work gave us a room which was right opposit the lift on 2nd floor when i went in the room i couldn't even open my big suitcase, i went downstairs and vinny and waqas were ever so helpful, always service with manners and a smile, always acknowledge when we entered or exited the hotel, they provided two room keys in which i could choose which i room i wanted. I went with the biggest which was on 4th floor. Perfect room. Everything was provided in that room. There was a small issue with the water. In the morning to have a shower before 7am the water was super hot boiling point when i mentioned it to the Reception they sent the maintenance man and he fixed it for us which was again excellent. Everyday we cleaned our room put the tag on the front of the door and they come by and clean the room. Never touch any of our belongings. Very nice cleaners staff. Excellent cleaning of room.Didn't like how we had to pay £5 for 2 bags. Other hotels keep it for free. Overall 10/10
